First off the question about your vehicle are simple and easy. They respond very quickly and they do not try to low ball on their offer. The customer service is amazing, extremely profesional. They explain that their offer lowers if vehicle is not how you described which is fair. I would definitely recommend for unwanted vehicles that you need removed quickly. Towing was also very fast and to the point.

I had my car for 13 years and the transmission was giving me issues. I didn’t have time to fix it myself and to pay to fix it costed more than the car, so I decided to sell it to a pick and pull lot. Other than the transmission and a few cosmetic issues, my car was well kept and they gave me more than other places offered. Everyone was very professional and always got back to me right away if I had questions or if anything changed. THEY DO NOT BUY YOUR CARS!!! READ BELOW The service was absolutely abysmal! First day I call the quote was awful and seemed like they just read the lowest they could give me and needing money badly I reluctantly agreed! They told me it would be a few hours 2-3 max and I would have a call from a tow to get rid of my car... A day goes by and I have to call again! Turns out they got my number wrong and not just by a digit but a completely different number! After changing the number they said it would be the 2-3 hours again... Another day goes by and I have to call the tow directly!! After wasting another 30 minutes of my life explaining what the vehicle description (which I already did 2 days ago!) They said I'd be in contact in 2-3 hours... 4 hours go by I finally get a call, they want a picture of the title first then they hang up... I send a picture of my title and they say they won't accept it because after one dudes signature there is a little scribble (the name is fully visible, the DMV has accepted it before and it's not even my name) I call back demanding some answers and they say they don't even buy cars!!! That the tow company does and that I would be transferred over I agree and they put me on hold... Then completely drop the line! This business is a nuisance that doesn't even do as they claim! They lie to you and attempt to scam you! DO NOT TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR FACE THE SAME CONSEQUENCES AS I HAVE!

A Van, that I had parked with intention of restoring but just got away from me over time. Rather than continue to let it sit in my driveway I called Junk Car Boys. AMAZING AND EFFORTLESS! I filled out my vans info on line and immediately got an ACCURATE quote. No games, no haggling. I chose the day they could come and get it. The guys were very nice. I was able to sell three junk cars all at once with Junk Car Boys. The process was very simple for me. Once I had the titles for the cars, I called and scheduled a pick-up over a month out. A massive wrecker showed up on the morning of the scheduled pick-up, and they had all three vehicles off the property within 2 hours (it took two trips for three vehicles). Everything went as planned, and I am happy. My only complaint is that the pick-up window was 8AM -5PM with a 40 minute advance call. Such a window forced me to reserve a whole day for the pick-up, but that was the most important thing for me to do on a Saturday. Again, everything went as planned, and I am happy.
