City cops had my vehicle towed and my wife rolled up the windows and turned the car off before she left it. When I go to pick up the car my windows are down and my battery is dead from were they left my key partially on. They also went thru my vehicle because everything in my glove box was laying in passenger seat and I know for fact they did it because my wife was with the car all the way untill tow truck driver picked it up and cops never searched it. And both my seat was slid all the way back and my wife is only 5.2 and it has to be almost on the dash. I can understand them sliding driver's seat back but not passenger seat. I also had items missing out of my car that they won't replace. So if you need a tow unless the cops call them for you I would use someone else.
Courteous, fast, and efficient. I needed a tow last minute and All Ways Towing got it to the shop and secured in less than hour. Very pleased with their follow through.
The late night, early morning, of October 4, 2025, I was returning to Camden, after visiting a friend who is a patient at MUSC Charleston. As I was driving through one of several construction zones, I hit something that destroyed the tire, and there was no place to pull off to the side of the road, leaving me with no alternative but to limp to the first exit to get out of traffic. I was left with no alternative but to have the vehicle towed to a tire place for the night. Not familiar with the area, I called All Ways Towing and arrangements were made to tow the car and then take me some place safe while I waited for my ride to come pick me up. The truck was there so quickly, loaded the car, and off we went. Charles Saul was the nicest driver, very professional, and he made me feel totally comfortable and safe during the entire ordeal. Kudos and thank you so much for coming to my aid.

My insurance company sent them out when I contacted them. Thank you Tim! After working 12 hours in the hospital overnight, my car left me on the road in a bad spot! Dennis was amazing. He called me when he was near the pickup location and even though the parking lot was full of police he just went right to work! He had to maneuver my car around because police cars were blocking it but he had it up on the truck super fast! He was also nice enough to answer the next day when I accidentally called his phone to ask where the keys were because the mechanic couldn't find them (I meant to call dispatch and also he put them exactly where you'd expect). He put me right at ease even though it was really late at night in a sketchy place with a crime investigation happening, lol. Super professional and helpful - I will absolutely on All Ways next time (my car is terrible so there will definitely be one).
Needed a tow and went along with this company! We had a tow driver named Johnny he was absolutely amazing! He called and updated us in regards to his arrival! He was very nice fast and vibrant ! Love him! Will be sure to use this company again thanks to Johnny !

I must say this is one of the best tow experiences I’ve ever had. The tow guy Tad was very professional. My Mercedes was parked on a hill in my driveway with a rear brake issue. I have used All Ways Towing several times and they have “always” been so amazing to work with. Usually when you are needing to call a tow company you are already not having a great day. They make things so much better by their exceptional customer service. Their communication, pricing, customer service on the phone, and their drivers are top notch! I highly recommend! Just a great group to work with!

The dispatcher (Samantha) was quick to call me once my insurance company connected me with this company. She was very pleasant! Jamie was my tow driver and as soon as Samantha dispatched him, he called me and asked all the necessary questions. He kept me updated on the whereabouts of my car and we even had some good banter. Having to get your car towed is never a fun time but they made the whole process super easy. I work at a dealership and hear all sorts of horror stories about other towing companies but I would 110% recommend All Ways Towing!
We cut a tire on the Ravenel Bridge this afternoon. It was completely flat by the time we got to Mt Pleasant. James arrived well before estimated time and was great! He was very capable and even waited with us for our Uber. Thanks so much !
Great company when you need a tow. The dispatcher had a great attitude and asked important questions with professionalism. I can’t remember her name but she had a pleasant voice. Dale came this morning to tow my car to the mechanic shop. He called before his arrival, and he was very professional. You could tell he was very experienced by the way he put my car on his flat bed and removed it perfectly into the parking space. I definitely recommend them when in need of a tow. If I ever need assistance again I will be giving them a call for sure!

My insurance company used this company to tow my vehicle and the driver was very rude. He would not drop my car off at the requested location responded to us in a very nasty manner. He was running behind schedule from his previous tow and was being nasty to us like we caused him to be behind schedule. What we asked him would have taken him 5 extra minutes of his time. Instead he took 15 minutes arguing with us about why he doesn't need to deliver the vehicle to the requested location. If you are insured through State Farm make sure they do not use this company to tow your vehicle as the driver Johnny is not very nice at all. Actually, we even called to complain to someone in their office about him and that lady got rude and was even yelling at us as well. It was an awful experience. I have never had an experience like that trying to get my car towed. Next time I will ask which company is towing so I can stay clear of this company.
Reply: The driver pulled in as we were sitting in another vehicle in the parking lot waiting on his arrival. The car dealer asked him to pull the car around to their other lot and Johnny was rude to him saying that the dealer could do it himself. So my husband and I saw that and went over to ask him ourselves to take it over to the other lot that was only going take him an extra 5 minutes to do. He hadn't even taken the car off of the bed when he was first asked to do that. Johnny was so rude. From the other reviews, I have learned you are a family business so you will take sides with your family but if this business keeps treating customers so horribly the insurance companies that contract with you will eventually stop renewing their contracts with you or even pull out of them. I will definitely call my insurance company to complain about you. I certainly hope your attitudes change towards your customers unless you will be out of business.
Insurance company selected this company. Chris, was awesome. Quick with getting things diagnosed and getting vehicle on the truck/to the dealership. Definitely would use them again if needed.
