Caught a flat, called NTB and they were so helpful. Was able to come in right away and it didn't take long at all. Employees were so kind and answered every question I had and best of all, was so affordable. Will definitely be my go-to spot.
Got sent here from Amtrak cause my tuck was too big for the auto train. They got my truck right in and was back on the road within 30 minutes. Staff was great and friendly and very very helpful.

I had a great experience at NTB on Terminal Rd getting my alignment done, and I want to specifically recognize Booker. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what my vehicle needed. The service was quick, honest, and done right the first time. My car drives perfectly straight now, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Customer service like this is hard to find—Booker really made the difference. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location.

I visited this NTB on a Tuesday afternoon inquiring about getting new tires for my car and attempted to make an appointment for the following day around 10:00am. The front desk manager, Bruce, asked if 12:00 would work instead to which I agreed.
When I showed up at 12:00, instead of honoring an appointment time to work on my car I was informed that everyone was on a lunch break and it would be at least 2 hours before my car would be potentially done. Nobody gave any heads up ahead of time about potentially needing a ride due to how long it would take to get to my car. I have another vehicle that needs tires and I plan on finding another location to get this done at.

I returned to NTB with the following issues:
The steering wheel/alignment is still off. I was told the alignment computer is broken. Bruce didn't bother to come out to speak to me about it.
A stem cap was missing from the front right new tire. They put one on.
There were scratches on my headlight and bumper front right. (Bruce said it's a big ordeal to file a report and review the video footage to prove it was done in the shop. Told me to check my own camera footage.)

So far so good. These guys under "Bruce" are fabulous and go the extra mile for your business. I'm leaving now to test drive my four new KO3s so I will keep you posted!?
A bit of a problem during the test drive. The steering wheel is about 45 degrees off center. You have to pull it to the left to go straight ahead! WTH!
My question and concern is who would release the vehicle to be driven that way? I'm back in the shop of course! Test drive your vehicles people and don't leave until they get it right!?
Recently moved to the area and needed an oil change pretty quickly. These guys did the job the next day, and even held my keys for me until I could travel back to grab the car. So kind and great service.
On October 25, I went in to have just an oil change, and front wheel alignment done. Bruce, the manager recommended that I have my oil pan replaced because it was striped. After, finding out that this was not covered under my warranty, I agreed to the repair. The next day, my check engine light came on and then on Monday October 27 after work, my car was making a clicking noise. I spoke to Bruce the same day and made an appointment to have the noise and check engine light looked into. When I arrived early Tuesday morning, Bruce said to me "welcome back good morning". They recommended that I replace my catalytic converter, brackets, bolts and extended pipe for $1,600. I waited 5.5 hrs and ended up missing a day of work waiting for Bruce and another manager when he arrived to call Carshield to find out if It was covered by my warranty. I ended up finding 2 smaller shops and they both noticed the same thing that my original brackets and bolts were broken and that's the reason for the clicking noise, after my oil pan was replaced. The brackets and bolts were replaced and the check engine light was reset and it was just $270.00. I was a loyal customer to NTB for several years and after this bad experience, YOU TRUELY lost my trust and a valued customer.
The guys here are so lovely! I hit a pothole saturday night and was able to come in first thing sunday morning for a new tire for $75! definitely recommend getting your car serviced here.
Sethi the asst. manager was very helpful and made the repair process very easy. I came in with a flat tire and he took care of it right away. I will definitely be coming back againto have them take care of our cars.
I had to replace my 2 front tires on thursday last week. Over the weekend one of the tires went flat . I came back to see what the problem was and they showed me the nail and replaced it completely free of charge! 10/10 customer service and will definitely be coming back next time!
Bruce at NTB quoted me a fair price on a set of tires and even applied a coupon to assist me with lowering costs during the government shutdown. He was also able to apply a discount for an alignment and brake flush. I appreciated this business helping out during these difficult times.
Bruce was extremely attentive to my brake pad and/or rotor concerns. Within an hour I was notified the brakes and rotors did not need replacement. I appreciate the honesty from NTB and its team.

Came in to get a flat repair ended up needing a new tire. I want to thank Brandon for helping me and keeping my nerves at ease about getting a new tire. He came out and checked the tread depth and all the other tires. They were all within 1/32 So that safety may matter that I was worried about was completely gone once he did that ,he didn’t have to But he went out of his way. I will definitely be coming back. Okay I wanna first start off by saying, I brought my car in for something that was recommended to pass inspection, turns out I had ALOTTT MORE wrong than originally thought. Brandon was the gentleman who took care of me , he explained everything in detail, he took me out to the shop, showed me and went into detail about what caused the issues I needed. I appreciate his honesty and I thank everyone who was there and answered the phones . The women I believe her name was Alex was nice and she very respectful. I found a place I can trust and I will definitely be back. Thank you to the mechanics who fixed my cars and I’m very grateful
I have been using this NTB for 2 years now. Overall, I have had positive experiences getting both of our vehicles serviced. They get everything done in a reasonable time and the appointment booking online is very easy. Only real compliant I have is they do not have certain equipment necessary to do the AC check so that need has not been met, but otherwise they have been a good auto care shop to use.
While staying at a nearby hotel the starter in my ‘07 Jeep Wrangler went out. Based on the close proximity and the google reviews I thought this was a safe choice. The manager recommended a towing company which I won’t name, while the driver was nice they charged me over $100 to be towed less than a half mile. When it was all said and done it cost be nearly $540 for a new starter (which they grossly overpriced) and then when I thought that was the worst of it. Yesterday I was under my Jeep taking care of some other maintenance when I noticed that the mechanic failed to reinstall the heat shield on the starter. Don’t go there unless you want to be overcharged and have things half out back together.
