It was the Saturday before Easter 2025, when we broke down in Rocky Mount NC. Anthony from A&H towing picked up our car, as we checked into a nearby hotel. When we woke up Easter morning I had pictures from Anthony of our car being worked on, and that it was finished! From 12am that same night!! He even delivered the car back to our hotel! Dedication and empathy like that is hard to find nowadays....you saved our trip!! Can't thank you enough! Don't mess around calling different places when your in a pinch call THESE guys!!

Anthony really helped me out when my truck broke down and I was in a bind. Freezing outside and late at night, he showed up with that big tow truck and saved the day. Not only did he help me out with a tow, but he even recommended a great mechanic I could take it to and drop it off that late. He towed it there for me and walked me through the drop-off process. Genuinely the best guy I could've called for a tow.

My son was stranded on 301 and I started looking for a tow. All other companies had terrible reviews but not A&H. Spoke with Mr. Hedgepeth right away and he was able to get my vehicle safely to my home. Fast, courteous, and affordable. I recommend 100%.

After calling several places and getting the run around I called A&H and they were immediately able to assist me by getting my vehicle to the shop in a timely manner. The company sent me real time pictures of pick up and delivery to ensure my vehicle was delivered to the right location. Hands down the best customer service we have ever had. Anthony found out we had been broken down since early morning and came right away. He brought his personal vehicle so we could go get something to eat. He worked on the jeep for almost two hours and the price he quoted was more than reasonable it even ended up being cheaper. The next day he texted to make sure we made it home safely. Jeep runs great and if we are ever in North Carolina and need work done we wouldn’t hesitate to texted him.

My car broke down in Wendell and he was so quick and responsive. He texted me updates and pictures all along the way including picking up and dropping off the car. Good prices and great service!

They were patient and understanding when they had to follow me to another location to get the payment for my son's towing. A & H Tire and Auto is amazing! Engine light came on, my car was running hot, and engine fan constantly ran. Had thermostat put on elsewhere, still same problem.
