My husband and I just stopped by this location to get a new battery installed. We initially called to make sure the battery was in stock and the gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional At the store we were helped by Izzy who was amazing and dedicated to make sure the battery was installed. He took time taking out the original battery and the parts with it and worked very diligently. We are absolutely please with the service here and we will be coming back for our future needs. Shout out to the store manager too. He stopped by our vehicle before we pulled off to make sure everything went well and we were pleased with the overall service. Mind you it’s cold it’s been snowing all day and it’s like 30 degrees outside and we stopped by around 06:15pm. Thanks again guys

Today is Friday October 24th at approximately 4 o’clock I came into the store. I wasn’t greeted by nobody and they work very, very slow in here. Smh.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Neil at AutoZone in Lorton, Virginia, who helped me out of a really tough situation. I had just parked to go into Food Lion when I accidentally locked both my car keys and my two Labradors inside the car. Thankfully, the A.C. was running, but I was panicked and didn’t know how I’d get the door open in time. By some miracle, there was an AutoZone right next door. I walked over with little hope, but Neil didn’t hesitate. He remembered he had the tools to help, and without being asked, he sent a colleague to drive a block away to pick them up. Within minutes, Neil had opened my car door for free. I offered to pay him, but he refused. I’ve never felt more supported by complete strangers. In a world where people often walk past someone in need, Neil and his team stepped up without hesitation. This is what true community looks like: compassionate, capable, and kind. I’ll never forget it.

The Lorton store guys are simply great! I dealt with Mr. EROL who went above and beyond to help us with my son's car issue and parts. Thank you all employees at this store.

This location has the best customer service, clearly this team has excellent leadership and training. Whenever I need my battery replaced, they are my go to spot. They are always courteous, patient and helpful. Thank you!

I came looking to see if there were other reviews for Erol B. Wasn’t surprised to see other 1 star reviews specifically for him. I’ve never seen a like move so slow. I was second in line for 10 mins. Erol takes multiple personal phone calls and doesn’t mind seeing a line wrap halfway through the store.

Today I had a battery replacement for my car at the Lorton location. The staff member who replaced it was unprofessional, unknowledgeable about the process, and extremely rude. His behavior was completely unacceptable. I brought the new battery to my vehicle for replacement, and then he rudely told me to take the tools and the old battery back into the store. When I said, “I’m sorry?” he replied, “I replaced your battery for free.” I reminded him that this is part of the service and he is required to follow store policy. I truly felt disrespected by this kind of behavior. It’s disappointing to be treated this way by someone who represents your business.

I cannot rave about this location enough! Umar was incredibly helpful. I recently purchased a vehicle. The license plates bolts were giving me a hard time. Umar helped me figure out which bolts I needed and took off the rusted ones for me in 100 degree weather. He was kind and professional.

We were traveling from Florida to NY and there was a low oil message on the dashboard. We found the Gunston Plaza Auto Zone and asked if they could help us with the oil as well as the battery. Erol B was kind enough to come out to the car to check the oil and the battery. He then helped us to select the correct oil for the car and he was kind enough to add the oil to the engine so that we could finish our trip. He also checked the battery which was not fully charging. Before concluding that we needed a new battery, he checked the alternator which, he said, was working correctly. Thank you Erol B. for helping us. Thank you Auto Zone for hiring such pleasant & skilled employees!

Andy was very helpful in figuring out exactly which part I needed, and taught me a couple things I didn't know about my car. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part in stock (it's an older car), and it was an emergency, so I had to shop elsewhere. But customer service from Andy was excellent.

Went to this autozone for a new battery. Before I finished paying the manager GP already had the old battery out and the new one in. Greatest location!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great location! Usually well stocked and has what I need. I work on my car a lot and the people here are very friendly and the parts are good and priced lower than other auto stores.

Erol B was rude and not helpful raised his voice and went off about inventory if i did not know inventory could be wrong. Completely rude was manager at that never have i ever felt such disrespect from a person at auto parts store let alone a manager he’s always been lazy and unprofessional when coming here but i just assumed he was having bad days . Today he left me mid order to help someone else and defied to assist someone else in process. I don’t understand how he has job here with this kind of behavior.

Went to Auto Zone in Lorton, Va this evening after getting a flat tire. Gerald helped me get the right items and helped me plug the tire. While plugging the tire, he removed the item causing it to go flat which is in the photo. I am so thankful Gerald Powell took the time to help me out because he didnt have to do so. The world needs more people like him.

I took a drive to visit a friend in Lorton about an hour away from my house with zero visibility. I saw an Auto Zone and walked in and was greeted by Raul with a positive attitude and a bright smile. He went above in beyond walking with me to locate my items and even walked me through the process of installation in the pouring rain. He went above and beyond and I’m thankful and appreciative for his assistance. Now I can get home safely!

I recently visit this location when my car battery gace out on me. I received exceptional customer service from Omar. He helped me change the battery and even ordered the hood opener holder thingy too. He was so helpful and knowledgeable of the parts that I needed. I highly recommend this location. My Car battery had gave out and I had a long drive to Fredericksburg, I still had a warranty on my battery, thank goodness. Aaron was really helpful and I was really appreciative of the help and I learned some history from his friend. Thank you because I was not going to miss Beyonce in concert.

Went in for a return and the process was seamless and quick. The staff, Raul and Neil, were very friendly and helpful, especially with my little one. The store was also well organized and clean. Definitely will be back there for future needs.

Incredibly great service! Umar especially. I bought a replacement battery, and when he was taking out the old one, he realized that I should still be under warranty and refunded me the battery I just purchased and replaced the faulty one at no charge.
