Chris was excellent!!! If we ever need a tow again, he's gonna be the one we request! He had several hurdles to go through with loading the car we needed moved and he made it look flawless! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Wonderful experience with Dallas one of drivers, he was professional answered all my questions. Went above and beyond to reassure me that he knew what he was doing by taking the time to explain things, with a smile and the kind of authenticity that is rare in the times we live in. My husband and I had a terrible experience a few years back involving another tow (different company) with the same vehicle leading to weeks stranded without a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable at what we were fixing to do. We moved a barge. Approximately 9 miles. One of the best drivers I've met in a while. The way he backs the machine up is like second nature to him. And I saw a lot of people That don't know how to backup LOLI was very pleased at how everything turned out. The drivers communicated with me and made sure that they had a driver to me in a timely manner. My driver was very polite and made sure that he notified me when he dropped my vehicle off. I highly recommend this tow service in the Walker County area.

Was coming from St. Louis area to Florida when we were coming through Chattanooga we had 5 of our 6 trailer tires blow out. One of there guys were able to get to us with new tire and wheel setups fairly quickly along with getting them swapped out. Awesome company and would for sure be my first call if I had anymore issues passing through the area!

I broke down up in Monteagle, Tn and I called Fleetnet so they got Doug Yates to come out. They sent out a roadside driver that couldn’t help me. I didn’t get a call asking for pictures or what exactly was the problem like most technicians do. My thing is, if I don’t give you all of that information, how are you supposed to help me. The only thing the guy did was shine his flash light at the piece that broke off and said, “if it broke off right there, I could’ve put you another line on it”. He wasn’t there no more than 20 minutes. Instead of getting me fixed up, they had to send out a tow. Tow driver was cool and I always expect that bill to be kind of pricey. But what I didn’t expect was to get an additional $750 bill for a guy to come out just to tell me he couldn’t help. I expect to pay something for the technician to come out, but that’s ridiculous to pay that much and still have to pay for a tow.

Great fast service. Travis Q was very knowledgeable and helpful. He ws able to tow both our camper and truck together with ease. Our RV battery had died and Travis had a great battery pack and everything with him. 5 stars! Smooth ride even for a tow truck. I travel A LOT and have a lot of experience breaking down unfortunately. Definitely the smoothest experience to date and hopefully the last for awhile!!!!

It was refreshing to call a tow company and have a friendly delightful kind lady on the other end. She told me the driver would be to me within an hour and answered all my questions with enthusiasm. The driver showed up about 45 minutes later and he couldn't have been any nicer as well. He explained everything he was doing and in a very short time we were on our way, we had great conversation on the way to the shop and drove with caution. Can't say enough good about this company, it's refreshing to have nice people at a business, it's rare to see anymore.

Such top notch service! This company was quick to get my camper towed after blowing a tire on the highway. Then they fixed the u bolts just as quick so I could keep traveling to Florida! All of this for an extremely reasonable price and friendly service! Thank you to all of you!

Excellent service. Johny on the spot with less than 15mins wait. Super friendly. Took to the tim to not damage my vehicle any further. Even stopped at the autoparts store otw to my home. Dallas has been a great help with the towing side of things for two cars, fast, responsive, professional, etc. Paul has been great on the mechanic side of things for the 1 car I needed fixed and got it done fast. Jason was super nice and helpful and seemed to genuinely care about my daughter's well being after her accident when I came to retrieve my daughter's stuff from her totaled vehicle. And the lady at the front desk was also very nice and helpful. I've been very impressed with the entire team at Yates. I won't use another tow company after all this. They know their stuff, they work fast and they seem to actually care, which is a nice bonus.
