Had a lower ball joint snap pulling out of our driveway onto the main road blocking traffic. This happened after hours on a weekend and they were here within the hour. We didn't pay for a tow, we paid for the drivers expertise. Our driveway is on a slope, and I wanted the car set in our yard where it's flat. He maneuvered the tow truck on soft, soggy ground after this week's rain. He didn't get stuck or cause ruts, and the price was reasonable for the situation. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do we'll definitely be calling here and nowhere else.

R&D Wrecker Services have never let me down. They've towed several of my cars and I've never had a long wait long. Most recently, they towed my motorcycle after it started acting funny so I pulled over and called them and they showed up in less than 5 minutes.

On 6/20 we called them for a pickup where my son had flipped a car in the ditch. The driver was very rude and stated my son had to be speeding even after the police officer had said he hadn't. Once he got to my home even was even more rude with where we wanted to car dropped and then informed us that if he got stuck in our yard they would charge another $250. We have used this company in the past and never had a issue but this guy that day has made sure we never use them in the future.

My car needed a tow to a mechanic after it sprung a few leaks. They were able to provide a tow at a very affordable price, and were both friendly and helpful. They picked the car up from my driveway and took it right to my chosen mechanic. I'd definitely recommend them!

broke down in sweetwater tn and live in soddy daisy. Made it super easy after being groped by Yates towing of waiting 2 hrs and driver had a quote of 200 more than the quote operator of the phone had given me. Called and dropped off keys with Driver and went home. 2 hrs later my car is back home. R D is the best around.

I had a great experience with R & D. My truck wouldn't start and needed a tow to a mechanic. This was around 9pm. They were quick to respond, courteous, and professional. I wasn't sure where/how to drop it at a mechanic shop after hours, and they gave me options of shops they do business with often with night key drop boxes. I haven't needed a tow in a while to have rates to compare it to, but felt the rate was extremely reasonable as well. Hopefully I don't need them again anytime soon, but I definitely do recommend them.

This place was suppose to come get my car & tow it to my house. They overcharged me (charged me BEFORE picking up my car). THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Took over 4 hours to get an answer from them (ONLY to find out it was going to take another hour). They caused my family’s health to rapidly decline waiting on them. If you’re smart, don’t use this company! Otherwise, you get what you ask for.

Driver cut from inside lane to outside lane mid-turn and made me eat my brake pedal in a 65,000lb dump truck. When I blew my horn he had the audacity to throw the peace sign. 9/1/22 at 8:45am in a gray/silver rollback. Got on 75 north from Apison Pike. Drivers of commercial/long wheel base vehicles are trained that the outside lane is the correct lane and had this been honored i wouldn’t have to write this.

I called and within the same day I had my vehicle towed. They gave me a very good price compared to others. I seen on another towing company a review someone left about how r&d wrecker services was better at pricing. Which is true plus they were very nice and I received very fast service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for towing services.

Excellent customer service. They towed my mr2 and supra, and that says it all that I trusted them with either! I hope to not need again, but that's unrealistic! Will use again for sure!

Jason was our driver. He was able to pick up our truck and bring it to the house. He was also able to squeeze it safely into our driveway. We live in a very tight neighborhood and even with the limited space there was no concerns of safety or damage to the vehicle. Thank you very much Jason!

Called R&D after I managed to get my truck stuck in a predicament in my front yard, after I tried to get unstuck myself for an hour. A friend recommended then based his experience with them. They said they would show up in 30 min and arrived in 25. The son of the owner was driving the truck. He could have given me a hard time or made fun of what I did but instead he was very friendly, very professional, and demonstrated quickly how good he is at what he does. Taking his time to get things right and used exceptional care, he made short work of getting my truck to a safe location. He caused no additional damage although I was certain it would be difficult not to. The price to save my truck was more than fair. Highly recommended and I will call them again if I need wrecker service for sure!

Took advantage of my 84 year old father on 10/29/2021. They towed wrecked vehicle told us it would be $225 tow $45 labor. Asked if could come on Saturday to get. Was told no they are not open. But they could come but it would cost $50 extra. Today November 1 2021 They charged $75 labor instead of the $45 and $60 extra dollars for storage overweekend, plus the $275 tow. Cost went from $270 to $360 very dishonest people. Very Unprofessional Michele Knauss

If you are ever in need of a tow or an auto transport R&D wrecker should be your first and last call. Regardless if you need your car moved from one side of town to the other or even if you need it moved 500 miles these guys are great. I have been using them for many years and they have never let me down one time. There rates are extremely fair. Also they are always punctual and will handle your car with care.

I called them and within a few minutes he showed up, didn’t need an address he knew his way around! Picked up my car handled it with care and dropped it off at the auto mechanics all within 30 minutes. Convenient and low prices.

The apartment building I live in is having the parking lot resurfaced and the inconsiderate building management failed to sent out a reminder after the dates for the resurfacing were changed. As a result I forgot to move my car and it was towed by R&D. When I spoke to the building management they couldn't even be bothered to say they were sorry for the inconvenience, however, when I spoke with the owner at R&D he waived the $125 fee out of the kindness of his heart even though it cost him money to tow the car. I am not from around here and where I come from this would be unheard of. I'm sure he couldn't afford to do this sort of thing everyday but if you want to do business with a company that is going to treat you like a human being I would recommend you use R&D Services.

I've never used this wrecker service, let me be clear! However, I was just now leaving Integrity gymnastics on Hixson Pike and had all the experience I need with this wrecker service. As I pulled out, turning to the left, I pulled into the median lane before merging into the main lane. A car was coming but with way more than enough distance for me to merge in the lane. As soon as I merged into the lane the vehicle coming very clearly decided it would be a phenomenal idea to accelerate their speed and speed up on my rear end, then started flashing their lights and even more absurd, weaving back and forth in their lane behind me. Full blown road rage tantrum! I pulled into the right lane and realized it was a wrecker roll back with a car in haul. I am shocked at the fact that a person who drives for a living would throw such a tantrum for an unnecessary reason. No one pulled out in front of him or caused any reason for his behavior. He didn't even have to press the brakes for me making a legal turn in front of him. And if he would have calmed himself I was merging all the way over to exit onto 153. To know this person is so short fused to act accordingly while driving a large roll back AND having a car in haul is ridiculous and he should not be on the streets!
