My humble thanks to Noely and her Tow Team as they picked up my son's car in Reading, Pa on Christmas day, and towed in to the repair shop in short order after I called. Great service, price and on site care.
If you value professionalism, safety, or basic human decency, avoid Beltran S&J Towing. The driver they sent out was hands-down one of the most disrespectful and careless people I’ve ever dealt with. My vehicle had a ruptured fuel line and was leaking gasoline onto the street. Instead of following basic tow safety procedures, he refused to clean any of it up and told me they “only clean spills at accident scenes.” That’s a lie, and any real tow operator knows it.
He watched gasoline pour down the road, shrugged, and acted like I was bothering him for asking not to leave a fire hazard in front of my house. Then he tried to charge extra if he disposed of the absorbent. Yes, he literally said he could put the gas-soaked material inside my car unless I paid him more. Unbelievable.
The driver had zero interest in doing his job correctly, zero concern for safety, and zero customer service skills. From the second he stepped out of the truck, he seemed annoyed, dismissive, and more focused on his phone than the dangerous situation right in front of him.
Beltran S&J Towing clearly doesn’t train their drivers, doesn’t enforce safety standards, and doesn’t care about the people they tow for. Leaving raw fuel on a public street and giving attitude about it is beyond unprofessional, it’s negligent.
I’ll never call this company again, and I’d recommend anyone reading this do the same.
Excellent service, he couldn't tow my car because the emergency break would not come off. I had a start malfuntion but he thought maybe it was the battery. He jumped my car and it started right away. No tow. He went above and beyond, very nice guy.
After a long road trip, my car started to overheat less than 15 min from home. The Beltran staff got to me quickly and got my car towed to the garage. They were friendly and compassionate and kept me posted on their arrival.
My Honda had check engine light. VSA and EPS lights come on and wouldn't go more than 10 mph. I made an appointment with Piazza Honda but was afraid to drive the car so based on reviews on Google I called Beltran. They were at my house in 10 minutes and they take care of everything. The gentleman who came was very nice and helpful and the price for towing was reasonable. I would use them again and highly recommend them
Was able to schedule a tow 3 hours before I needed it dropped off, driver was friendly and everything went quick and easy.

Needed another tow & the car was gone within 26 minutes from when I first called. Was also $43 cheaper than what Progressive wanted to charge. Very friendly & efficient.
Got a screw in my tire at midnight trying to leave work last night; guy who came to help me out was really nice and quick too! Not only did he get the spare on for me but he took the time to find the hole so I knew ahead of time whether my tire could be patched
Needed a tow quick. Did a quick call around. Contacted Beltran S&G Towing and they were by far the most reasonably priced. The arrival time was not too long and the customer service was amazing!!! I hope I don’t need towing services in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I definitely know who I’ll be calling. Would 100% recommend.
My car broke down, and LeBron responded in less than 30 minutes. He was kind, prompt, and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and taken care of. He even gave us a ride home! Thank you so much, LeBron — 10/10 would recommend!
Beltran Towing was the most reasonably priced tow in the area. LeBron was extremely helpful, kind and wonderful to work with! He really helped me in my time of need. I would recommend them to everyone. 10/10
“Someone saved my life today…José and Beltran!” Kind of dramatic, but not far over. After CFD, CPD and another tow truck (mistaken identity) all failed getting me out of rising flooded water, in viaduct, Beltran to the rescue! Jose smiled, said “wait there,” took his boots off, waded in the water and meticulously pulled me to safety on his flatbed. I was out of options and he was like my Guardian ? Angel showing up! Best towing company in the area. I’ve worked with them multiple times now, and they are a reliable towing company. Prices are very competitive and whenever I need a tow in the area I will always call them. 100% recommend, Jon is very communicative, and easy to work with. Just got my car towed without even needing to be there for it with no hassle.
My work telecom bucket van broke down at a PA Turnpike rest area. Called them for a tow and next day repair. They were quick to arrive for the tow; reasonably priced and did the repair next morning by the time I was ready to check out of my hotel. This team knows how to communicate throughout the whole process and get you back on the road safely & quickly. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Thanks again guys!

10/10 services!! Lebron is really that guy! Got a flat on the highway after work was worried it would take awhile for towing services to appear since it was after midnight. Nope Lebron came through!! He was super friendly, very attentive and made me feel at ease after worrying about a flat. If yall ever need towing services Lebron is your guy!
I forgot the guys name but this was the best tow truck experience I’ve had. My charger is lower so he took his time getting it on to the truck bed to avoid scraping the bottom bumper. I missed his call but he came back within 30 minutes. Great service I’d highly recommend this company. Huge thank you to the driver!

I was stuck on the side of the road I called my insurance company Beltran towing was there within 45 minutes, the driver was very professional and took very good care of my car. Have the car towed to his shop and was fixed within the next morning,, I would rate them 10 stars. Thanks JHON , see you soon on my next vehicle maintenance

I was stranded on the side of the road tonight due to my cars computer acting up. I managed to get the negative cable of my battery with only a dog tag and metal rod from my jack. I was just trying to reset my computer by removing the cable. LeBron came to my rescue!! He saw me on the side of the road and kindly stopped and provide assistance with the tools he had with him! He helped me reattach my neg cable and jumped my car! I made it the rest of my drive in my 2 hr long trip for a wedding! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE!
I would recommend Beltran S&J towing to everyone that I know! They were super fast with being able to accommodate my needs on such short notice. John even went as far as to FaceTime me to ensure that he was picking up my vehicle since it wasn’t in the exact location that I told him. When my car arrived John was extremely friendly and professional. Their prices are great too! If I ever need another tow truck company, they will be the first company that I call! 10/10 service!
It was a blessing to get a hold of these guys after calling three different companies that claimed to be 24 hour roadside assistance, only to find out that they didn’t have anyone on call or would only work with people with AAA. This company took my call right away and started leaving in my direction as soon as possible so that I didn’t have to wait on the road anymore than absolutely necessary. The driver was kind and polite, and very quick and efficient to get my car where needed to go. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of roadside assistance.
