Open late and close early. I can’t stand places that advertise hours of operation and don’t even have staff at the store when it’s supposed to open, especially an auto parts store.
Decided to come here instead of the one in Kutztown and I’m glad I did . Jermey was a lot of help he went above and beyond . He helped me and also answered any questions I had with no problems at all! Definitely will be returning to this store in the future ! Get that man a raise lol
Been using this location as my primary supplier for my shop. Reuben, Kirby, Eileen, John and all the rest of staff have been amazing. Fast, efficient service to keep my shop running smoothly. Eric the sales representative has been amazing bas well. Many reasons why I'm sticking with Advance Auto. Highly recommend!
Their website has store hours listed until 2pm on Saturday. Went to pick up an online order at 1:05pm, and they were closed. Apparently, they close at 1pm on Saturdays, even though on THEIR website it says 2pm.
Knowledgeable employees and fast service.Take note that this is mainly a commercial store,so they don't have typical retail hours.They're only open till 6pm Monday-Friday, 2pm on Saturday and are closed on Sundays.
Store is conveniently located for me, but be aware that the Advance Auto Parts store #4536 is NOT open on Sunday AT ALL, even though the website shows their Sunday hours are 9am - 8pm. I ordered parts that I needed to pick up on Sunday and was totally incensed when we found the store closed after wasting our time driving there to pick them up on Sunday. We were forced to wait until Monday to get what we needed. We were told by someone at this store that they had "told the company a hundred times" to update the hours on the website and it has yet to be done. If I had known about this store not being open on Sunday, I could have easily ordered the parts to be picked up another store close by that IS open on Sunday. The one star rating is directed at the company for the confusion and delay caused by the poor maintenance of their website and not necessarily the performance of this particular store.
