My husband totaled my Acura while in TN and Hancock was the one that the state trooper called they not only towed my car but also since my car was totaled and out other car broke down brought my husband home(in north Alabama) to me after the ambulance checked him out when they didn't have to do so, but went out of their way and went the extra mile for someone in need. Awesome customer service for sure bc no one else would have done this.
$450 just to pull start a semi off a fuel line for 3o feet is absolutely ridiculous! They are adjacent to the Pilot truckstop so they did not even have to drive 1mile! Do not use them if you can avoid!
