Do not buy anything from Rock Bottom auto. I tried to cancel my order but they wouldnt cancel it saying it already shipped even though it didnt actually leave the facility until 3 hours after I tried to cancel my order. Once I received the item i tried to return it unopened but the company will not take it back because it says not returnable below the add to cart button. The company is unwilling to make it right by accepting the unopened product. They are clearly money hungry for every red cent & don't care about return customers.

Yep terms and conditions are real & I tried to follow them, however when I canceled the order with amazon before it shipped, they were unable to cancel it even though it hadnt shipped, therefore I believe you should be willing to take the unopened part back. Heck Ill even pay to ship it back to you even though its Hazmat restricted. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience. If not, I stand by my previous review and statement.
I purchased a heater core from this place
They didn't bother to package it properly, so it became damaged in shipping. My refund took 3 weeks plus an apparent 15% restock fee. I paid for return shipping. They might as well be named Ripoff auto parts.
They are horribly incompetent, inconsiderate, and unethical.
I shopped at this Rock Auto parts Depot from eBay apparently this is an eBay auto parts store and what prices they have OMG the prices are incredible almost half price from what you find in your regular auto parts stores I couldn't believe the prices and I put them on my vehicle and they work just great. Definitely a parts store to visit again even though it's not really a parts store it's online but a great online parts store how about that.
Excellent service, ordered the part on a Wednesday, received it perfectly packaged and on time the same Friday. Prices are great, will definitely shop here again.
