Was in the area I needed to look for a part for my 2001 Ford Explorer sports Trac. Unfortunately they did not have it guess the vehicle is too old for them to carry parts for.

The guys that work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have many items in stock very little needs to be ordered in for later. If you do need it they'll get it.

Jesse is the parts guru!! All his years behind the counter really count when you need parts to fix your vehicle.He always gets me the correct parts very quickly and I get my vehicles back on the road in no time.If they don't have the part you need in stock,he usually has it later the same day or early the next morning..when you need parts go see him,you'll be glad you did!! A+++

I've been dealing with this location since it was Big A, way back when. They have always provided great service and fair prices.

This is why all establishments need to administer random drug tests. Let me unfold. Assuming you tell a sales associate the year make model and trim of your vehicle that they would give you the correct parts, wrong. They gave me the wrong rotors and brake pads, it's not ideal to sit at a auto shop at 8 in the morning with the wrong parts and your car is on a lift on a hot summer day, I should be out of town hours ago. It's 10:11am still waiting for them to bring the correct parts to the shop. Do yourself a favor and ask them to DOUBLE CHECK! And when they do ask them to check it again.

Had all the parts i needed in stock. Only walked around for about a minute looking for what i needed before they asked if i needed any help finding anything. Nicely laid out for finding what i needed to work on my tractor.

Store is very unprofessional, and gives their customers false information.

This parts house has the most knowledgeable staff of any parts house anywhere

Parts guys at this place have got to be the most knowledgeable counter people in all of Berks county combined. They probably have a hundred years of automotive parts sales. Awesome place

They get you everything you need and the service was excellent

I was charged nearly 2 grand to pass inspection on my 2014 Avenger. I feel as though they were completely overpriced.
