Rudest woman I have ever spoke to work in the front office. Speaking to her is a waste of time. She was in the wrong, knew it, and when that was proven she got mad and damaged the bumper on my car. This place is deceptive and I recommend recording your entire interaction with them for you own records.

These guys helped me early in the morning. Their 24 hours. Got me and my truck home after it broke down on hwy 123. Got me a card cause their my tow company now! Thank You Nick!!!

Genuinely the worst experience ever, if I could give a 0/5 I would. My car got towed, which was fair because I did park in a non visitor spot so I wasn’t upset. I called them at 6pm whenever I discovered that my car had been towed to confirm they had it and the guy on the phone tells me that I can not come get my car till the following morning. I also had other people listening to the phone call that can confirm this conversation. I know tow company employees go through a lot so I made it a point to not come in hot or rude. When I came in the next day at 9am and told the lady up front what I was told on the phone, she had the audacity to call me a liar to my face and was extremely rude whenever I asked basic questions about my car/payment. She called her boss then claimed that whoever was on the phone told me to come in at 10pm which is FALSE, then had the audacity to say, again, that I am lying when I told her that’s not true. Very very unprofessional and rude, especially when I know I am not lying, and why would I? They also tried to charge me way more than the original amount I was told on the phone as well. I finally got my car but the lady was very rude about it. I’ve been told tow companies are slimy places and I tried to go in with an open mind, but in the end this place is exactly like the rest, greedy, scheming, and slimy. Whoever gets towed next, I wish you luck and don’t let them push you over like they tried with me.

Calll them to please come to help me with my vehicle. Never showed up called them every 15 minutes and the girl kept saying there on there way should be there in a bit.after an hour I finally canceled. Didn't have to lie to me if they couldn't come out all they had to say was we cannot help you at this time. So I will never ever call them or recommend them to anyone. Bad business living to a customer.

Towed car from my apartment even though the parking permit was on the dash. When I asked for documents they refused to give any despite saying they had them, I was told to take it up with my apartment. Once I arrived at my apartment complex I was told they should have given documentation to me at the towing company. When I was showed the photos submitted to my apartment they did not take a photo of the dash yet argued with me over the phone. I mentioned that this seems to be an on going issue with people who live at apartments based off of reviews and the man proceeded to not let me speak and said to worry about my own car. You would think they would be a bit more professional considering this seems to be a repeating issue. A complete scam, and they had the absolute worst attitudes from the first phone call, I tried to be cordial but it’s hard to not argue back when you’ve had 3 different people fighting with you like children.

These people are GOOD people! My vehicle is actually being towed right now so I will follow up with a final review after, but honestly I called Rios towing because I called every towing company available , I didn’t know what to do when my car just stopped working in town! Out of all the companies I spoke with not only did Rios towing have the best rate, they were kind and understanding! In the midst of a crisis like having your vehicle quit on you and having to worry what could be wrong with it the last thing you need is someone to price gouge and or be rude or mean, RIOS TOWING is considerate kind and they care!!!! God blessed my search for a tow truck by leading me to Rios Towing and I hope they receive many blessings in return???

Incredible. Called and within 20 minutes Anthony was there with a smile and conversation to distract from the situation. He was so kind and FAST. I was home within the hour from break down to calling to towing. He is very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods and his equipment. Very cordial and nice during the interaction. Will be using his services if I’m ever in need again (although I hope I don’t!)

Rio’s towing rocks ! My sons car died on the highway at 3 o’clock in the morning try to getting our insurance to tow it home wouldn’t tow it because the key was not left in the vehicle. There’s nowhere to put the key because the card died and can’t even open it.! Called up RIOS TOWING And got a response ASAP and they’re on the way to tow my car without the key! Ty Jesus for awesome people / awesome customer service ! You guys are the BOMB! May the GOOD LORD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU GIYS ???

My car was on the side of the road for TWO WHOLE DAYS because no towing company would come get it since i had the keys and I had no way to get myself and the keys to the car. Rios towing co came out, hooked my car up WITHOUT THE KEYS, all in a matter of minutes. I didn't get the name of the gentleman helping me but he was very nice, patient, professional, and understanding. They all deserve the best in this world. Would use their services again. 10/10. Wish my insurance company wouldve called them sooner and this whole nightmare wouldve been over with TWO. DAYS. AGO. Thank you, Rios Towing Co! And thank you to the gentleman that helped me!

Our daughter’s car was towed from a visitor’s parking area. A few months ago, our daughter did in fact park in an area not designated for visitors and she followed the protocol: paid the fine and made it a point to park in the acceptable location. This morning, she called because she did not understand why her car had been towed. The lady that answered was curt and rude then proceeded to abruptly hang up on her. I called to inquire about the reason since the apartment complex office where the car was towed from is closed for the day. The same lady answered. When I asked who I was talking to she told me “towing”. I asked her two more times and she refused to provide her name, then asked what I wanted or she would hang up because she was busy. This type of customer service is 100% unacceptable. We of course will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Super friendly guy answered. I needed a jump, he told me 20 min, I got the car started 5 min after I talked to him and called him back to cancel and told him to charge me for the inconvenience and he said absolutely not, he said all he cared about was that I got my car started. Very surprised this level of customer service still exists these days.

Best towing service I’ve ever had. I called Rios he was on time and less than 30 mins, got my car to the tire shop safely. He was professional and good rates. Hopefully, I don’t have to call him again, but it’s good knowing I have someone I can count on. THANKS A LOT!

I honestly never write reviews but I had the best experience here! The lady was super nice and accommodating. She was very friendly but also straight and to the point and handled everything very quickly. She was even patient enough to wait around for me to find my insurance during her break time. She really went above and beyond. Not to mention their prices are GREAT compared to other places. Would highly recommend.

First off, Ms. Barbara was very courteous and professional. I had called to schedule a tow for the next morning...which was setup. However, that very morning I called Ms. Barbara that I didn't need a tow and thanked her for her time. About 30 minutes later I called back telling her I needed their services after all. Without any hesitation she assured me they would keep the time we had initially set up. And just like that my car was taken where it needed to be thanks to Rios Towing. I will use them again! Thanks for helping me out at the last minute!

These people are absolute crooks. They wait like vultures in the parking lots and wait for people to leave their cars for less than an hour, then tow them, EVEN IF THEY ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS OF THE BUSINESSES IN THE SHOPPING CENTER. Nowhere on the publicly posted sign does it say you can't leave your car parked in those spots for under half an hour - there are other conditions (such as parking a for-sale car there, or leaving for days at a time, etc.) and that's fine. But if you BUY SOMETHING at a place in the shopping center, then come back half an hour later and your car is towed? Unbelievable. These people are incredibly rude and obviously just trying to swindle people out of their money. The driver was extremely condescending and unprofessional. Be very careful that you keep your car within sight at all times if you are frequenting one of the businesses in any shopping center with a lot operated by Rios - they'll tow you even if you're a paying customer, then screw you out of $150 to get your car back, all while being extremely rude. I've had my car towed once before and at least the people were apologetic and explained things to me, even offered to split the cost into two installments since I could not afford the whole thing at the time. No such thing with Rios. They only care about getting paid and clearly don't respect their customers (or should I say victims) as people. Horrible, horrible business run by rude and greedy people.

The lady on the phone responded generously, and was very helpful. Got a driver to unlock and get my keys out of the my car in less than 30 minutes. 24 hours would recommend using again! The driver was also super nice, and respectful!

I accidentally got my boyfriend's car towed but Rio's made the process very easy going. They are courteous, friendly, and well priced. 10/10 recommend this company if you're ever in San Marcos!

So my vehicle was taken "accidentally" from my apartment complex because they "didn't see the sticker with the sun glare". First of all that's already a mistake they made and they should be a little more sensitive with. So I work a night shift and I call around 7:00pm on 3-5-18. The lady who answered let me say 3 words trying to ask why my vehicle was taken before she hung up on me! I called again 20min later that's when she said it was their mistake, so I asked if they could bring it back. I was told no and that I can pick it up for free... Yes that's great and all but not all of us have family out here. I don't really know anyone around here that can give me a ride. I think that if they made a mistake they should be able to bring it back out of courtesy. Not be told "well you're going to have to find a ride if you want to get it". That was insane to me, it sounded like a joke. Well after that as i'm sill trying to figure it out and work something out she hangs up again. Anyway, that was my experience so make business with them at you're own judgment. Oh and yeah I missed work and I still have to deal with getting my vehicle back tomorrow morning. * I'll update my experience *update* My car is back THEY brought it back QUICK as THEY SHOULD. I had to call the police dept when she kept hanging up. She was very professional with the operator and she didn't hang up on her, so at least I know she knows manners. The guy who called first is my husband and he got busy so naturally I called back after she hung up on him. I did "cuss" , I said "I will sue your ass" right before she hung up. Which I Will if they "accidentally" take my car again and not return it!!!! Anyway it all turned out well. READ REVIEWS! If the company has to " fight their case" all over the reviews that says everything!

This business is one of the worst I have ever been to. They towed my car because "I did not have a permit" but it was clearly there and if they just looked correctly and not just taken my car, we wouldn't of had an issue. This is the second time they take my car from my apartment complex. The lady is rude over the phone and in person her husband and her yelled at me. I wasn't so upset until they yelled at me, they assumed I was going to get rowdy and I was clearly calm and until then. They charged me $75 instead of $120 because of their mistake. I would of fought to not pay anything but these people are clearly unreasonable. Once I gave them my card so I can pay the fee she just walked away and did not say a thing, I asked her if I was going to get a recipe and she yelled I'll email it to you. Worst service ever. I dislike this business and do not recommend it.

They helped me get my car to my apt fairly quickly. Cameron, the person who helped me, was very nice and professional. I'll definitely use their services again next time my car decides to act up (hopefully not too soon).

Mr Rios and his staff are wonderful. When I needed some answers to services he provided, he did not hesitate to help me, despite the time of the call. He also offered to send a tow truck to assist in the removal of a vehicle. Thank you Mr Rios and to your staff for being helpful and working around the clock.

I got in a car crash and when I called my insurance company they ran me around trying to get tow companies from out of town to drive to me. After waiting for 3 hrs I called Rios at 1 in the morning and they got to me within 15 min and saved me. <3 <3 The man who answered the phone was really nice and on top of it along either the two gentlemen who came out. They assured me that I didn't have to pay and they would directly bill my insurance in the morning, deliver my car to the dealership, and store my car at there shop over night. Thanks again guys!

Rios towing is a fast and reliable company. I had some car troubles after work and I didn't know what to do. I called Rios towing and within minutes they arrived and helped me get my car to a shop. They have a great staff and overall I had a great experience with them. Thank you Rios towing! ?

Rios towing had the best customer service out there. After being towed he helped me out in every which way possible and I didn't have to spend a lot to get my vehicle back. I also locked my keys in my truck and he was one calm away, tony himself came and got it unlocked while my truck was running. I recommend him for anything. Keep up the good work around San Marcos Rios towing. Thank you

I had my car towed some time back while parked near the University, they were very kind & friendly trying to get my car back. When I went to their office there was a lady trying to retrieve her car being very rude, the Rios owners were very professional & calm, even though the lady was obnoxious and screaming. Rios Towing were perfessional at all times & managed to get the lady to calm down as well. Happy to say my issue was resolved & got my car back in one piece and not a scratch was on my vehicle.

Thank you Rios towing for coming to my aide. You guys were quick and reliable. Having your car break down in this heat with a 3 yr old is no joke. I highly recomend them to anyone who wants fast service. Thanks again and keep up the amazing job. You guys rock. ?

They made me eat my scooter! Nah, but in all seriousness, I got my car towed, I showed up early, but called and they came. When I showed up, the lady was firm about what was needed, but courteous and did not give me any trouble. In fact she let me get my insurance card out of the car. I was out of there within 10 minutes after the Rios' were there. Sure it was pricey, but I got my car towed. I wasn't expecting a sale.
