Hard to do business with a company that doesn't answer its phones, have an email address and the website contact form doesn't work. Oh well, I'll just throw my catalytic converter in the trash. Too much of a hassle to dispose of.

Once you figure out where the entrance is lol everything goes super smooth and fast. Everyone was very respectful and polite even when I showed up at 3:30pm before their closing time. Switched out my cats with Luke and John which were very helpful and awesome at guiding me through the whole process. Overall will definitely keep coming here for future visits and recommend exchanging here for catalytics.
Often driver and haul for PGM and their work and communication is exceptional, very helpful and caring of the drivers times. They like what they do and they make sure you see that. They are great and very friendly.

I sent some catalytic converter units in material over to them they promised me the world on the phone but when I got there they rip me off they are con artist criminals stay away from these people they will steal your money JR is it thief and a con artist be aware consumer alert stop ⛔️??❌❌❌❌❌
If you are looking to recycle and sell your old Catalytic Converter, this is the best place to do it. I got a lot more than what any of the metal recyclers offered me. This is probably where they take it after you sell it to them.
