Took two calls, first time like other people mentioned, it sounded like they picked up and immediately hung up. Second time he answered with an irritated tone. Told him exactly which part was bad but he insisted it was the wrong starter for my vehicle and need to see it to know what he is looking at. Even though it has the original manufacturer tag on the starter he still insisted I was wrong. Sent him photos to his email and told him I sent him them but never responded. I don't do business with arrogent know-it-alls who dont care about their customers. I'll go elsewhere.
Brought in my broken alternator, got a call after a week or so and picked up my 40 year old alternator looking practically new. Got it back in the car and it worked perfectly.
Idk what happened but I took my 96 starter here bc my car was turning over slowly. I had a new starter but was having engagement issues but new starter would turn the car over normally so no voltage issues or anything. So I figured getting my original one rebuilt. Everyone I spoke to here was cold and straight to the point no small talk wasn't a problem I guess age and experience the customer service fades away a bit.
I'll get straight to the point my car still turning over slowly with rebuilt starter, I feel like homie just bench tested, saw it was good and painted it black. Now I have to spend more time and money somewhere else. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
James & Mark are one of the best guys out there I've come across. James was willing to start work on my truck before I was able to fully pay on the repairs. Previous repair shop I tried to get my a/c & starter worked on wanted almost 4k paid in full before even ordering parts. Having both items go out on me at the same time was not what I needed to happen.
They were honest, respectful and straight forward. So forward that due to the difficulty of replacing my starter, (because of it' s location on my truck), he's not likely to change another one out. And looking at where it's at, I can FULLY understand.
Highly recommend them.

Quickly diagnosed my AC issue and told me what caused it so I can avoid in the future (low freon causing fuse to go out).
Also advised me on a separate problem which I can fix myself.
There are few integrative distance that know as much as they know about auto electrical and or general upkeep of any vehicle on time every time what time certainty and very fairly priced for the common working man
All I can say is WOW. I'm blown away by the service here. It was fast and fairly priced. Really grateful for their over the phone consultation and help figuring out what was wrong with my car. If you're thinking about coming here, don't think twice and DO IT.
I called 10 times today. Out of those 10 calls I never had the chance to speak to anyone. Actually 4 times they picked up and quickly hung the phone back up. Very disappointed!!
I am used to junkyard prices so they seem a bit expensive to me ($80/hr for labor), however they do excellent rebuilds as well as free testing. I just wish they were open on longer on Saturdays. They have been there for a very long time and I like to support local business in order to strengthen our County tax base. Also you will get a better product with a rebuilt OEM part than any Chinese built parts from the chain parts stores. The owner knows his trade well and stands behind his work.
Have been taking my car here for close to 6yrs. Good honest guys doing a great job for a great price. My car is a 2001 and thanks to them it still runs beautifully.
these guys are awesome I went in because my truck was having a door ajar problem kept staying lit when doors were closed and they were able to take care of it! saved me a couple hundred from taking it to the Ford Dealership and having them tear into my doors, definitely recommend them for anything other than just starters.
