This particular store is my favorite. Never really swamped, the regular inventory, and staff is friendly. I give them a 5 because they're consistent, and hassle-free I would give them a 10 because I stopped in on my way home, I had no cash or credit on me, and I absolutely needed a qt. Of oil. Not only did the store manager sympathize with me, HE ACTUALLY BOUGHT ME A QT. OF OILL. this came out of his pocket, and he didn't think twice about it. I will forever remember him, and this location!! Thank you sir for helping me get home safely.

John W. was very helpfully with helping figuring out a battery holder to hold the batter down. If you see him in there definitely don’t be afraid to ask a question.

The team here is very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me find the right stuff I needed for 2 vehicles, and even when the system got wonky, they did their best to make sure my reward points and how much I paid were all correct with no fuss. A great auto store for those without the knowledge or resources!

Christopher went way out of his to replace my battery . It turned out to be more complicated than expected but he came through with flying colors. Many thanks to him and Silvano too( on the assist. )

Silvano R., Parts Sales Manager, went out of his way to help me get my FOB battery changed. Silvano was courteous, highly professional and resourceful. He had never changed a FOB for a Porsche, but he looked it up and promptly got a new battery placed. Prior to going to Auto Zone, I had gone to another similar store, and they refused to help because they were unfamiliar in how to change the FOB for this vehicle. Silvano, not only replaced it quickly, he taught me how to do it in the future. I am so grateful for Silvano's help! He saved me atleast 3 hours of time from having to drive to an Porsche dealer. I am so grateful for his level of professionalism and service!

The manager here is AMAZING she went above and beyond to put a difficult battery in my car early in the morning before she had her staff in to do this. We had some difficulty getting the battery out and she never gave up or complained. I would give her 10 stars if that was an option, thank you so MUCH!!!

Came during my lunch hour today for a battery, an older gentleman helped me out, he said he was in his 80s and I was shocked he was still working. He did the best job getting me taken care of and hopefully the company recognizes him for his hard work.

Will not shop at this location anymore. Have a dead coil with lifetime warranty took it in and was giving the run around saying that it was a limited warranty because I already replaced it once they will not replace it. Took it to another location replaced it with no problems. I will give it a zero start have to hit one to be able to post it.

The staff were friendly and informative, giving me suggestions on how to help prevent my issue from occurring again and extend the life of the parts I was buying.

Sunday September 15 at 7:30pm...The two employees I received assistance from were extremely inconsiderate and dismissive. The manager was on her phone and could care less that I had a concern. There was a product I wanted to buy and because their employees were "doing the truck" according to the manager, she told me I had to pay a higher price because the employees placed the entire row of product at the wrong place. The sad part is, I walked back with the other cashier and explained to him then showed him the products were indeed at the right spot. I asked the manager if could she walk back with me to verify the price was incorrect and she refused. I was not given the correct price either so i didn't pay for it and drove to Advance right up the street and got the products for two dollars cheaper. I will NEVER be returning to this store again. Do not treat your customers like they are disposable or that is what they will become.

I went in there with a receipt for a battery that was under warranty And I asked them to test the battery. They said the battery was bad and I said so can we pull it out and replace it since it’s under warranty and I had the receipt And the guy said no because we’re closing in 25 minutes. It takes five minutes to pull a battery out of a car not even. So he didn’t want to pull the battery out of the car or even willing to help me. I grabbed the pair of pliers out of my car, took the battery out myself, took it in and put it on the desk and made him replace it. I do not suggest this AutoZone very disrespectful people.

08-14-2024: My car battery went and i called AutoZone to know my options. Cynthia was amazing!! She answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. She is very knowledgeable, even pointing out things to look for in case it happens again. She went above and beyond in customer service. Go see her for you car needs.

Cynthia was phenomenal went above and beyond in helping me find the correct nut and thread count for my battery terminal. Highly recommend this place super accommodating and friendly

I stopped in there about 6pm 1-31-23 for a headlight. I couldn't figure out how to remove. I wish I would've got the Guys name that helped me but he was awesome. He was wonderful. Thank You

I needed to get a new car battery and headed over to this Autozone after I received an incorrect one from a different location. Unlike at the other location, the staff here were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was seen to very quickly and was helped by Andrew. After explaining the issues i was having, he helped me out by taking measurements and information off of the existing battery and working on the sales page to ensure I was getting one that was correctly sized and appropriate for my vehicle. Afterwards he was able to install the battery and we were able to talk a little bit about electronics and general repair advice. I greatly enjoyed our conversation and banter and will definitely be returning in the future for parts and automotive help. Thanks again to Andrew, and I hope to work with the guys here again in the future!

After work, I noticed my turn signal light was out. So, I stopped in here to buy a replacement bulb. Honestly, I was planning to fix or replace the bulb myself by checking out YouTube videos in advance to coming here; however, I didn't need to do that, as staff helped me replace the light bulb for me. Before entering the store staff greeted me at the front door and immediately helped find what I needed within minuets.

I normally don't leave reviews. But had great experience here at this location. Had to stop in after work during the evening. Sales employee (Michael) was very helpful/polite & super cute with those dark frame glasses! I Appreciate the attentiveness to help with my vehicle! Definitely satisfied! Love that it's a lot cheaper than going to the dealer. Which most shops are backed up for months now. Thank you Autozone!

Store was open tonight under blizzard conditions. Employees were all wearing masks and were very helpful to select winter wiper blades, at a fair price. They also helped out to install. Great job! A+

These folks are great. Very helpful and friendly. Bought a headlight bulb and could not get it to seat properly. Called them and they offered to fix it, which they did in two minutes! There was a piece in there from the old bulb I didn't see. Go in, they'll help you out.

I went in to pick up a turn signal bulb, to take to my mechanic to change ( to save a few bucks on getting charged more for the part) and Andy S., Cass K., and Chad B were very friendly and got their tools out and changed the bulb for me! I was not expecting that at all. They were super nice and professional... It saved me a trip to the mechanic! Very much appreciated!!!

After jiffy lube down the road attempting to scam me $60 bucks for headlight bulb change I went to autozone. I spoke with Dave, he was professional, ethical, and followed proper protocol due to COVID. He assisted me with affordable price difference, took the time to educate me on what I was purchasing for the parts I needed and diligent in his work ethic. This is the true definition of integrity, someone who takes pride in what they do. He was generous enough to assist me in replacing the parts as well. Keep up the phenomenal work Dave your the best!!!

The store manager Darren was very helpful he help us put a trailer light he took time of his own instead of sending someone to help us he did it; never have I seen a manager that really care for his customers we really appreciate it. Great service!! Over the years I bought several car batteries and they install them for me. They always do a great job. I just had one done yesterday and they called me today to let me know they would be providing a credit for the core that was missed. I would have never known. Great, great experience on customer service and satisfaction!!!

Some of the best customer service I ever had. The manager, I think his name is Darren, went above and beyond to find me a part I needed in order to fix my Jeep that day or I wouldn't have been able to drive it. He was also very knowledgable when I asked him questions. I called before going in and he was also very friendly on the phone as well as in person. I highly recommend this place!
