I’ve never seen a used store with such outrageous prices, While in the store, I had to warn an old couple about purchasing a bed that was over priced and under quality, I direct them to a better place to get the least expensive bed with better quality while in the store, I even notice other customers talking about the outrageous prices while in the store.

Made a donation of left over building materials. Willingly accepted and thanked profusely. Very friendly people on site.

Need to lower the furniture prices I think they’re too high. That’s why it’s not selling.

Great prices. You can find all kinds of things! Check them out a couple times a month because they may have something they didn’t on your first visit. I love this place. I found cordless shades (large size) for only $4! They sell rugs of all sizes for a lot less than you would get at any other discount type store. This particular location has a whole lot more than the one in Goose Creek and much cheaper prices. The store is a lot bigger. They sell new mattresses in every size, plenty of furniture, washers and dryers, etc.

Love this store! It's like a treasure hunt but your treasure is home improvement supplies. Think Lowe's, but Goodwill style. I've found some really incredible things here, some brand new. You can also donate things of all kinds and it all goes back directly to the community. These people are doing really good work!

Extremely overpriced. A lot of the items here can be bought in a big box store for the same price.

Picked up some doors and a bathroom cabinet. All new. One of the (go to) stores for the wife and I. Good prices.

One of the best Habitat for Humanity locations I’ve shopped at. Lots of parking although it is tricky to exit the parking lot just the way the exit is so close to a train track and lights and turning lane. The store is well laid out and quite tidy. They have a huge selection of just about anything. The team members say hello and when they’re walking up and down the aisles doing their work, they stop and ask if I need help or how I’m doing. Nice touch! I refuse to shop at the other thrift shops since they are for-profit. Things at the store are well priced in that they are fair and affordable.

Basically, just a lot of junk they have lots of stuff in the upstairs part of this place, but they will not really negotiate price unless it’s broken and couldn’t get help finding anything that I was looking for.

I found almost everything that I need after moving here. Prices were what I would expect of used items. I was thoroughly impressed with the help I received when I asked for it. Recommend this place to anyone

I really wanted to like this Habitat ReStore, but my recent visits were disappointing. First off, the prices are super high, especially considering this is supposed to be a nonprofit thrift store. Some of the furniture and home goods are priced higher than what you’d pay new at a regular store. It kind of defeats the purpose. The store is also overloaded with inventory. It felt cluttered and hard to navigate, almost overwhelming. It made it tough to even browse or find anything worthwhile.

I love this place. I never fail to find little treasures when I stop by. Usually in the form of sewing or craft supplies or collectibles. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I'm not sure what's going on here and other stores but the prices are outrageous. I understand that it's based on volunteering but really. I can go to some of the big box stores and pay the same for new. This is all my opinion but please drop your prices at least a little bit.

The prices have sky rocketed for some reason. Priced like it's an antique store. Many items sitting for months. Why. It was free price thing so they will sell not sit. Remember your product was free. Free. I stop in once a week.

They have great stuff! The store uses it's income from sales to help fund the building of new homes for those that need affordable housing.

Love this place! They always have new stuff being brought in, everything is reasonably priced, and they even have great deals on overstock cabinets and kitchen fixtures.

This Habitat for Humanity - The ReStore is very high price on most items. If you don't see the price then you have to ask first before purchased. I bought a 2 1/2 OZ bag of potato chip and they charged me $2.39 which should be about $0.75

The ReStore on 101 Greyback Road in Summerville is an absolute hidden gem! Having moved from California two years ago, I was familiar with Goodwill but had never heard of ReStore before. Now that I live just five minutes away, I stop by almost every day on my way to work, and I’ve found some of the best treasures here! From unique dishes, pillows, and glassware to kids' toys, vintage books, beautiful jewelry, and home décor—there’s always something special. The quality is fantastic, and many of these items aren’t even sold in stores anymore. I’ve also come across some incredible antique furniture, though I’ve learned the hard way that if you love something, grab it right away—it might be gone the next day! Beyond the great finds, the staff is what makes this place even better. They are always friendly, welcoming, and truly make the shopping experience enjoyable. You can tell the store is well-managed, and the customer service is outstanding. Plus, I love that Habitat for Humanity runs this store, supporting meaningful programs that help people in need. Highly recommend checking it out!

I really wish I could buy more things here. Habitat for humanity is such a good organization which does some great things for the community. I've supported them for a while but the prices here are far too high. $500 for an old stained loveseat couch?? I go somewhat often to see if I will get lucky, I've been doing a lot of home projects and habitat for humanity always has random things that may or may not be useful for me one day. Staff is always so so pleasant but wish the prices were more reasonable for used goods.

Speaking on behalf of my elderly mother, she had a truly upsetting experience with Habitat for Humanity on Greyback Rd. The way they treated elderly members of the community was disgraceful. An elderly person was being dismissed and talked down to by a specific staff member, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of empathy and respect for seniors was shocking. To make matters worse, when tried to address the situation, an employee refused to give his name and would not allow me to speak to the manager about his outlandish behavior. It’s incredibly unprofessional and concerning that someone working for a nonprofit organization would act this way, especially toward vulnerable individuals. I had always thought highly of Habitat for Humanity, but this experience has completely changed my perception. It’s clear they need to reevaluate their staff and how they treat the community, especially the elderly. I would love to have an opportunity to speak to manager at the Greyback Rd. location.
