First Response Towing is outstanding. My wife had an accident, and the insurance company tried to tell us the vehicle was totaled. Had not even seen the car. It was on back of Caleb’s truck from First Response Towing. He actually had to argue for me that it was all cosmetic damage. Air bags did not even deploy. They were really trying to screw me. Thanks to First Response Team for having my back. I will recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of towing.

My car needed to go to a dealership in Raleigh to be serviced. It could be driven there but was Highly recommended not to drive the car. So I instantly started calling tow companies. I knew that the cost would probaly be in the low hundreds. I prepared my self to pay at least $300. And my insurance company only reimburses $100. I called around and YES the prices were HIGH. My fourth call was to First Response Towing. I spoke with a young man named Caleb. He informed me he was indeed the owner of the business. I told him what I needed and he said he could definitely help me. And thank God the price was Right. Caleb was very personable and straight forward. He text me when he was running late because of another call that he had to make it to. As you all know Good CUSTOMER SERVICE is almost extinct these days. So that was indeed a Plus. So I would recommend First Response Towing to Anyone that find themselves in need of a tow with a company that cares and can and will do a Awesome job for you. And side note he text to let me know when he was only a few minutes away from the dealership. So I give a definite ? to First Response Towing

Needed a forklift moved 70 miles and got turned down by a few companies. Didn't have to make anymore calls after reaching Caleb at First Response Towing. He answered his phone straight away, gave me an honest and fair price assessment, and was incredibly professional. You can run in to a lot of rough-around-the-edges kind of folks in this industry that have zero patience for an individual that isn't familiar with the industry or processes. Not Caleb. He made sure I understood every aspect of his service to include his acceptable payment methods. When it came time to pickup the forklift, he arrived at the pickup location exactly when he said he would and got the lift to me in perfect condition. He also employs modern technology to ensure a receipt is generated and provided via email, if a receipt / record is important for your jobs. I would give him 6 stars if possible. Give him a call for anything you need towed!
Had my car towed from shop in Raleigh to Nash County. Was easy to schedule and Caleb even called the shop himself to make arrangements and let them know he was coming. Was accomodating of my schedule changes and arrived on time, was careful with my car but still efficient and didn't take long to load at all. Arrived and was unloaded safely. Price was extremely reasonable, especially for the distance and remote location of the drop off spot.
