I’m so glad I called Mario when a pothole on 422 blew out my tire. I’m from out of town and didn’t know where to go. When I called Mario, I told him where I was and they said they can get to me in 10 mins. They sure did.
Got my car loaded up and taken to his shop. Assessed the situation and was honest that would probably take until the next morning.
I came back first thing next morning and they were just wrapping things up.
Mario was super friendly. Although I’ll never see him again as I’m from out of town, I hope this review helps others.
I would like to say thank you to Mario Mechanic, he welcomed me with open arms, I had issues with my trucks and he somehow makes impossible to the possible happen. Any issues I had with my trucks he would give me a run down and not only that if there any additional issues that can potentially be a problem in the future he would give me advice on how to proceed with caution in the future. I am a happy customer and my loyalty will be with this mechanic so long as I live here in the area .
I needed my car towed and serviced on a Saturday. I called the shop & Mario was able to pick it up then let me know what the problem was as well as pricing. I was pleased with the whole experience & will recommend.
I have been renting uhauls from this location for quite sometime. Mario was always nice when I’d go for my rentals. So when it was time for me to get my car repaired i remembered him. So when I finally was able to go in to get my own vehicle serviced Mario went above and beyond to help me. He walked me through the process and provided me with receipts. His wife was there and she was also very nice and made me feel I made the right choice especially being a woman it’s hard to find someone you can trust. I will be going back in the future. Where I know I can get walked through the issue and trust he’s not just trying to milk me or get over on me.
I had my car inspected by Mario this past week and was floored by my experience with him. He allowed me to drop my car off immediately after calling about availability, and stayed late that night to inspect it and permit me to come back to the shop and physically see the issues with my vehicle that needed to be fixed prior to passing inspection. I was called first thing the next morning with tire quotes, and he even went out of his way to obtain the tires I needed (quite the drive away) and installed them the same day. It took less than 24hrs for him to inspect and complete everything on my vehicle, and never once along the way did I feel he was be patronizing or less than explanatory about anything. His prices were extremely reasonable (to the point I feel I paid less than he deserved). Throughout the process his prices remained consistent with everything he verbally quoted to me (no wishy-washy responses). I will absolutely always return to his shop for future work and will be suggesting him to my friends and family.

I had a positive experience with Mario while he worked on my truck (2008 Ford F150). He was friendly and respectful throughout the process, which made communication easy. The work done was impressive and reasonably priced. I would recommend his services!
Diagnosed my car wrong and caused the timing belt to snap mid drive. Would’ve had it fixed in time plenty if arrogance wasn’t in the way (empty lot for days while my car sits there). After having the car towed to his shop post break-down, Mario charged $150+ to tow the car to my house <.5 miles away. Avoid if you have the chance. Unfortunately I didn’t.
Mario was incredibly accommodating. I called him on a Friday to make sure the UHaul was ready to go for the next day, and he went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. A great business owner and community member - highly recommend doing any UHaul pickups/dropoffs here.
Great service and responsible with my vehicle straight answers and reasonable prices I have taken my vehicle a few times and always got the service I needed without the runaround Mario is honest and responsible thank you and would recommend his mechanical services
