I was away with my family in Florida and my car was towed by weavers because roadwork,we were never notified of roadwork,Weaver made me pay 325.00

I had a good experience with this company. They were on time, and instead of towing they were able to troubleshoot the problem. Big help. Driver was nice too. Highly recommended.

I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who provided detailed information about the time frame of the tower's arrival. The tow truck driver arrived promptly and was courteous.

Had an accident at Mt Laurel and Kutztown Rd in Reading. Tow trucks showed up in minutes and had the accidents up on the tow trucks in under 10 minutes. This team is a well oiled machine that really gets the job done. Eric was very reassuring to the accident victims and gave complete instructions on how to coordinate between the insurance company and the police. He said "Here's my card, Call me if you need help." The next day when I asked to pick up my stuff out of the truck, he said "No Problem." Juan also was very helpful and friendly when I had to prep the truck to get it drive-able to a nearby pickup location by the collision repair facility. I really love doing business with Local family run businesses. They are the real pillars of this community. The first photo shows the truck parked at the strip mall. The second photo shows the trees in the background on the right of the strip mall. The Tow Lot is about 200 yards beyond the tree line. This made it the ideal location to move it out of the storage lot to wait for the Collision repair company pickup.

I broke down on the side of route 12 and called multiple towing companies that were giving me quotes of multiple HOURS before they could come help me. My sister told me about Weaver’s towing from when she needed a tow and gave me the phone number. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was very quick and responsive. He told me he would be there in 15-20 minutes and was there in 10 minutes. He was professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am so grateful for his service and I would highly recommend Weaver’s towing to anyone!

I never write reviews but so thankful for Gene, I believe his name was, who came out originally to tow my car to a garage but ended up actually just putting my spare (that I didn’t realize was under my car?) on for me instead. saved me about $40 for him to just put it on in the parking lot. stressful situation for me turned out a little bit better bc of him?

Broke down on westbound Rt 73 with a lot of afternoon traffic. Called AAA and they told me the tow truck driver was on his way and should be there in 10 minutes. The driver was super friendly and he did not have an easy situation to get his flat bed truck set up to load my car. He remained friendly and professional and delivered my car to my mechanic.

My vehicle broke down I called here and he said he be 10 mins. He was there in with in 10 minutes. He even gave me a ride to my place. And tried to figure out why my car wouldn't start. Just very satisfied with the service Thank you so very much. Definitely with recommend them .

Driver of one of their flatbeds was speeding and passing on the right (June 1st @ 430pm near Penn Ave Exit of 222 S). I was in the left lane and he nearly ran me off the road into the center barrier and would have if I hadn't honked to let him know I was there. Then he proceeded to tailgate me and flip me off even though he was in the wrong and driving dangerously. Not a good way to advertise your business.

The guy who helped me was great. He was very polite. He helped me to get my car started. Unfortunately, the car was stolen and the thieves trashed my engine and my transmission in the snow storm.

In the snowsyorm joshua came out and changed my tire. I called AAA first and was told 3 hours at least!!!! Joshua was there in half hour!! And he couldn't have been any nicer!!! Very professional!!You guys are amazing!!!! Thank you!!! Only place ill call from now on!!!

Driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He arrived quickly and took great care of my car and waited with me for my ride so I wasn't left alone in an empty parking lot.

Very hot day at petco parking lot! Yes I put my dog in car on passenger side and dropped my key on seat! My dog was locked in stinking hot car for 25 minutes+...police came and a kind lady called triple A and had Weavers paged! He was there in 2 minutes and rescued my dog! So thankful! Very Very Thankful.

Called Triple A towing today because my car wouldn't start. Unfortunately I can't remember the man's name but he was extremely helpful and saved us a lot of money by explaining what was wrong with the vehicle and how to fix it ourselves. Saved me so much money! So kind and helpful!

Weaver's did the accident truck recovery as well as assisted with relocation of the truck 55 miles to our body shop. Eric and his crew were professional and most accommodating. This was helpful with my mind preoccupied with the numerous accident details. They are awesome to work with.

On Wednesday evening this companies tow truck was illegally parked in a private lot where I go for Physical Therapy. Worst part was that he was blocking two handicap parking spots which I needed. I called to get a hold of someone from the company and got no answer. Now today at 5 pm this evening the same person was backing out of the alley way from my house with a minivan and hit a black suv and left without reporting it. I witnessed the whole thing. I have alerted my neighbor. She is calling her husband to come check out their car. We are looking through all of our cameras as well.

On 3-9-18 a friend had a car towed from Laureldale. On Monday 3-12-18 my friend got his car back. Imagine his surprise when he found several of his personal items missing from his car. What sort of business are you running? Are your employees shady or do you not have a closed in lot for storage of cars??? I will tell every one I know NOT to use your company.

I found my car with a flat and promptly put on the spare to discover it was almost entirely flat as well. I was in a time crunch so I contacted weavers to come and give me a tow. When they arrived they told me that the spare was quite flat but it only had a small leak and they would fill it with air and I'd be able to drive myself. They wouldn't even let me pay them for their time, just came out and took care of it for me. Very appreciative.

Went to leave for work today and when I got to my car I saw I had a flat tire so I called Weaver's to have it towed to get a new tire. I've used Weaver's many times and will continue to use Weaver's in the future! Every single time they've gone above and beyond to help me and make it as painless and quick as possible. They've always been kind and polite and extremely professional and honest with me. I've never written a review before and don't know if I'll ever write another one but while I sit here at the tire place waiting for my car to be done I couldn't stop thinking about how much I appreciated there help and kindness this morning!! I appreciated it enough to take my time to figure out how to write and post a review for them. I feel like writing a review and giving them 5 stars really isn't enough but it's the least I could do! Weaver's, THANK YOU SO MUCH for once again helping me! Your the best and I will never use another towing business!

As someone previously described, these guys are absolute criminals working hand in hand with the police department to scam people out of money. I was towed because I was "parked too far from the curb". My car was literally towed 1/2 of a mile. They charged me nearly $400 because my car "was difficult to break into". These people are absolute scum bags. Please avoid.

This place is a SHAM! SCAM ARTISTS! THIEVES!!! We were inquiring about a tow, and inadvertently, my insurance company gave them a credit card number (in case we chose their service). When we heard they wanted $125.00 to tow 9 miles we surely denied that disgusting rate. Then, this scam outfit charged my insurance company's card without authorization even though we chose another company that charged only $55.00 to tow 9 miles. When we called to get the $75.00 fraudulent and unauthorized charge reversed, the impolite Weaver's man pretended our land line was breaking up and quickly hung up on us. WHAT BUSINESS TAKES ADVANTAGE OF A PERSON IN DIRE NEED OF ASSISTANCE??? They should be ashamed, sued, and shut down!!! STAY AWAY....... RUN FOR A REPUTABLE TOW SERVICE WITH HONEST EMPLOYEES!!!

0 stars. These people should not have drivers' licenses let alone commercial licenses. Do not trust your vehicles to the care of this company. One of their drivers ran me off the road in rush hour traffic on 422 West going about 65mph while he was hauling two vehicles- one on the flatbed and one towing behind. I narrowly escaped betting hit by the loaded tow truck AND the vehicle that was being towed behind it was laying on my horn as he came in to the lane I was in. I nearly lost control of my car while trying to brake and maneuver out of the way. The driver was weaving in and out of traffic the entire way out past Pottstown as well as tailgating with mere inches between the truck and any vehicle in front of him. My husband called and reported it to the company but they didn't seem too intent on reprimanding the driver. A complaint has been filed with the PA State Trooper Department in charge of the area that this occurred.

So I called AAA for my car to be towed and Weavers towing showed up. The guy that help me was so jolly and new exactly what he was doing. He was very good at his job! Thanks Weavers towing for an awesome experience!!! I will definitely be calling you guys anytime I need help.

This company is great. My car broke down and I had called them to tow me. They were there with in a reasonable amount of time And the furry guy that helped me was so nice and friendly. He did everything that he could to help me get my car to where it needed to go!

Where to begin? I started out as a customer who had their vehicle impounded by the police for my own error, not weavers towing. I was civil, they were respectful; got my vehicle back not damaged, not missing parts, etc. since then I've had my "baby" towed by weavers several times and let's just say they truly go above and beyond. Great bunch of people, from the tall skinny guy to the chunky one! They do accept the AAA if your wondering.

These guys are criminals. My van got towed without proper police authorization less than 3 miles from their shop. They charged me a $325.00 impound fee, damaged my brakes searched through my van & took my GPS which I only got back after I asked for it. The broke off the retainer that holds my spare tire & took my spare tire but not before putting a spike in my right rear tire. This business is run by criminals.
