Great shop,technicians have done great. work have had the unfortunate times where I’ve had to take in my Lexus and each time they’ve never disappointed. would try to avoid any more unfortunate events but if they happen again I’m choosing crash champions every time!!

My insurance recommended I take my Sienna to crash champions San Marcos after being rear ended. I figured since I would have my van in the shop I would have my headlights replaced because they were turning a little yellow. The gentleman up front offered to polish my headlights for me as a courtesy. I can definitely say I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with how the repairs came out, and how much I was kept informed, they also washed my car for me!!!

Stay away from this shop. They are beyond unprofessional and will return your car in worse condition than you dropped it off then put off liability.

The team at Crash Champions delivers excellent service from start to finish. Their customer service is outstanding. Vehicle repairs are flawless.

I am still struggling from the situation this shop put me in. I was without a vehicle for 4 months and spent thousands of dollars in rentals. After getting side swiped and losing the front bumper to my jeep they pretty much just superglued a bumper back on there. The wheel air sensors no longer work, I get multiple warning lights in my dash of sensors that no longer work, and they broke the screen to my radio and refused to fix it. I don’t know how they’re in business but take your vehicle ANYWHERE else!

Took care of my Gwagon, Vynce helped me fix a few Cosmetic issues In addition to repairing the fender bender. Ronni was also great to work with. My G wagon looks brand new thank you!

They're ok, a little bit on the low quality, my insurance picked this place for some reason, they fix a small fender bender on my audi TT, but the quality was awful, the clear coat started to peel off and they buffer the paint way too much i can almost could see the primer. I should had took it back to get it fixed but i needed my car and the insurance didn't wanted to keep paying for my trental. I had no choice but to take the way they did it. They need to get better at it.

From the beginning they made it such a great experience. Customer service was always great. When they said they had it and I didn’t need to worry- they were not wrong. They absolutely had everything under control. They communicated the whole time and kept me more than up to date with status updates. Great people. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Ive brought over 20 cars to Crash Champions . And the work that they do is some of the best in San Marcos. Highly recommend. All of the front staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. And the painters are proud of their work. If possible, ask for John to paint your cars !

I took my car here after an accident that happened a couple months back. When my insurance-covered rental ran out, they generously covered the rental costs until my car was repaired. The paint job was excellent, with the color and texture matching perfectly. However, when I got my car back, there were some minor mistakes. Despite this setback, they were quick to make things right, offering another rental at no cost while they fixed these issues. Pleased with the results and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Not only were they efficient. I let them know I needed my vehicle earlier than anticipated to meet a deadline. They got it done! They also made me aware of other potential issues with my vehicle. That's what you call service. Thank you again!

Used Crash Champions for my wife's car in for front-end work after a collision. Excellent customer service, communication, and very friendly and knowledgable staff -- not to mention fantastic work on the vehicle. Amazing turn-around time and went above and beyond to assist with towing from an out-of-the way location on short notice. Loved the text message updates keeping us informed on the status of the repair. Very easy to work with and quality work and service. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

My experience at Service King San Marcos was excellent! The process was easy from the time I dropped my car off until I picked it up. There was constant communication on the status of my vehicle. James was my representative and he did a very professional job. They did an incredible job on all the repairs! I will certainly use them in the future.

After my accident they inspected my car and took care of me, they told me what they would do and about how long it would take, not long at all! And then got a rental car for me in the mean time, all not out of my pocket. They kept me updated throughout the process, got done on time as the predicted date. And then even detailed my car for me for FREE! I was so satisfied.

They repaired my white Nissan frontier it had bumper damage. When I was young we worked on muscle cars and body work, I know a quality job when I see one. This was a perfect color match and repair. I would give them 0 stars if possible. The service representative was pleasant and fine, but the state of the vehicle after they serviced it was deplorable. We took my girlfriend's car in for a bumper replacement after she was rear ended and the other parties insurance sent us to this vendor. They said that they could not replace the bumper due to some pre-existing damages, which was fine, except that when they "put back on" the bumper, they only used the clips and did not put back in the screws that had previously been holding the bumper on. The bumper fell off shortly after we got home, and the trunk was in disarray after they left off the wires for the taillight and didn't put back the carpet in trunk. There are now issues with the wiring We did not expect them to fully fix the vehicle, but the laziness to not even put back in the screws was extremely disappointing and frustrating. After talking to the manager, his response was that he couldn't fix a broken vehicle. We did not expect it to be fully fixed as we are receiving compensation for a partial repair due to the pre-existing damage, but we did expect the car to be returned to us in a similar state that we brought it in. The manager offered to put back on the bumper again, but not on the same day and only if we brought in the parts that they lost(such as the screws). The lack of screws made the bumper a road hazard, and we will now have to work with the insurance company to undo the damage that this Service King branch has done to the wiring of the car. Try to avoid using this branch if at all possible, as clearly the manager does not want to take responsibility for the laziness and irresponsibility of his technicians. All we wanted was the bare minimum, and they didn't even do that.

The service that I got was 5 star and above. They kept me informed on everything that was going on. My bumper, my lights, the truck looks newer than what it was before. They even disinfected and cleaned the inside of my vehicle which was above and beyond.I would recommend everybody to always use them if they have one located near them. I also got to leave my rental car there and they were able to drop it off for me.

Service King has repaired my truck twice in 3 years from being hit. They are a excellent and I will always recommend them. Vince and Eric at San Marcos made an already stressful time quick and painless and I want to give them a shout out for being amazing and providing quality customer service ,job well done!

I really appreciated everyone's help at Service King, start to finish but really wanna send a HUGE shout out to Vince, Charlotte and Eric who all went above and beyond to make sure I was completely informed and taken care of every step of the way. I know the insurance company responsible for the damage to my vehicle was a nightmare to deal with, but Service King's team was stellar. 5 repairs in with Service King and I know I'll never go anywhere else. My insurance company suggested them because they have this lifetime guarantee. All their work is guaranteed, or they will fix it for free and reimburse you for out of pocket expenses if their workmanship isn't correct. Well...they fixed my front end after a deer collided with me one morning. After taking a month to fix it, I drove it for around 20 hours. Nothing stressful just around town, and the radiator blew stranding me on the side of I-35. I called the shop and they told me to bring it back to them...after a 165 dollar tow, and another 2 weeks of renting a car, they informed me that there was a crack in the radiator caused by the original deer damage and that they missed it. They did fix the car, but charged my insurance company for the second round of repairs. Also I was not reimbursed for the tow or the second rental car. About 465 dollars. So their work was sloppy and their guarantee was deceitful at best. I was very disappointed. 0 stars.

I'm happy they do text updates/call and leave a voicemail when your vehicle is ready. I had some work done because someone hit my brand new car while I was driving in Austin, and Service King did such a great job on my car; went above and beyond. Richard was awesome and very helpful. Obviously you can't know for sure when everything is going to be finished due to potential complications but he said hopefully by Fri and.. even during this holiday week, my car was complete by Friday! Quick service, estimate/pickup/drop off were all very easy and took less than 10 min each visit. No wait time for me. Keep up the great service!!
