Lucas saved our road trip tonight! An hour before they closed, we pulled into the parking lot because one of our wiper blades wasn't moving and we had just had the windshield replaced, which made us think the company didn't reattach it correctly. Lucas walked outside, in minutes fixed the problem and replaced our old blades with the newly purchased ones. We were back on the road in no time and could safely drive through the rain. I know they don't do repairs, but the outstanding customer service and willingness to help out was so appreciated - thank you!!

I've known Pop's You Shop for many years. They provide many automotive services. Highly skilled workers produce high quality results. I don't think it's possible for anyone to do what Pop's Top Shop does better.

Went in for a battery. Cashier's attitude was she did not want to be there. After we purchased the battery, she just handed it to us. We asked for her to install it for us. She asked a coworker to help, he told her good luck, it was an easy battery to change. We were than offered the tools to change the battery ourselves because she was not comfortable changing batteries. We changed the battery ourselves in the parking lot, no one that worked at the store offered to help. Will we be going to another auto parts store in the future.

You should honor the prices on your shelf. It’s not the customers fault that your staff walks by a 3 month old sales price and doesn’t care enough to take it down. Do better

I purchased a battery from this O'Reilly store and it was a great experience. They beat other store's prices and they were friendly and efficient. Gerald was great, he installed the battery quickly and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!

Went in to get the codes on my car checked and cleared. I did not know that they could not clear codes, but that’s not how the lady at the counter said it. “We don’t clear codes!” I then asked why, when she said “uh the store doesn’t allow us to?” I’m fine with not being able to clear codes but there’s a much better way to put it. I will not be shopping here again due to the rude employee

Had odor in my vehicle after buying shrimp. I had tried everything; fragrances, shampoo carpets. The young man who helped me suggested replacement of cabin filter. He even done it for me because I wasn't sure I could do it. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. You need to give him a raise! He is an asset to O'Reilly auto parts!

Brought in wiper blades that I'd bought from another location. Store employee was very helpful with installing these blades for me. Very nice and friendly. Ps , if her boss sees this , she definitely needs a raise. Thank you

Instead of researching what I needed was shown how it wasn't on the sales floor and then told me that she couldn't just go to the back and open up boxes. What all I wanted was a effort to look in her computer and help me out I hate to have someone who didn't understand and couldn't wait for me to leave well O'Reilly sure knew how to avoid helping

Came in to see my battery was draining. They helped me identify that it was a bad battery and then proceeded to help me replace the battery within 10 minutes. Ruben provided excellent service and I will definitely be coming back with any other car issue I have!!

O'Reilly's has long been the best when it comes to customer service of the auto parts chains. Why I come here. They quickly and correctly diagnosed alternator diode as the cause of my battery drain. Saves me time, money, and sweat. Again, this is why I come here.

Was able to purchase an exact on/off blue LED power on when lit in dash toggle switch, I installed it there, it worked perfectly and I'm very pleased with the whole visit there..

Great customer service! I went here to get a new a battery for my kia and not only did they honor military discount for me, they installed the new battery, as well. The man that helped me was awesome! I can't remember his name unfortunately, but he was fantastic! He let my toddler help(be in the way) the entire time.

This is the one. Best O'Reilly's around other than this one I was at a bit ago where everybody closed up shop to come help me get my serpentine belt replaced because I broke the mount on the tensioner pully. 2 guys leaning on a broomstick, one under the car, one under the hood. Had it don't in 5 minutes. Best shop ever. But this one is great too. Plenty of knowledgeable people. Great attitudes. Wonderful customer service. All around, best O'Reilly's in South Carolina.

I needed Freon for my 2007 Honda Civic. They can't do it for you, but he showed me what I needed to do and stayed outside with me till I got it filled up. Great customer service!

Superior service! This is the place to go when you need anything for your car. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous, and even processed a refund for me when I bought too much brake fluid. I highly recommend them!

I stopped in today with a question about something, and instead of just settling me parts as I guessed at the issue, the delivery driver, Robert, helped me diagnose the issue and find the best, most affordable replacement part to fix the issue. This saved me time, money, and effort! Robert went above and beyond the expectations of any auto parts store employee, in my opinion. Definitely recommend this store if you need courteous and friendly service.
