Stop by 11/18/25 to ask if could check antifreeze in mom van some Lil punk came out with a very mean attitude raised his voice at me he needs to learn how to speak to a customer & not be so loud & rude especially in front of my mom & customers @ dollar general even hear him with me & mom was needing not only probably antifreeze fluids but windshield wipers so he made me so mad I told him he didn't have to be so mean I got in van & left want be back until Lil punk know how to treat a customer.
all employees at this store are great. very helpful. I needed to fix my actuator on my AC and every step of the process from what tool, to the warranty on the part, to the process and steps I needed to take to make the fix. 5/5 stars for sure. Use this store if you need any auto repair help.
The folks over here are great, and are always patient and helpful with me, no matter how many questions I ask, or times I come in for something I forgot
Ordered a tool Thursday afternoon, was told One Day delivery, didn't expect it to actually arrive...but to my surprise it showed up 20 hours later. You can't beat prompt delivery like that! Thank you!
Great service. The staff were helpful with what I might need for the job and recommended different options. They also shared what I might encounter during the job.
Went in last night to have my girfriends battery checked. first the guy couldn't find the battery that was staring him in the face. then he tried to test the alternator when the car wasn't running and tried to tell my girlfriend that she had a bad alternater and battery. then after i got her car started and proved the alterneter was fine he told he couldn't change the battery because the ECM was mounted on top of it.... so yeah I bought the battery, stuck it in the car and drove away. either this guy know absolutly nothing about basic vehicle maintenance, or he was trying to sell my girlfriend something she didn't need, will not be returning to this store.
Everyone needs to get the training done before they get stuck out on the floor and taking orders for stuff that they have no idea if it is right or not but they will let you come in 3x's and still give you the wrong thing I think that they need more training
These people really don’t know a thing about vehicles. Their only knowledge is evidently what a computer can pull up in front of them. Someone that I know very closely came to the store in desperate need of a battery. She was having battery failure with two young children in the car in the night time. They had a battery that was fully capable of being used on her vehicle which I checked was in stock. I also got information from another location that this battery could have been used in her vehicle as well with no issue. However, they chose to sit around on the counter and joke around rather than trying to help a customer in need. Their social gathering was more important than helping a mother with two young children at night. When I called them to question the situation, the manager Tori instead of apologizing and trying to fix things, decided to react argumentatively. After I got off the phone, I then received two quick phone calls afterwards from the same number which I tried to return the call, hoping that they were actually deciding to make things right. Instead, what I got when I finally answered the phone was that I was harassing them. after talking with management at another location, they told me that the company has frequent complaints about the attitude and work ethic of those at this location on E. Brainerd Rd. Beware of these people, or wouldn’t surprise me that they would probably just give you the wrong part due to their lack of knowledge and need to help people.
Enjoyed watching the employees handle a very irrate customer. She was rude and vulgar and both employees handled the situation professionally. Bravo to them
Having visited numerous Parts Stores in my 50 years, the guys at the East Brainerd Road location are by far the best. Not only do they know about Parts, they strive for customer service!!!
As the owner of German Autohaus here in Chattanooga, I expect a certain standard of customer service. Flynn, at the East Brainerd store, helped us get back on the road when we were in a tight situation nearing closing hours. Once again, O'Reilly Auto Parts and its employees have gone above and beyond in customer service. I highly would recommend this business to anyone.
Shout out to Flynn. We were driving from out of state and had some engine troubles. We stopped in to this O'Reilly's and Flynn greated us with a smile and helped us figure out what the probelm was. Can't say enough about what a great experience we had with Flynn. Devinitely will come back to this location
Bought some BMW parts and brought up the fact I wasnt sure if I would use them or let them sit for awhile. That turned into, "we can't help you. No refund, no in store credit".

Help is ok most of the time. One dude there seems like he hates helping ppl and wouldn't dream of coming out from behind the counter to guide you to a part.
Good service is always knowledgeable individuals friendly and very helpful competitive pricing. Will always continue to do business at this location whenever possible.
I've only had 1 experience at this location, but that experience will have me coming back. Folks were VERY friendly, quick, knowledgeable.. will definitely be going back. Thanks guys and great job!!
