These guys were awesome, I would give 10 stars if it were an option. We had an issue with the remote for one of our heavy wreckers and they were able to help facilitate troubleshooting over the phone. Ian & Aaron were timely & efficent. They took the time to listen to the problem without pressuring us to send the unit in right from the start. Good customer service is rare anymore, but these guys hit it out of the park. Ian in the parts department is the absolute best! when i called in about a wireless remote for my wrecker, he had it in stock and shipped it promptly to get me back in business quickly! I couldn't recommend him enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this company.this past weekend which was a holiday weekend I had called on a Sunday morning to see if they could do a tow to Waterport New York which was 5 to 6 hours away to haul a classic vehicle. not only were they on the road within an hour of the call but they were very punctual on their time. The driver Jose was amazing in my opinion. Thank you!!!!
We were highly impressed and thankful of Zach's & Bressler's outstanding service. Was stranded at a rest stop in PA about 180 miles from our home. Zach had the only truck in the area that could fit us and take us that distance. It was very late on a Sunday. He got us home safe and sound and dropped our car off at the shop for us. Anyway, Zach went above and beyond the call of duty for us and we were very thankful.
Had a great experience on a Sunday in a very difficult location on Route 12. Zach was very professional and got the job done on a bad stretch of road where people to not move over.

Have heard great things from others and experienced that first hand the other day. They lived up to the word of mouth. I called in several times to check on the driver and was given very accurate information (location and eta). The driver had a good attitude and was very quick to load/unload.
My husband and I broke down on the turnpike last night at 1 am with 2 dogs in the backseat. We were far from home and stressed about the dogs being in the back. Tyler, from Bressler was kind, professional, helpful, and informative about what was going on with the car and protocol for us to get home. Just wanted to place a quick "shout out" of thanks to the guy who towed me from Lowes in Morgantown yesterday lunchtime. He was extremely professional in the way he secured my immobile car and calmed my fears as it was taken to the service station. All told, I am grateful for the professionalism displayed in that time of crisis.
