I understand towing services can be very predatory and leave people with a bad taste in their mouth, HOWEVER, Juan from JJs towing service was the complete opposite. Juan was very accommodating, super speedy and reliable when I needed my car towed from the side of the highway ASAP!! He truly went above and beyond for me. Can’t recommend them enough.
I spoke with a dispatch at 2:00 because I needed a towing service for my truck, after giving me the details of pickup and delivery she tells me that the cost will be $800 per hour that if I waited until the morning it would be less, I told her that I should talk to my boss that I was going to call her and my boss tells me to wait until the morning, I really didn't call her because it was obvious that I wasn't going to purchase the service at that time. In the morning when I call again she tells me that the price is $800 because I didn't call her at night, it's ridiculous and unprofessional
Unfortunately got towed by the municipality.
Truth be told, Juan is a consummate professional who took very great care of an old and fragile Toyota. Super flexible and very professional. I promised him a good review the other day because he’s definitely earned it. Very reasonable and cheap towing service. Juan’s professionalism was so immaculate that it helped me to overcome my temporary setbacks from that day.

Shady service, lied about having my vehicle when in fact they did. They just wanted an extra days charge for storage and then they give you an incorrect and incomplete invoice and say we gave you a $70 dollar discount. I can do the math, and I know by law and city ordinance that you clearly overcharged me. The business and phone number are registered under a different name with the police department’s towing rotation. I’m certain they have been violation the city laws according to chapter section 90.221 sec. 90.277 AND Sec 90.276
Juan and Isabel were the sweetest and most kind people! So helpful when we needed my boyfriend's broken down car towed. I will be using anytime I need towing in San Marcos. I can not thank them enough for being so friendly, kind, and helpful in such a stressful situation! Definitely appreciated them!
I would strongly advise against using this towing service. As you may have noticed from the multitude of negative reviews, they are essentially sounding a warning. If you choose to disregard this warning, the consequences will ultimately be your responsibility. It's always wise to consider the experiences of others when making such decisions to ensure a smoother and more reliable experience.
Yikes, that was a close call! I was making a turn to head into Academy, and one of the tow truck drivers from this company nearly rear-ended me. Seriously, what was going through that guy's mind? This kind of driving is just unacceptable.
Juan was awesome! Great communication from the moment he was assigned to help with towing my Subaru BRZ, super friendly and got my vehicle up on his truck quickly and smoothly with no issues. Even went out of his way to make sure the front bumper didn’t scrape against the trailer as it’s a low sitting car. Absolute 10/10 service start to finish! Will definitely be recommending this company.

These guys charge me $1500 to tow me 5 miles the prices r hwy robbery and I insisted to go to the shop of my chosen but they dropped me off at some shop that they prolly get kick backs from call ATX and I've been stuck there for days just trying to get some air lines fixed this is the worst experience I've ever had with a towing company Do not I repeat do not use this company if u plan on not be over charged and treated like ur wishes don't matter with ur own vehicle do not use these people

Very displeased at the the way this company prices. $1,400 to pull our truck from a driveway. Zero miles traveled. 10 minutes of work. How do you sleep at night? Do you know how hard we have to work to earn $1,400? Very unethical. Robbery. Unbelievable.
Had tow truck on the way, yet PD called JJs. We advised JJs that our tow company we work with was almost there, yet they still took the vehicle anyways. Then charged over $1300!!! Only about 3 miles away! The other company was only going to charge $450. It was ridiculous. Then the guy when asking why he took it when we told him our preferred company was on the way, his response was HE WAS TOO SLOW. yep, that sounds like all he cared about was $ and not actually helping.
Very aggressive drivers on the highway; tailgating, swerving, using their phones. I called to make a complaint but the person who answered the phone didnt even say the company name and sounded like they didnt want to be doing the job they were doing. I'm never going to call this place for help.
Highway robbery. They are insanely expensive, lost their minds with the pricing. Wanted $1200 to drive a mile down the road and help me for ten minutes.
While I never did get serviced. please be advised-While they state "No job to big or small," If there isn't towing involved, they won't offer any service or assistance.
I do not understand how this place got 3 positive reviews. First off they basically stole my car from a closed Dairy Queen parking lot. When I arrived the windows to the trailer were blacked out with shirts and cardboard(no joke). Then it was $200 bucks to get my car. I don't want to accuse these obvious meth head predators of being racist but I wouldn't be surprised. This is a business of predators. Do not ever hire them for an actual tow. They are just a predatory company.
