when everyone else wanted $150 - $250 to get my keys out of my car nene's sent a guy right over and only charged me $50. that's all i had. he arrived right away and within minutes was handing my keys back to me. very pleasant and professional about everything. im very thankful and totally blown away by this service. thank you. brian

I had an extremely negative experience with this towing company. I was charged $1,325 for a tow that I later learned should have cost no more than $500, with other companies quoting as low as $150. I repeatedly asked for a price before the job was done, and they refused to give me a set amount despite my multiple requests. Only after the job was completed was I told the final price, leaving me with no opportunity to decline or choose another company. This lack of transparency was very deceptive. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if you don’t want to risk being massively overcharged.

Called this company at 11pm on a Wednesday night for a lockout. They quickly picked up the phone worked out what I needed and where I was located and helped me out fantastic and quick service I really appreciate the help!! Got me out of a real jam!!

Worst experience ever! They rushed to set up the tow so i was asking how much it would cost to drop my car and the two men instead of answering me were trying to avoid me and run into their truck to drive away when im clearly asking how much theyre both just saying over and over call the number again while trying to drive away which was completely ridiculous after voicemail twice i finally got someone on the phone who seemed like a competent male who had answers which i appreciated so i sent the money then asked the two men trying to shadely take my car to put it down then they were in such a rush they didnt remove their equipment correctly and began pulling my front bumper off! Mind you they were in the truck not even caring i had to start yelling for them to stop and actually care enough to get out they got their tow stuck under my car and both had to get on the floor to remove it correctly i called the number back and communicated to the two gentlemen the man on the phone wanted to speak to them and they completely ignored me got in their truck and sped off the man on the phone who claimed he was going to call me back as expected never did and i will be continuing to pursure this as i now have a dent on the front side of my car. If you can avoid any parking on fifth and spring in Reading as they stake those areas and watch you get out of your car so they can hurry and tow it as soon as your back is turned. Avoid this company if you can they have the worst customer service ive ever dealt with and they do not care about it at all. I would not recommend them to any one ever.

I can’t say enough about these guys! They showed up in less than 30mins when I needed a tow. The tow truck driver was very professional and friendly. The owner of the company even went to bat for me when the repair shop owner didn’t want to release my car. I can’t thank these guys enough for all of their help and coming through for me in my time of need.

After my car suffered flood damage and the police had a tow truck come remove and deliver it to the sketchy impound lot it didn't belong in (the tow truck driver was grumpy and refused to take it where I actually wanted it - needless to say DO NOT allow your car to go to or sit in the Matos impound lot in Reading, PA. They ripped my STI lip off of my car and were incredibly hostile during the process, only making an already insufferable situation worse...). After SEVERAL hours of calling towing companies with no availability, I was referred to Nene's by the collision center receptionist. After a very quick and painless phone call, these gentlemen immediately began making their way to the impound lot and helped me get my car where it needed to go with ease and efficiency. They single handedly made already stressful situation, at least a little bit better and I can't thank them enough for their willingness to help and not making me wait even a single hour in the process! Overall, I had a really great experience with this company. They were more than efficient and very pleasant to work with. I would hands down recommend them to a friend a million times over. I saved their number in my phone and they will be my first call next time I'm in need of a tow! Thanks again gentlemen for helping me get my favorite thing in this world out of that terrible place!
