So very nice. They were able to pick up my son in less than 45 minutes. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredible nice and accommodating. I was so very happy with their service.

Needed a tow from the house to the shop. Not only was I contacted twice but with the problems with the truck, they listened and they were understanding. Would definitely use them again and definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Brooks towing if you are stuck somewhere. Meika and James were very nice and professional. We were in a accident where the car got totaled. James took a quick look and then handled everything from there so we could go home.

Perfect experience. Had a flat from an unseen road hazard. The office called within minutes of my sending it to AAA. The driver kept me posted as to ETA. He did a terrific and efficient job and even was gentle getting my dogs out of the way of the tire. A+++

Great communication and had my car towed within 45 minutes of me calling! Jon was super helpful and kind. He even checked under the hood of my car, trying to help find the issue, as I don’t know much about cars. He had my car dropped off at Gerald’s, gave them my info, and told them the issues I was having within 30 minutes! Definitely recommend.

James with Brooks Towing Service was absolutely fabulous. Brooks towing dispatcher was immediately in contact with me right after I submitted my request. Not only did the towing dispatcher keep me updated but also James the tow driver on when he will arrive. James was very friendly, kind, and skilled. I will certainly use their service again.

Brooks Towing & Recovery is awesome! What could have added another level of stress to the night was instead a sigh of relief with Meika on the other end of the phone. Professional company with great customer service, communication and prices! Conveniently located off of 61 in Summerville. Ian arrived within the time frame that was promised. He was also professional and helpful.

Tyler was my driver. Fantastic guy!, showed up fast, loaded up and gone. Took longer to explain what happened than it did for him to load it. Jessica i believe her name was, took my call. This is the second time Brooks towing has come to the rescue for me! Tow trucks always arrive in a very timely manner, drivers are always kind and respectful, and employees even go above and beyond with customer service. For example: jumping through AAA policy hoops to get the assistance needed or pushing vehicles manually to get them accessible better. Thanks so much! I can’t say enough good things about Brooks Towing. My car broke down after business hours on a very cold night, and I was stuck on the side of the road with my daughter, stressed and unsure what to do. Amanda answered the phone and was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring right from the start. Shane arrived with the tow truck and immediately made getting us out of the cold and home safely his top priority. He was professional, friendly, and worked quickly to load the car so my daughter and I wouldn’t be stuck freezing on the side of the road. He then took us all the way back to my house instead of leaving us stranded somewhere else. On top of that, they were more than fair with the pricing and didn’t try to charge me an arm and a leg just because it was after hours. What could have been a miserable and scary situation turned into a huge relief thanks to Amanda and Shane. These people are honest and understanding! I thought I needed to tow my car to the shop, but when they showed up (exactly on time), we determined my car was fine. I simply assumed they would charge me, but the driver said the owner was too kind and nice for that. When he called the office, they were quick to say they were happy that my car was fine, and they refunded my money. Wow!

Best towing experience ever! The booking agent was pleasant and thorough. Jordan from Brooks Towing arrived about 10 min earlier than scheduled to pick up. He backed the flatbed in perfectly and we were loaded in about 10 minutes. Delivery was just as smooth. Jordan was polite, friendly, and efficient. The truck was clean and new. Highly recommend to anyone needing a scheduled or an unexpected tow!

Jon was absolutely fantastic. He showed up quickly, was professional and friendly, and made my stressful situation much easier to deal with. He handled my vehicle with precision and care and was great to talk to as I had to catch a ride with him back to my apartment, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and courteous these days. Even referred me to a good mechanic in the area to help out with my car issues. My son is as in an accident before Christmas and while it took 3 hours for the highway patrol to get to the scene, Mr Johnny was there in a matter of minutes . He not only positioned his truck appropriately to load the wreckage quickly when he got the okay, but more importantly he did so in a way that also provided protection and visibility to my son and his vehicle so other drivers could avoid them. Additionally he spoke with my son and helped him until I was able to get there. It was remarkable that Mr. Johnny waited with us patiently for the 3 hours it took for SCHP to get on scene and then the remaining time until the patrolman released the vehicle to be loaded. I will forever be grateful for Mr. Johnny and Brooks Towing for being not only excellent at their craft, but also for being exceptional humans who made a scary situation (1st time accident for a teen driver) as good as possible. Thank you Brooks Towing & Mr. Johnny - I will never use another towing service and I will definitely always recommend you to anyone I can!!

My sister recommended this company as I was in a special situation. And Sam answered with the sweetest voice and assurance. The driver called me, and was super sweet. (Sorry my dude! I forgot your name!) They kept me in the loop, just so nice and I had a really, really rough week. And it really resonated with me, that they listened and got my situation. I cant thank my sister and Brooks enough for letting me in on this great company. Not to mention, the parking situation complicated things for them, but they have been amazing and just ultimately.....thoughtful. I highly recommend.

My 2014 Nissan Cube decided it didn't wanna go to work today. Brooks Towing was quick to respond. Sam called to confirm details, comings and goings, and to provide a driver ETA. Driver Ian (aka "Sasquatch") was polite, considerate and just an overall joy to deal with, given the circumstances. I highly recommend Brooks and will be sure to insist on them for any future towing needs. Great company that truly appreciates their employees AND customers...a rarity in ANY business these days.

The absolute best towing service ive ever used. The tow truck operator Jordan was great to deal with ,very helpful,punctual actually surprised me how fast he got there and got it loaded. I would give that guy a raise if he was my employee. I would Definatley recommend Brooks towing and Jordan to any one who is in need of towing services of any kind and at any time. Excellent service received from Brooks Towing and specifically Jacob the driver/ technician. My distributor tang broke on my 1929 Ford Model A leaving me stranded on a local Summerville road with only one option…call AAA for a flatbed. This I did wondering how long I’d have to wait for them to dispatch a tow company let alone how long it would be before they were actually on location?? The answer was 5 minutes and I received a call from Jacob with Brooks towing and he couldn’t have been any better suited for my problem as well as experienced in transporting a vintage antique vehicle like mine. Jacob was not only prompt, efficient and experienced in his position he was one of the most polite young men that I’ve ever met. So if you ever require a tow or some other form of automobile service please do yourself a huge favor by calling Brooks Towing. RVM

At 10:44 a.m. today, I called AAA to request a tow to an auto repair shop. Jordan, the driver sent from Brooks Towing at AAA’s request, arrived about 15 minutes later. I’m impressed not only by the quick response time, but also by the care with which Jordan loaded my vehicle onto the tow truck. A big thanks to AAA and Brooks Towing!!!!
