Had my Wife’s Lexus serviced and was happy with the results and price. Definitely a good choice if you’re looking to have your vehicle repaired.

Best engine shop around. Price might be a little more than others, but their quality of work is worth it.

Dropped a Ford Crown Vic off Monday and it was ready to be picked up Thursday. It was what I thought a fairly in depth repair, however they completed the job quicker than I thought. The price for the repair was a really good price for the amount of work that it needed. We just had the same issue with a Dodge Ram truck and it took 10 weeks to repair at double the cost. Morrison Automotive is clean and they communicated with us through the process. Picked the car up today and it's running like it's new. Very impressed with the work they did. It's Veteran owned. We are recommending Morrison to everyone and here on Google. This place is top notch.

Had to take my truck to dealership to get fixed. Brought my truck to kenny to fix my heat. (Had none) he changed hoses, thermostat, flush system. Gave it back no heat. Brought it back he changed heater coil and airbox and actuators. Got it back no heat. Brought it back couldn't find any problems why no heat. Oh , I left it with him every winter, pretty much all winter cause I didn't need those months. Think they gave up. So I took it to dealership and in 2 days I had heat. They did show me the stuff that wasn't put back in and missing. So, what was it you ask ? The new (??) Heater coil ! But unfortunately the warranty was up so had to pay out of my pocket. When kenny had it 2 winter's after he replaced it (??) So that tells me my truck just sat there all those winter months. My warranty did pay for alot of it but I had alot to pay out of pocket they didn't cover. So do you think I should get reimbursed for atleast the heater coil ? I certainly do. I don't blame kenny he is actually a nice guy but he's not the one out there doing the work and just going by what ever his mechanic says. Dealership called me a hour after looking at it and told me the problem and I said I have been through this for almost 3 years it can't be that it was just replaced last year. They said if that's not the problem I had there word they wouldn't charge me but they guarantee that's the problem, so I said go ahead and replace it. Next day they called and said all done, the heat will run you out the vehicle !! 2 days !! If kenny would return my calls or fix there email I wouldn't have to post on here.

Terrible experience with his service shop. they had my vehicle for one week and one day, could not find the intermittent problem .I was charged initially over $650 for a diagnostic fee and to change one particular $15 part(which was not bad) I complained about the charges,so they brought charges down to $563.14. The majority of the charges were for a diagnostic fee and $15 part.I had enough, so I picked up my vehicle NOT repaired. I had another technician take a look at my vehicle and for $69.95 and 1 hour, of labor, vehicle is repaired.

I brought my camper van with the lithium package to their shop after noticing a startup noise that sounded like a belt. Long story short, the problem turned out to be a bracket that Jayco no longer manufactures. Joe and Steve went above and beyond to track down a solution. Incredibly, they sourced a similar bracket from Ford, and the technicians were able to adapt it and fix the issue. When you have a front-office team willing to go the extra mile and technicians who can deliver on that commitment, it’s a great recipe for success. I’m truly impressed with their dedication and highly recommend their service!

I have debated for a while on writing a review, but today took the cake. On 3/22/23 I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak. It was diagnosed that the leak was coming from the oil filter housing. To repair this, the intake manifold gasket needed to be replaced as well. The service was preformed and off I went (2 yr 24,000 mile warranty). On 5/3/24, I brought my vehicle in for a possible radiator leak. Repair was made to include thermostat, radiator, lower radiator hose, and a water pump. Here is where is get good. On 11/26/24 (right outside of the 24,000 mile but within the 2 years) I brought my car back again for an oil leak. Well, now it was my valve cover gaskets. So this was replaced along with my manifold gasket (that was replaced on 3/22/23). So now here we are not even a year later the valve cover gaskets are leaking again. Am I taking my car back to this place....absolutely NOT. Let's not mention that the water pump they put on 5/3/24, did not even last a year as I had to replace that last month and the hose clamps we not even tight. Oh, did I mention that when they replaced my radiator that my condenser (located on the side of the radiator started leaking)? I did not know this was the problem and I called them to get a quote for AC repair...to the tune of 3 grand. I declined and got a second opinion. My AC was repaired for $600. Almost every single repair this place has made, I have had to have the repair made again. Oh, and on one of the repair bills, there was a note that the rear main seal may be leaking. How do you not know if that is leaking. How can you say "it may be starting to leak". Either it is or it's not. I have paid this shop $3964.63 in the 4 repairs and it has cost me even more to go back and repair almost everything they did. If you are reading this review, I hope you have a better outcome with your repairs than I did.

If you have a problem with your vehicle and need real mechanics instead of replacement parts technicians, this is the place to go. Management is friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable. They will explain exactly what you need and do only what you want. Great folks 👍

ALMOST 5 MONTHS THEY TOOK TO FIX MY FOOD TRUCK. I dropped my food truck (98 chevy box truck) off around the middle of July for an oil change and radiator leak check that then turned into suspension repairs and a complete break rebuild. From a $500 bill, to almost $6000. They finally called Dec 5th to say it was done. There was no communication the entire time. I had to contact them several times, leave multiple messages, just to get a call back to find out what was going on. It was always excuses, they were sent send the wrong parts, we are short staffed, the tech working on the truck is on vacation, there is another truck on the lift, we don't have enough people... The plethora of excuses was mind boggling. And as a business owner myself, I get a lot of it. It is an older truck. Parts are had to find, sometimes they aren't available at all. But, at some point, It just seems like they just parked it and went about working on everyone else's vehicles. Almost 5 months. I lost tens of thousands of dollars in sales and canceled events because these people couldn't do the job they were hired to do in a reasonable amount of time. Hell, I don't even know how well they did repairing the truck yet. I am just so pissed that they took so long. Oh, and the mess they left in the back of my truck from their test drives...I mean, come on...you made the mess, at least attempt to pick it up. 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Took my truck in to Morrison Automotive to get some suspension work done that two other shops had failed to correctly diagnose and fix. Ended up leaving with a great sounding truck that drives like it’s supposed to. Great service for a great price. Highly recommend. I will be back.

Brought my 2013 camaro to fix ac blend door. Dealership wanted to remove windshield and dash. There is a video on YouTube that shows a different solution. Chip, the tech that fixed it did a great job. Saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend this business

I would love to give this shop more than 5 stars. I brought my 1982 Ford f100 their with several problems electrical and mechanical. Kenny and his team figured out each and every problem. I had to be patient the truck was unsafe to drive and undependable. Took time at the end I am very happy to have her back on the road safe and reliable. Repairs can not be rushed or you end up back on a wrecker. Been their done that. Thank you Kenny and Team for you expertise and getting the job done right.

I’ve tried using this shop multiple times. Turn around times are beyond awful, communication is sub par, always looking to upsell you. Don’t bring your vehicle here. Response to your response: It’s my fault you had the wrong number? Not the one I called you on 4 times? Different size tires? What dude? Bottom line, I made an appointment a week ago for Monday. Drop my truck off at 7am Monday. I call at 3pm to ask for an update. I was told techs were slammed and probably weren’t going to get to it. You finally call back, but call the wrong number 20 minutes before you’re about to close when I was already on my way to pick up the truck. Show some ownership of your failure to communicate that you were too busy to look at it and that the customer had to remind you about the appointment. And to address the lie that I didn’t want to hear what you had to say, I stood in your office and waited for you to address the issue. You did not. Don’t act like you made an attempt. That’s two lies pal. Jarrod

Been dealing with Kenny for a couple years now. I daily drive a 79 wagon. Drive it everywhere! Road trips, work, I trust and LOVE this car! That wouldn’t be possible without the honest knowledge and passion that Mr Morrison holds his shop to! Always takes time out of his day to make sure everything is on the table and discussed clearly, with an efficient a more important, effective plan to complete any task to keep you rolling down the road safe and happy! I hate when my cars in the shop but the pure joy and peace of mind when you get the keys back. Oooo buddy! Can’t say enough good things! Love my Wagon! Love the Morrison family! Thank you for always looking out for the things I don’t see and keeping me confident in driving ANYWHERE!

I just want to give a quick shout out to Morrison Automotive. I was a little concerned when the warranty ran out on my explorer because factory prices are very high but you don’t want to lose the customer service you get from a factory dealership. I have noticed the customer service is probably better being a smaller company. It is more like a personal touch. I recommend them with five stars.

I ended up using Morrison due to my vehicle breaking down on the road in front of their shop. After the fact, I'm saying that breakdown was fate and I will definitely return to do business with them again. Fantastic customer response time, clearly outlined what they would do and how long they would take. My final bill came in LOWER than I was quoted!😀😀😀 I even got a follow up text checking on how the car was performing after repairs. This level of service is almost unheard of these days. Thanks for the experience Morrison Automotive 👍🏿

They were able to get my vehicle in quickly which was great because most places could not get me in quickly. I wasn't aware that they charged a minimum of at least $150 to diagnose though. I felt that was too steep for a diagnosis that wasn't going to be rolled into the actual cost of the repair. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop. I don't think it's a bad repair shop, just a little too expensive.

I took a friend of mine's Ford Escape there to get worked on because the vehicle wouldn't start and I had him looks at the brakes because the car wasn't stopping as well as it should have. I spoke with Kenny and explained to him all that was happening to the vehicle. He was able to get the vehicle up and running in a quick matter and was able to inspect the brakes. He cleaned the brakes off and the car was able to stop better than it did! I HIGHLY recommend Morrison Automotive! PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST WORK!! I'D GIVE HIM 10 STARS IF I COULD

Updated 6/30/20: Another quick, pleasant experience. Got oil changed and tires rotated. In and out fairly quickly, and didn’t mind the wait. I have only had maintenance done so far, but have been looking for a shop where I can go, or refer people to, when repairs or problems come up, and can be sure it’s a place I can trust. Highly recommended!! REVISED: Went back for second oil change. Continue to be impressed by service and price. As I have waited for my vehicle, I have listened to other customer interactions - always prompt and knowledgeable. Will continue to go back! Went here for an oil change and tire rotation for my Lexus, as I didn't want to go to the dealer. Quick response online by email for an appointment. Very fair price. Was impressed the mechanic asked to look inside console and glove box for tire lock key before going through vehicle. He also took time to reset the maintenance reminders and talked to me about air cabin filter. Waiting area was nice and quiet. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!

I'll start by saying I'm very particular on who I let work on my truck. Having said that I did a lot of research on who to let align my 1988 Chevy S10. After doing a bit of searching I found Morrison Automotive and Truck. I saw they were highly rated and based on what I could tell have a well maintained shop and professional atmosphere. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment over the phone. I was fortunate to get a same day appointment and from the moment I called until the moment I was handed back my keys after my truck was done being serviced I was nothing short of completely satisfied. The staff conveyed their appreciation for my business and made me feel welcome. The technician's were professional and did a great job getting my truck aligned and driving great. Thank you Morrison Automotive and Truck!

My husband and I went to multiple automotive shops in Summerville. The dealers are too expensive and the chain shops more than once tried to sell us unnecessary services. A friend recommended Morrison Automotive to us a few years ago. Every time we have an issue with one of our vehicles they are very professional, kind and honest. They always get our vehicles in and fix them quickly. Most importantly once it's done, the issue is resolved. No continually taking it back in to revisit the same issues. The best part is that Kenny, the owner, personally texts us after each visit to ensure our vehicle is running well and that we are pleased with the service. Can't say enough about this place and won't be going anywhere else!

Whatever work I bring their way, they always do a wonderful job. My truck leaves the shop riding better every time I take it there. The two ladies who run their customer service desk are some of the nicest and most helpful I've ever met, and Kenny Morrison is a trustworthy guy who runs a very open, honest shop.

I've taken my company's work trucks here for Service for years & always been pleased so I trusted Kenny with my beloved classic 1972 Corvette.....just completed $5,700 "Upgrade"....transmission seals, brakes, new tires, plugs & distributor, valve cover gasket, new fuel pump. Kenny called every couple weeks with Updates & to get Approval....did everything promised.

I have been using Morrison for several years and on several older cars. Two reasons I like them: 1)My gut feeling is that they are fair, honest, and working to save me money by only recommending necessary repairs. 2)Every time I get my car back it is fixed correctly. Simple as that. So I do recommend Morrison, especially if, you are tired of getting the runaround or feeling like you are being taken advantage of by other mechanic shops like I was.

My name is Debbie Orsini, I don't have my own google account. Anyway, after reading that one review where the customer told everyone to stay away, I felt I needed to write. Several years ago after my husband passed away times were very tough for me. I had some major car issues and money was tight. Kenny allowed me to pay off my bill because I needed my car to get my special needs child around. How many places would do that? They were so helpful and HONEST! I have been bringing my vehicles there for almost 10 years now. Several times I thought there was major things wrong with the car and they told me it was something small. They never try to jack up prices. They keep me informed every step of the way and never do anything without going over it with me first. Tammy at the front desk is so nice and helpful! I wouldn't bring my vehicles anywhere else.

My experience at Morrison automotive at first was good.. Nice environment nice people for the most part and a new building. Soon after I left my car I waited for two hours, keep in mind they were only checking a headlight after me calling them to get my results that they apparently had for sometime they informed me that I needed a headlight module and the cost for them telling me that information was $100. The total cost of the work being done to my headlight would of been $1250. They are great at making people believe them. Please choose yourself another automotive for car repairs Morrison automotive will charge you way too much.u
