Saved me again when my car engine stalled and wouldn't start again on my way home from work around 9:30pm. Gave me and my car a lift home safely. I've been a loyal customer for at least 30 years. They have always been excellent when I needed them. I recommend them to others often and have the whole 30 years. The lady that picked up when I called last night was super nice and professional despite my anxiety at being stuck in the middle of the road at night. The driver that came to pick me up was also great. He was friendly and also very relaxing while talking to me in my frazzled state.

They'll barely even wait for you to go out of sight. Your car will be gone within a MINUTE. You can simply just walk around the building, be a couple of minutes, it'll be gone. They don't wait. I don't have video evidence of illegal towing but I watched it happen. PLEASE report this "service", make it a legal matter. Get this place shut down. If your vehicle got towed by them wrongfully then please do something about it. I'll see what I can do as well.

Had a questionable experience with this tow company. Towed by Saucedo’s Wrecker Service for “walking off property” even though we were gone less than 5 minutes and someone stayed on site. No warning, car was gone almost immediately. Felt very predatory. If this happens to you, you can file a complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

Stephanie at the front desk was polite and kind. Liz Mello, the owner, is cold and apathetic. She is without grace, without compassion.

Terrible people, even worse customer service. They wait for you to leave your vehicle and then tow it. We were still on the property and they still took it, and had proof. Disgusting humans, everyone at this company.

If I could put 0 stars I would ? the front desk women were very sweet thankfully, but my car was still towed when google says one thing and they say another

If I could give this company no stars I would. They sit around San Marcos waiting for customers to tow. I get they are broke but they have all the audacity to sit and watch you. Get a life SAUCEDOS. Didn’t your mom teach you better! Thank god the little 200 you needed will get you through Christmas. Your welcome :)

I had my hazards on in an unloading zone in an empty parking lot just to unload some boxes into my apartment. I went up to my apartment at 9:32pm, and by the time I made it back at 9:37pm my car was gone. This is one of the most predatory towing services I have ever seen, and they didn’t even give me an option to dispute the towing fee or even discount the rate by the time I picked it up at 9:50pm. If you can, avoid dealing with this company, as they charge an extravagant fee, the employees are rude and arrogant, and they don’t provide any value to this world.

Would give zero stars if I could. These guys are truly desperate for cash! Was out my car for less than 5 minutes literally and the guy was already lifting my car while I was trying to grab a smoothie while the city had all the parking spots closed off to the public due to construction. I hope that $50 I gave for you to release my car feed your family today. I’ll write it off on my taxes as a charity service I guess. But it’s giving desperate guys and truly unethical business practices.

“Lizzy” has the worst attitude, the worst customer service and is honestly one of the worst humans I’ve ever come into contact with since moving to Texas. They are completely inappropriate and literally wait for you to step outside your car just to hop on you even when the city is doing construction. This company has disgusting and tries to ruin peoples days and take advantage of city, construction. We were out of our car for a total of one minute, just reading the signs when they started to load up our car. Disgusting company.

Everyone that works here is rude and disrespectful illegally towed my vehicle damaged 3 wheels and a tail light and refused a claim or to give me owners contact information. Very unprofessional behavior for the entire company

Great Service! They were able to tow my vehicle before I even knew I needed it towed! How considerate and kind of them! Then they graciously impounded my vehicle and double charged me for an impound fee and daily fee even though it was in there for 30 minutes! What swell and kind people!

Place is a joke, you’re going to charge me a a 12 hr fee for my car towed yet they aren’t even open yet? Love that the charges on their signs are covered too. So basically what they say is what is what they charge

We came down for new student orientation. The sign that was posted stated prohibited cars : broken down, for sale, flat tires, etc. I called the number and the lady didn't know anything said she was just answering phones while the person was out at lunch. I got to the wrecker yard and other people were here stating they have been here for over an hour, that no one was here, we called the number back multiple times and all that was said is that she'd be back shortly, or she was on her way. It's now been 2 hours and still no one here and now no one answering calls

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ONE!!! The lady at the front desk was literally Mrs piggy on pills. She was so extremely rude to all THREE families that were up there. (Who all got towed from THE SAME SPOT) This is definitely some type of scam towing because they had us pay on cashapp for $10 off??? Mind you it was $175 to get our truck, but would’ve been $185 had we paid with our card. She would not let us get the insurance out of the TRUCK THEY TOWED, so we could provide proof it was ours!!???? She tried telling us the owner of the parking lot called them to tow our cars when all 3 families were inside the businesses the parking lot accommodated??? She also walked away when we first got there and left all 3 families just standing there??? Terrible business, terrible customer service, and definitely a huge scam. The lady at the front needs to be fired and this business is not even Better Business Bureau certified, please avoid this business AT ALL COSTS✌️☠️

So, preying on college kids to feed your greed- not technically illegal but bad business practice and unethical. Waiting in lots for people to leave (for 10-15 minutes specifically) - not technically illegal but really crappy. If this is what works for your business I’m glad you’re thriving off of inconveniencing people. Maybe the world would be a better place if you guys focused on actual traffic issues and not almost empty lots. Do better, it feels good to do the right thing. I hope you guys learn that being rude to people and lying about the signage in the spaces you’re towing from doesn’t make you more powerful or “correct” then the person on the other side of the glass just trying to get their car back. After getting some legal advice we know that aside from the lying- no law was broken and it’s not worth carrying on over $175. I sure hope my friend’s hard earned money greatly benefits your business.

Absolutely terrible. We literally parked at a restaurant and got our car towed. No signs anywhere saying that you can’t park there or anything. And then they wanna make us pay almost 200 dollars. Absolutely unreal. Hope they all get their karma.

Tried to kidnap my children. Absolutely disgusting. We were in the complexes parking, had hair cuts, loaded kids up, and were leaving but had to pee so I pulled back into a spot in the same center and ran in to pee. I was not out of my car for 5 minutes total and they were trying to tow my car. One of my kids jumped out and were yelling, attacked other people, and I come out to see them. My kids said they watched him WATCH me remark and jump out and immediately pulled to the car. He WATCHED ME LOAD UP MY KIDS, then tried to ILLEGALLY tow my car. They are damn lucky they chose to back off when they attracted attention and just drove off. This is the most insane disgusting garbage I have ever seen. (Note also that the ONLY reason I let them stay while I ran back in to pee was because I have a 16 year old in the car). Stalking and kidnapping is UNACCEPTABLE just to try to get a buck. I’m not done… not in the least…

Crooks the lot of them, parked in front of icy rolls and walked around the corner to show my husband where Rhea's was and we decided to go to Rhea's so I turned back around to go move my car and their tow truck was backing up to my car. I got into my passenger seat and they still left my car with me in it. Cost me $50 for them to let me go even though I was coming back to do the right thing and move my car that was parked less than a minute...staff was uncaring that I was doing the right thing because they wanted their money...crooks the lit of them...plus when you call them they refuse to get a manager.

They towed my car without notice. Also never confirmed who they were. I went to pick up my car, which shouldn't have been towed and they refused to let me see any information regarding my towing until I payed. Also the broke a piece on my car, unfortunately to grab your car or pull it out to see if there were any damages you have to sign a paper first that makes you liable for their damages

These people are the worst! We parked in front of Subway at Nelson Center in San Marcos we were away from her car for maybe 10 minutes and came back and the car was gone. They have a girl in a green Fiat sitting there reporting everyone who parks there and they are just lined up waiting to tow people. My sister is here visiting and had to pay $200 to get her rental car out after literally 5 minutes of them having it. The lady at the front is the worst person. I hope your pillow is always hot and you step in something wet every time you put on socks and you can never find your keys.

Definitely something going on that's not right with this company. Be careful by subway, they will tow your car as soon as you turn your back. I will be coming back for legal allegations. If everyone would do the same and stop letting them get away with shady towing maybe this would stop . Also, you need to be aware of your legal rights. This is entrapment and can definitely be turned into a court case.

I guess they had a slow night and they decided to tow my car at my apartment complex for parking on the white line. Felt very uncomfortable being there, my middle console was opened when getting my car back it honestly felt like my privacy was violated all the make a quick buck. Also the lot where they had my car stored was covered in broken glass, nails, and all types of things on the pavement. I literally had to move things around to make sure nothing would damage my car. Very dangerous considering there’s multiple reviews saying they don’t pay for damages they are responsible for.

My vehicle broke down at the 7/11 on Wonder World Drive in San Marcos, Texas, about a mile from my house. I spoke to the store employees, and they said it would be no problem if I left it there until morning. Well, I guess they decided to have it towed. Saucedo's Wrecker Service is the contracted wrecker company for that store... I rushed back to the store, praying my car was not already towed. When I arrived, Saucedo's was prepping to tow my vehicle as requested by the 7/11 employees. The driver could see I was upset and surprised that they would tow it so quickly, even though it was in a parking spot. The driver's demeanor calmed me down a bit as she seemed to understand and was only complying with the request of the store owner/representatives who called this vehicle in for a tow. As I was preparing to remove my belongings from my car because I don't have money to repair the vehicle much less money to pay to get the vehicle out of the tow yard. Then I would have to pay to tow it to a mechanic shop after getting it out of that tow yard due to breaking down in the gas station parking lot versus the freeway. I was moving into my new apartment that weekend, so the vehicle was full of stuff in the back seat. I am preparing to say goodbye to my vehicle and get my belongings. She asked me if there was somewhere she could tow it to, such as a mechanics shop, etc... I said I don't have the money to pay for a tow, and it seemed like the vehicle was having engine trouble on one of the heads. It was going to be expensive as it was to get it running again, then to add on tow charges. No telling how long before I could pay to get it fixed. She said she would do it free of charge. She made not only my day but my week, maybe even month. Things have been tough and the driver Leah was more than amazing. She helped a single mom with her 2 daughters during a very stressful time. Now my vehicle is at my home and I have a mobile mechanic that can come to me. Thank you to Leah at Saucedo's Wrecker. She was truly an angel!! I appreciate you more than you will ever know. Anyone that says wreckers drivers don't have hearts is wrong. Anytime I have any towing needs, I know I'll be calling Saucedo's Wrecker Service and anytime any of my friends or family have towing needs, I know I'll be referring them to Saucedo's Wrecker Service!! Obviously they suck. They towed my car from my own apartment complex. They charged me a $50 notification fee to send out a letter because it was over 24hours. This letter was sent out 2 days after the 24hr period. I then got charged for 3 whole days. My car was towed the 3rd at 11:55pm. I picked it up 5th at 1 pm. That would be 2 days. I asked how can they charge for a notification that didn't notify me. They said they have to it's policy and usually people just go outside and find out before the 24hrs. Mind you they took my car from my own apartment complex why would i check on my car for no reason. They also had no corporate number to give me. No professional and they will get any money possible from you. Be careful!

Hello Elizabeth. I just wanted to tell you how absolutely awesome your guys were 2day. They went above and beyond to help us get this bus moved, as it was trickier than expected. I regret not getting their names, as I was so damn beyond stressed through the whole operation...but your guys were heroes 2day...truly. The driver expertly made his way through the unexpected obstacle course our roads turned out to be, and his partner was an unstoppable force of strength and determination, not letting things like trees and poles stand in the way of getting the job done. They were a fantastic team that I would recommend to anyone and everyone I meet who might need your services, and they did it all with a super-positive attitude.
