The company helped me out with towing my car that ended up with a flat tire. The biggest plus point was that I didn't have to wait for hours for the service. The service was just awesome, esp Tonya who was such a nice person!
She was on the spot with her towing truck with half hour of me putting in a request, loaded in my car with much precision and care, and dropped us off at the repair shop on time.
Patrick towed my vehicle after it broke down very quickly and he was very professional! I thought it was the water pump but he said he thought it was the heater hose and the mechanic confirmed he was correct! I appreciate his communication and fast service I will definitely use this business again and I highly recommend!
About 6-8 months ago Patrick hauled my car and seemed so sweet and service was great till we arrived at the drop off point and he put his hand on my leg and asked if he could buy me dinner then became rude for the rest of the transaction because I told him I’m married

Barnes came out on a roadside assistance call. GEICO authorizes a tow within 15 mi. I found a shop 1/4 mi away and when we got there, it was closed. The motorcycle stayed on the truck, never unstrapped and the tow truck was never turned off. GEICO wouldn’t authorize a second tow, 6 miles away to my house. Barnes was paid in full by GEICO for a 1/4 mi tow and Barnes charged me another $100 to drive the 6 miles to my house. To me, that reflects a “screw you, what choice to you have” mindset as well as a total lack of goodwill to the community they service. I get it… businesses run for profit, but these guys were paid 2 full hook up/tow charges to tow a motorcycle 6 miles. They could’ve done better than they did.
Reply to owner: You're missing the point entirely. I did agree to the price. My insurance company wasn't the point of my review, it was to provide the context that you were paid twice to tow a motorcycle 1/8 of a mile and then 6.6 miles - it's a stretch and a liberal use of the work "technicality" to call that a second tow since the bike was already loaded, strapped in and the tow truck was still running. Not my intention to go back and forth, I was simply providing a review and wanted to reply to the new info. If you discounted the second tow, many thanks. Your driver didn't mention that and simply said "$100 is the standard hook up fee" and you had already been paid for that.
Barnes Towing is fast and very knowledgeable. I called for roadside assistance and Patrick called back no less than 5 mins. He also gave some great advice. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Barnes Towing,LLC.
Geico sent them to base to take my son's truck, we (parents) followed to find out details. The place Geico sent us was very sketchy, tow driver, Patrick, went above and beyond recommending a different place and letting us follow. Very nice, knowledgeable and professional. The other day while running around getting stuff done i get back to my jeep after going into the store and it wont crank up nothing nada. Called Barnes towing they were out to assist in less than 30 minutes faster then any other company i called they recharged my battery and i was able to get to o'reillys to get a new one as mine was old and wouldn't keep a charge. i would highly recommend Barnes towing anytime and day- Patrick tow driver
My two children and I were broke down and the tow truck driver treated us very poorly. One of the rudest I’ve ever spoken to. He was a redheaded, freckle face man yelled at me because my car drained his battery charger, also told me that he was trying to get home, walked away while I was trying to talk to him. Just very very poor service. I have never left a negative review for any site. That is how bad he was.
