Oh man, this started off as a rough day but man Roy was amazing. Helped me get my car situated. Great conversation and a smooth ride to the dealership. I would highly recommend American Towing and ask for Roy.

Excellent support, Scott helped me get my car towed home and off the highway within minutes from calling roadside assistance! Beth and Scott were knowledgeable and patient, making the whole process stress-free. It was a wonderful experience and I thank him so much for helping me out especially on a very scary highway.

I caught a flat tire on the highway late at night, in the middle of nowhere, and had no idea who to call. Thankfully, someone from American Tow and Recovery was available and came to my rescue. The driver was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire situation. He went above and beyond by recommending a nearby hotel and safely dropping me off there on the way to taking my car to the tire shop. During what could have been a very stressful experience, I felt completely safe and well taken care of. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and compassion shown to me. Roy was so helpful, professional, and a pleasure to speak to. He called promptly to verify where the car was located and gave us a great timeline then showed up a little earlier than we expected but he did have us on our way feeling secure with him taking our vehicle to the shop. My Nissan Versa Note broke down on a Saturday night. Scott called me to let me know he was close. He was polite, attentive, and answered all my questions. He knew a lot about the trouble my car was having and gave me some good information. I rode with him to the shop, he's such a good dude. He even gave me a ride home after. Great towing company. Highly recommended.

I cant say enough good about this company. And these fine young men that work for them Brice And Robbie. These young men are very knowledgeable. Respectful. And very professional. They were very safe on the road when doing there job. . We were broke down on side of freeway. Got there quick . We hooked up and took us to a very safe environment. Asked if we needed anything. Scott Raines saved my ass this morning. I had my Miata buried up to the doors in a ditch, but Raines was able to pull me out without any additional damage. It was our 32nd anniversary and we were headed to our dinner celebration 50 mins from home. Our car decided to stop while getting off the interstate. My Husband had to push the car out of the road. Disaster but after speaking with Roy (our dispatched AAA tow truck driver) we knew we were in goods hands. Prompt service, great company and a wealth of information from Roy turned an unfortunate vehicle breakdown into a memorable adventure! Thank you Roy!!!!

They were very nice over the phone and the guy they sent was very helpful. Also I called 3 others before them and the other 3 gave me prices like I was trying to have it towed to another country. Their price was GREAT

Colby was absolutely wonderful, polite and very professional. The experience has been the most pleasant I have ever had. I have had quite a bit of experience with towing services and this was the best of all. I can’t comment on the price of the service since it is paid through my insurance company.

My truck was disabled and I was 2 hours from home. Roy came and rescued me. He was very polite and transported my truck and trailer to a local Ford dealer with no problems. I highly recommend.

What an amazing service kind courteous called me as soon as he had received the request apologizing for not being able to be here sooner although the time I waited was nothing compared to how long I've waited with previous experiences on roadside assistance. In short Colby was utterly professional kind courteous and even with a wasp creeping on the tire itself then on his Jack he proceeded to change the tire in a speedy fashion coupled with extended above and beyond courteous I couldn't be more pleased.

Zero complaints on service, Brandon helped me out of an embarrassing and potentially much more elaborate recovery. He was initially worried about the van flipping on extraction but after I signed away liability, he winched me up and out within ten feet. The reason behind the two stars is the surprising $300 service bill. I was told $100 base cost + cost of service on site. I called off a referral from a buddy who had a vehicle picked up and physically towed over 10 miles just the previous day for $150. I'm usually not one to complain and there was nothing wrong with the service but the final cost being triple the base price just feels a bit predatory. If someone can justify the $200 for 10 ft of liability free winching, I'd be happy to shut my male Karen mouth. Again, 10/10 professional service. 1/10 on perceived vs. Real cost
