Not a reliable auto parts yard. Seen online, and called about parts on a nissan quest and was promised both parts. i sent one of my employees on a 2 hour trip to get it and when she arrived the parts weren't available as promised. they do not practice honest buissness so don’t waste your time on them. the lady at front desk is a liar and needs to be retrained her job on saying yes or no if a part is available. so here we are with uncompensated time and a business with dishonest practices. go to a different yard if you need parts.
Could not believe the quality and delicacy performed with an engine purchase a week or two ago. I believe warehouse storage by the low corrosion and very little rust, no broken connectors, no cut harnesses or hoses. Absolutely recommended with the prices affiliated. I understand used parts and little to no guarantee, but hands down was an absolute find for me and hopeful future purchases for businesses. I have no issues picking up parts or engines myself
This business lacks professionalism. Staff tried to take a dig at a customer and told them to learn English? Worry about selling good parts instead of what language your customers speak. Would not recommend.
The transmission lacked adequate documentation, making troubleshooting and repair extremely difficult. Attempts to contact the seller for support proved unsuccessful, leaving the project team to navigate the complex repair process independently. This lack of support significantly added to the project's challenges.
They sold me an engine with 100k thousand miles and it started smoking and knocking on start up. They said it was because I put no oil in it and I clearly did put oil . They said no warranty because I don't know English.
Worst place to do business sold me bad motor
Told me it was running good with no issues
Refused any form of reimbursement lied to my face
The mechanic they had even admitted the motor was bad
Bought an electronic item and my car would not crank. Bought the same item somewhere else my car worked right away. When I tried returning only gave me store credit. Spend more money with the broken part they gave me than just buying a new one.
Do not recommend at all.
Bought a used engine from them with a 30 day warranty started hearing noises in the engine....so I took the oil pan off and here is what I found. probably ran 2 weeks at the most called them a couple days before the warranty was over with they said they couldn't do anything....so I say stay away on large purchases. Seemed like they didn't want to help at all.
Bought a electronic component for a vehicle. Took it to the new car dealer for install and was told it was a bad part. Called G & N to replace or refund the item and they told me it was as is and couldn't refund the money. I love getting a part that doesn't work and the response of sorry we cant help. I'm 2 Hours and 15 Min away so its not like I was able to check it before I bought it.
The lady in the front desk she is really nice but her husband got a bad attitude he don't come out and speak he always in that room giving out prices you can't never find the part that you asking for you have to go back there and look for it
