I would recommend the business because of the nice lady in the front however..my car was broken into while at repair shop someone attempted to take parts out my car to sell..I was highly disappointed that my doors were not locked
I have to be honest this was my 1st repair with this shop and was a little skeptical, but after scheduling an appointment recently and spoke with Michelle about my A/C issue I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle 2016 GMC SUV with these folks. Also I have an aftermarket warranty which was no problem for them. They diagnosed issue on Monday found A/C compressor was bad, got ok from insurance and ordered parts and had me back on the road w/ cold air by Friday. Michelle and her team were honest, professional and half the price of the local competition. I am a customer for life!
Best mechanic shop hands down just moved here recently from Florida had my wife's infinity and my Escalade both work service there. They did a excellent job on both vehicles in a timely fashion both vehicles was done in less than a week. Did I mention that all their prices was fair I will highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone they will get all my work for now on thanks smoking wrenches
My power steering went out and this shop was highly recommended to me. They had me up and running quickly again. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future if needed for any reason. Thank you
My power steering pump and pulley broke completely off the engine, Paul and his team got the pump and pulley replaced and working in no time with a 2 year/24k mile warranty these guys are great and good prices, would recommend to anyone that asks where to go to get their vehicle serviced
Stay away. These are careless, very low quality, “mechanics” and not reputable merchants.
My wife’s BMW broke down on I-95. AAA unfortunately towed it to Smokin’ Wrenches. They managed to replace the water pump but never reinstalled $375 worth of undercarriage covers beneath the car. Also found a transmission cooler hose dangling from a broken bracket. Obviously shoddy work. I repaired the car myself and sent them a bill for parts that I had to buy. It is 12 weeks later and I have no payment from them and all communications has stopped. It’s clearly their issue but they won’t pay for the damage they did.
Would give them 0 stars if I could. They don't deserve 1 star. Would never go there again. You shouldn’t either.
