After a fun and full Spring Break in Myrtle Beach, our college baseball team was heading back home to Lancaster, PA when our motorcoach bus ran into some mechanical issues that needed immediate attention. Not exactly the kind of “extra innings” we were hoping for! Thankfully, Magnum’s Fleet Maintenance stepped up to the plate and absolutely delivered. They got us in right away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and handled some impressive fabrication and welding work with skill and speed. We were back on the road faster than we could’ve imagined—and that’s saying something with a busload of ballplayers waiting around! The entire crew was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Their customer service was top-notch, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. Huge thanks to the team at Magnum’s—we’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of fleet repairs done right and done fast!

As far as repairs go, I found them to be trustworthy and reasonable. There's not much to do if you have to wait so bring your own entertainment. There is a TV and a comfy couch. But there's no food around within walking distance, really. Not their fault.

As I do drive a truck liquid tanker driven cylinder bottle trucks over the years this company has done it all the pretty swift to get to an emergency call only occasionally hasn't taken a while to get something done there. Good guys!

Stay away !!! They lady ( receptionist ) got a very bad attitude and will not even consider anything. All they want is just money………They will over charge you just knowing that you’re broke down and out of options. They’re a rip off company. The tech guy is nice but don’t know a thing what to do. Stay on the phone with his dispatcher to tell him what to do and don’t.

Highly recommend this company, they told me it would take 3 hours for their tech to come out. They were out in less than 2 hours. They quoted me a price of about $450 to fix my truck, it came out to $373.80 Great customer service. Highly recommend this company, their customer service and their techs!!!

Stop at rocky mount location to get trailer tail lights repaired.was told to come back wed of following week at 10 am. arived wed at 10 was told to come back at 1 pm.returned at 1 pm was told they had to hand wire the break lights an I had to come back Friday unless I paid 50$ more per hr labor an they would do it Thursday the next day now mind u im a local resident with 7 trucks they thought i was passing thru an they was going to swindle more money out of me.sorry business I would never recommend anyone stop or go there for repairs.

On our way home from busco yesterday our trailer tire came off and took the studs with it. After hours of calling around to AAA and other tow companies, we finally found Mangums and I’m so glad we did!! Clayton came out to where we were on the side of I95 and got us taken care of quickly. He was great to work with and was a true blessing last night!!!

We use Mangums for our fleet of trucks and trailers. Major repair, onsite repairs, and road calls. They are always timely and provide a complete service. Their customer service is top notch. Christian Family owned and operated, and every employee seems like they are part of that family. I highly recommend. A+++

We used Mangum's twice on a recent trip. We had issues with our 40' motor home. They towed it and repaired it on site. All the employees we dealt with were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and went out of their way to tend to our needs in a very stressful situation. We highly recommend them for any of your service needs.

I was driving my skoolie when I noticed my ammeter was giving low readings. We pulled into a gas station, shut the bus down, and tries to start it up but it wouldn't start up. We finally got someone to give us a jump and we headed on over to Mangum's. I went right in and explained the situation to Jeff who said I needed a new alternator and that they would be able to take care of it that afternoon. In only about an hour and thirty minutes they had the alternator on and it was charging the batteries perfectly. Definitely go to Mangum's if you want great service!

We had bad experience with Mangum’s Roadside assistance. My driver had leaking air bag on the trailer, couple of shops in that area where busy so I decided to call Mangum’s Roadside and asked them like 3 times if ‘they have everything and could replace it ASAP’. The answer was ‘yes of course’. So I’ve spent $200 just for the repair guy to arrive and tell us ‘I’ve changed brakes previously, not the airbags. I could try but we don’t have the part and the store where I can get it closing in 30 min”. So here is $200 bill for nothing and have a wonderful day

Absulety horrible service, this place took 2 hrs to show up. They charged 435$ for a locked key inside truck. They tech didnt even know how to use his tools yet but has excepted the high dollar pay. I made use of his tools after helping him and eventaully took over unlocked my truck , then paid him to leave. They shouldnt have a 300$ plus increase just becuase its a semi. Its the same job just taller. If you prefer to high con-men then go for it. Your wish will be fullfilled.

Jeff, James, Tom, and George were all great. In at 8am out by lunch. 4 batteries, 2 belts and an alternator for a Freightliner Cascadia. Awesome. Country hospitality and a fair price, can't beat that. Definitely recommended.

Very helpful in a time of need! This company was one of many who I called to have my son towed home. They were right on it and picked him up in less then an hour to drive him from Rocky Mount, NC to Alexandria, VA. They even offered a military discount! If you are in need in the Rocky Mount area definitely call them!!

We were broke down on the side of I95 I was told 2 hours before anybody would show up within 45 minutes to an hour Magnums was there. The driver was friendly and courteous and very helpful. They got my truck towed and fixed. The people at the shop are very knowledgeable and wanting to help

I had a bad day on the road and these folks were so awesome to work with. They had all the equipment needed to clean up the mess. I hope you never need them, but if you do ... Your in good hands.

Had a tire blow out on trailer. Price was 185 for tire plus 30 min drive to where we were then 30 min drive back. The guy they sent took an hour and fifteen minutes to change one trailer tire that didn’t have a load on it. Driver ended up having to do it because their guy couldn’t. They tried to charge me for the whole 1:15 min labor. Then once I complained they took it down to :45 which is still too much for a tire. They should take labor off since my driver has to do it.

I usually hate leaving bad reviews but I feel this one is needed! We called this company to air up a truck for us because our piece had broke off. They sold us the part for $16.59 which was reasonable. Our bill was $287.25!!!! Not to mention they told our driver they would be there in 45 mins which a 1hour and 27 mins he called back and they hadn’t sent no one yet. They said he would be there in 15 mins another 45 mins the driver showed up (his name was Kevin) this review in no way directed to him because he was great. But $287.25 and you show up late and he was only there a matter of 3 mins. We paid the bill and didn’t complain at all but it was a learning lesson... An expensive one but we learned. Unless you have a ton of money and enjoy being ripped off for no reason at all avoid this company at all cost. Labor was $157, parts was $16.59 and the service call was $95 plus $18.16 in taxes!

Tim the service manager was great to work with. Jesse the parts manager took care of me on prices and jason the mechanic was knowledgeable and proficient. They provided a shuttle to and from the hotel. Trustworthy group.

We had a wheel come off of our trailer. The guys at Mangum's fit us right in, ran out and got the parts we needed and got us back on the road. Great staff! Say hi to George for me. ?

I called Magnums this morning with my truck and trailer stuck in a yard. The dispatch guy said that it was $150.00 an hour. So, I said come on and let's do it. The truck got their @9:15 and he had me out @9:28. I still got charged $158.75 and the guy didn't care what time it took. Bad business practice...DO NOT USE THEM.... THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

Towing vehicle from Virginia to Georgia with a 21 foot truck trailer and notice wobble on the wheels. These people helped us on a Tim constraint at a good deal. If I ever need help when passing through this are I know where to go!
