This business is a disaster. Rich from this company strung me along for 3 weeks promising me an estimate and then finally he just gave up and never provided one. It was a waste of time and slowed my project down! Do Not waste your time go to South Jersey Truck Bodies!

Tracy answered the phone was very helpful and guided me in my quest to get a new truck body. She was very patient although I have not bought the truck yet I would be more than comfortable giving her my business as they earned it.
I was there early this morning and found out they didn't have time to do the repair as fast as I needed, but Brian came out looked at it and told me what his opinion was. I immediately took the truck apart as instructed and within 35 mins or so... it was fixed good as new. Total down time...1hr.30 mins. Total cost...$0.00. Thanks Virginia Truck and Brian. You put your customers need first.

I have been in the truck business for over 30 years. This company is one of the few left that has an authentic "Can Do" Attitude. They have the expertise and work ethic to handle anything! Truly an amazing company!
I bought a Switch N Go system through these guys to be put on a new truck. When the truck was only five months old the hydraulic pump shorted itself out and melted the whole assembly. They told me it would be covered under the warranty and that they would handle it. After repeated attempts to contact them they were of no help at all in making a warranty claim and I had to cover 100% of an obvious manufacturer's defect.
Update: They did end up refunding me $580 out of the $1900 I had to pay for parts.
