Come in to get a wiring harness for my 4l60e they wanted 180 dollars and some change for it..FOR USED PARTS.. and the new part was only 120, needles to say I won’t be doing business here anymore if they are selling used parts at new part prices..

Prices advertised on the website definitely did a great job of hiding a lot of extra fees. Bravo, LKQ.

Damn rear cant afford to go to a junk yard any more . I went in there for a mirror and a tail light circuit board. Cost me 68 dollars.. pretty ridiculous . Plus charge for going in has went up as well to 5 dollars. So im in over 70 bucks for these things. Might as well buy it new.

Don’t even think about going here The $5 to get in is a scam. They’ll charge you to get in knowing the part you need is not on the car. The Property is not well kept. Very dangerous to walk through all the car parts and pieces laying around.

I don’t know what the customer service number is even about. I called multiple times and they were zero help. I scheduled a pickup for my landrover Saturday and the third party tow company canceled due to broken truck bed. Fine. The person who called to inform me of this apologized profusely and said he would get me in Monday for pickup. Great. Monday comes and no one is calling me well past my window time yet again. I call so called customer service who tells me my window is completely different than what I was told to begin with. Then when no one showed up after multiple calls to find out what’s going on I just gave up. No one cared it’s pretty evident. Called a different place and they were on it right away. Communication here is trash.

Traveled from Huntsville Alabama for a rear bumper cover, that their online inventory said they had two of which they did not. The online inventory is inaccurate.

Unless you've got an antique, you will probably find what you want or need here. Who knows? You might find antique parts, too! I saw a late '70s Chevy Monza when I went. I wanted to look around more ( this place is huge ), but I was hot, tired, hungry, and had already found what I needed.

I will never be back. Charged 5 dollars per person to go in. (3 people)The website says they have 6 vehicles with the part i need. Only 2 actually have it but both have been opened and dumped on the ground making it useless to anyone else. When we informed the kid at the desk he just shrugged like how should we know what out there. If your gonna charge that much for entry you should make sure your parts list are atleast up to date.

Overall a very well organized and ran junkyard. Due to a lack of competition in the area though, prices can be surprisingly high. If you get their warranty, you can easily approach the cost of new parts in many cases. Their selection, organization, and availability however is quite good. I'd recommend you always check their website for inventory first as it's $5 just to get in so don't waste your money as it's not refundable.

I was selling them a 2006 cadallice sts.. had a schedule pickup on 04/04/2025 -between noon and 3pm .at 4pm it was a no-show no call I called customer service at 4:15 and was told that they would be calling me back within the next 30 minutes never heard from them. On Saturday at 2:32 p.m. I got a email text message saying they got the pickup info they would be calling me back to schedule a pickup then on Monday (04/07/2025) I call customer service it was hung up on three different times I would like for a manager supervisor or somebody to get back with me thanks Terry Thought I would add this is the first time I have had a problem like this with them all other experiences have been good is this you know communication is key is able to just called or sent me a message letting me know that was running behind or is going to be the next day that would have been fine but then getting hung up on three times by customer service aint good

These guys are extremely lazy they have six to seven young men behind the counter none of them really wanting to do their job or be there they also vape inside the building when one of the young men refused to break the rims out of the tires I was purchasing because it was so close to closing time forcing me to buy a whole set of rims that I did not need they would not return them because I'd refused the warranty telling him I'll be back in the morning for the other two tires when I came back the same guy took the rims out of the other tires

They have dramatically went up on their prices. Also will charge you a warenty you don't ask for. They charge all these fees for no reason on parts that don't have anything to do with the environment. They put warenties in parts that don't need warenty. Like bumpers, fenders, ect. So if you go and you know that the part you get doesn't need one ... You better tell them because they will slick add it to your total without you knowing. I'm in process of contacting the Attorney General office in these scheming practices.

disgusting trash, old cars, huge prices, I don't understand why??? They're trying to foist insurance on you, why windshield insurance??? Better go to Georgia, it's a long drive, but the prices are 2 times cheaper and the cars are newer

LKQ is a great alternative to purchasing used parts from EBay. I wanted to go back to a factory set of wheels for my Deville. The prices online were almost comparable to new aftermarket time you pay shipping for a complete set of 4. LKQ to the rescue with a great set of OEM chrome 7 blades. There were in excellent shape minus the center caps missing. I drove to Chattanooga in hope of finding that the wheels were still available since the car was put in the yard back in Dec. When I arrived the Customer service rep gave me a strip map to where the car was in the yard. This is a HUGE yard folks! It has lots of cars and trucks available. You wont be disappointed. They even remove the wheels and the tires were taken off the wheels as well. After a trip downtown to eat lunch they call to come pick up the rims. Even provided a yard car to get them to my SUV in one trip. A ++ Guys Keep up the good work.

The prices here are a joke you can get most of the stuff off ebay for same or cheaper and not even have to leave your house. 9 something for a warranty and they don't even ask if you want it or not. Cfc or pick and pull are way better than any lkq. Edit: 11/4 Your copy paste reply doesn't really fix anything take a look at what your selling and how people are getting the part and adjust accordingly. Have your people ask and don't assume we need or want your $9 to $10 dollar warranty.

Used to come here a lot, but they either scalp the good stuff and jack up the price to put it on sale, or they price 'premium' vehicles that make it not worth coming to pick up parts. Even the parts themselves were getting priced according to the vehicle brand. For not much more, I can go get a brand new part elsewhere. They automatically charge warranty on EVERYTHING that you buy, so you now have to decline or be forced to pay an extra $5 for a piece of plastic. And their photographer sucks. I don't know if they do it on purpose, or they just don't care about their job. 2 stars cause the crew is pretty decent peeps.

I'm 66 years old and have always loved going to junkyard. Well, I mean, I used to. Greed is an amazing thing, it can change the landscape of anything. I've sold several vehicles over the last few years for junk that have wound up hear. The most I was ever paid for one was $300. These guys can over price the parts of those vehicles where when added up, equals more than the original blue book price of the vehicle. It just takes time and each vehicle they have is like money in the bank. Everything about this place is about deception. They hide all kind of fees and their on line prices are just to mislead and get you there. Great how they put all the environmental fees on customers. Core charges on things that are never or no longer rebuilt? Responses to reviews is only lip service. Do yourselves a favor, order parts online or buy new. You'll save time and money in the long run. Together, we can stop this kind of feeding frenzy on us by not buying from them.

I drove an hour to get there after checking their website which indicated they had what I was looking for. They did not have it. Their lot is huge with no map or carts to get you around, so plan on a hike. Plus, they charge a $10 fee, just for the honor to get into a salvage lot and hike around. Wow, never seen that before.

Been here many times. I’ve always enjoyed the experience. The place is organized, and if you are unsure of where to look, the employees will be happy to help you by providing a map of the yard and where you’re going to find certain vehicles. There’s a $3 entry fee, which isn’t bad. Once you open the doors to the junkyard, it’s almost another world. There are vehicles as far as the eye can see. Just make sure to bring all the tools you’ll need. Wheelbarrows are provided. Once you pull the parts you need, there are pumping sinks by the door with gritty soap so you can wash your hands if you’d like. Prepare to get a little dirty when removing parts lol. The parts are by far priced cheaper than you could get anywhere else. For instance a lightly worn headlight assembly for a Honda Odyssey was over 80% off what you would pay brand new. So you definitely can get oem products for a great deal! I like LKQ because of how neat and organized the experience is. And the cool thing is it sits not too far from towering Lookout Mountain. So you get a pretty cool view while you’re working. One last word of advice tho, make sure to stay hydrated and bring something to drink! Because once you’re deep in the yard, it’ll take you sometimes several minutes just to walk back. Happy pulling!

Nice itemization of vehicle locations. Some neat old "almost survivors" there as well

LKQ Pick Your Part is a great place to find all parts of any kind for your vehicle. I just went there to find a back door for my minivan with the window intact. I found one, it cost less then having just the window fixed. Bring your tools and get the parts you need for the vehicle you're working on. It's a gold mine for the mechanic at heart.

Very well organized and safe. It is easy to walk to the vehicle you are looking for and see if the parts you need are there. The pricing is very good as well.
