I will never purchase anything from you because of the method you use in advertising on Facebook. Once you ad pops up the only way to get rid of it is to turn my phone completely off and then restart and it is very frustrating. I can only think that you salesmanship is as frustrating. You are an annoyance!!!!!!!!!!!

Dropped my wife's 24 Wrangler 4xe off for a recall. It failed the battery tests. Was told they will order a battery and let me know when it is fixed. I asked how long and they said could be 3 or 4 weeks. They did offer me a loaner. Called next day to let them know we decided to trade in the Jeep elsewhere. They refused to give my Jeep back and said it had to stay there till they fix it. I called Jeep Corp and they told me that the recall is voluntary and they have no right to keep the Jeep. Went in to get it and took the loaner back. Was told I told you on the phone you cant have it till its fixed. After telling them I already talk to Jeep and other dealership they finally gave me my car back! NEVER AGAIN!

Luis and Brandon were godsends at a time when I was going through a alot of car drama and ridiculous incidents. My car broke down, for good, on the way to work 2 hours away from home, on a Sat afternoon when nothing is open. I finally got a rental car from Turo, the only place that was open. Upon finding a car at Savage 61 the next day, i returned my rental car the following day and was stranded by Uber. I should have taken Luis' offer the day before to pick me up. I wanted to get a car like I had and they did have them but Luis guided me to a better car and a better deal, helping me to pay off my previous loan with rebates and also a fee estimate from another place. Brandon was very organized and answered all my questions and got my paperwork accomplished quickly because I had to get to work. Both Brandon and Luis were professional, pleasant with good senses of humor and helpful. I highly recommend them. They helped me get through a very trying time.

I’m really impressed with the service I received at this dealership. Everything was organized, the staff was friendly, and the whole process moved smoothly. My experience with Braylon at Savage 61 was honestly great from start to finish. He was friendly the moment I walked in and really took the time to listen to what was going on with my car. Instead of rushing through things, he explained everything in a way that made sense and didn’t make me feel clueless. What I appreciated most was how he kept me in the loop the entire time. Called over to the service department to schedule for some repairs, they were able to get me scheduled in that same week. Once there for service, the team communicated the issues they found, cost, & time to repair in a very professional manner & had the vehicle back to even sooner than they originally quoted

The service at Savage 61 Dodge is second to none. We currently get all our vehicles serviced at the Muhlenberg dealership. The service manager (Taylor) is the reason we continue to trust this dealership with our vehicles maintenance, repairs. Taylor is exceptional at his job, and always makes us feel comfortable with any work performed. He is extremely courteous, and very friendly. We consider him a great friend. I hope the Savage dealership realizes what an incredible employee he is. We will continue to purchase all our vehicles here as well. I traded in my gmc and they gave me more than anyone else! I found a jeep grand Cherokee L I had to have and connected with David Kosik who sent me video he took of the jeep to my phone, handled the financing before I came in so it would be a smooth quick transaction. And it was. Everything went off without a glitch. David was friendly, so nice and he’s a no pressure sales person. I highly recommend going to him for your next car. I was out of there with my new jeep in less than 2 hours.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. We worked with Louise, Chris, and Brandon who were all extremely accommodating, friendly, patient, and hardworking to get us what we needed. They knew we were driving an hour and a half to get there so they even stayed late for us going above and beyond! They didn’t just get us the best deal around, but they gave us exceptional service. We are a household of many rotating vehicles and we will not be going anywhere else but Savage 61 from now on. I would highly recommend them for any car leasing or purchasing needs coming your way they truly are the BEST!

Was on the lot Monday waking around. Not 1 person came out to ask if i needed help. A salesman came out seen me as he was helping someone else. Walked around for hour. I came with my own financing. Wanted the gladiator that was on lot. But, left after an hour. Even walked inside to talk to someone never approached. So I left!!!

So I have been biting my tongue all afternoon, after Savage 61 Dodge having my Jeep for 1 week, to find out why my check engine light was on. They proceeded to tell us that my front wheel sensors were bad even though they were brand new and only on the Jeep for 2 days my hubby told them to go ahead and replace them. They did they called us and told us it was done and that all was good no more codes or check engine light. We go to pick it up hubby gets in it to drive it home and not even a mile down the road check engine light back on and the power went to almost nothing, so we knew that according to the paperwork the camshaft sensor needed replaced so we stop at auto zone but the camshaft sensor hubby puts it in and then it has a code saying that the computer needed updated to recognize the new sensor, so call the dealership back take it back 4 days after it was home and they pull it in next day and then they call and say camshaft sensor is not factory there is nothing that can be done , so once again hubby tells them to replace it with what they feel is right, to have them call me today and tell me that now it is throwing different codes and that it looks like they are gonna have to tear the whole front of my motor apart to find out what is wrong, I said nope I will have my hubby call you and with that when he called the proceeded to tell him same thing and he goes I don’t think so I just rebuilt that front end of the motor myself I know there is nothing wrong with it for them to come back to him and say well with that attitude you can come get your jeep to which my hubby goes your damn right I am coming for my jeep you have made it worse then when I dropped it off. We get there to pick it up and our balances owed was zero because they knew they were just throwing parts at it and not fixing it. Back the first trip we refused to allow them to put a 700.00 part on it that we knew it did not need and ever since they have been just throwing parts at it and causing more damage to it. Needless to say my jeep still has a check engine light and we have spent well over 700.00 now to a dealership for nothing. I will never and I mean never recommend Savage 61 Dodge, Jeep to anyone. Oh and right on our paperwork it states we are no longer welcome there.

I always get great service at Savage. I bring my Ram and my wifes Hyundai here regularly. Taylor in service is great, always accommodating, repairs are completed in a realistic amount of time, and the pricing is always very reasonable.

I regularly get my jeep serviced at this location. Robbie Peters has always been extremely helpful and friendly. He always clearly explains what was serviced and anything I should be on the look out for in the future. I highly recommend their service department for any of your car needs!

I Have purchased three vehicles from Savage 61 in the past 10 years. Everybody is very Welcoming! When I come in for service Robbie is always the first one to welcome me and always remembers my name. Any issues from big or little, he always made sure it was taken care of and done right. And always follows up a day or two later with me. I highly recommend getting your next vehicle from Savage 61.

This review is regarding the outstanding work by the service department at Savage61. Specifically, I can't say enough good things about Robbie Peters, who went above and beyond after our vehicle broke down nearly 200 miles from home. We had to take our new vehicle to a local dealership for the same issue multiple times, and the problem kept recurring. Robbie kept the vehicle and was persistent in his efforts to ensure the issue was reproduced, tested, and resolved, even as the problem was escalated to corporate for engineering support. Although the process took longer than expected and hoped, he maintained communication that was honestly impressive and truly championed our cause. My only regret now is that I need to find a way to have him transfer to my local dealership... This situation could have gone very wrong, but Robbie managed it expertly, advocated for us, and did everything possible to resolve the issue. I hope Savage61 recognizes what an incredible asset they have!!!

I've had some difficulty with Savage in the past, to the point where I was almost done with them. I had even written a bad review I've since deleted. Recently I've been in for a few issues on my truck and was blown away at the turn around in the way I was treated, availability of appointments, and their general willingness to help. Taylor is the guy to talk to in service. He really wants to help. It used to feel like every thing was just a cash grab there and that culture seems to have disappeared. It isn't just in service either, my salesman Louis was top notch and so was their management. I believe I dealt with Kyle and Brandon (Used car manager and Finance Manager). It was a few years ago so I may have the names wrong. If you've had trouble with Savage in the past, give them another try. I was pleasantly surprised with the way I was treated and how quickly my issues were handled.
