I had a rough day today but a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Trenton. He was knowledgeable, helpful, & patient. I truly appreciate his kind gestures as I also had my children on my car w me. He took the time to answer all my questions & even helped me find exactly what I needed quickly. It’s clear he care about customer service & know his stuff. Definitely appreciate the excellent support I’ll be returning & also referring others because of associates like him! Thank you again Trenton , you’re awesome!
if you're going to have an auto fail, on a Sunday afternoon in the hot summer, you definitely wanna do it in the vicinity of Steve at O'Reilly's in Rocky Mount. Our towing guy, Shannon. (FETCH Towing,10000% recommend) Connected us with Steve, who connected us with mobile mechanic Moonlight Automotive. They replaced our alternator Plus charged our battery and we were on our way in under two hours. Give Steve a promotion and a raise!!!!
Luey's customer service skills are unbelievable!!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, proactive, and patient tagged with humor. THIS IS THE GUY THAT YOU WANT TO LOOK FOR!!!! We thank you so much for your help as we were very satisfied with your service!
Ain’t gonna lie but the service there is good had a problem with my whole thermostat system on my truck and a worker there name Luis helped me helped me a lot and I appreciate it man thanks to you my truck is working perfectly fine
went there on 1-29-23 around 12 noon, the shorter sales lady has no idea of what's going on... Companies like this lose money when unknowledgeable staff cannot help customers with finding simple parts on their computer. or there are just lost in the sauce using the computer... can you imagine how many customers will never come back to this location when customer service says oh I don't know or I can't find it, okay we'll get somebody else that can....
This was the first and only time I will ever go to O'Reilly's no matter what state they are located in. Their prices for auto parts are pricey, Gus, the sales associate was rude, cocky, and didn't even know what he was talking about and made us wait in line for 20 minutes as he was assisting another customer. Gus insisted on his opinion being correct and then when returning the product that he swore the part would work for us, he admitted that he never knew what the part was used for as he, himself, has never used one. As a woman, it was clear he didn't like the fact that I was so knowledgeable with cars and parts, that I requested an immediate refund and told him that I would be going to his competitor, Advanced Auto, since their sales associates were more knowledgeable and not arrogant, rude and disrespectful. O'Riley's, step up game because this character is bad for business and makes your company look really bad.
These guys went above and beyond to get my car working well enough to drive to an auto repair shop so it could be fixed. They even checked the "check engine" light for me to see what code was displaying.
I find no pleasure sharing a no so good review. Salesperson remembered selling me an item. I had original receipt. Original packaging. Again, Salesperson remembered selling.....later another person stated, "We don't sell that."......I said, he(pointed to the original salesperson) sold it to me.
Only to simply lose....O'Reilly kept my money and pretty much said get out.
Third time of near same outcome. I am sure they're a fine part store. Just not for me again.

This store, as in all O'Reilly Auto office at 10% discount for veterans. It is my go-to place for simple automobile related items air filters filters of any type occasional battery. This store like so many are all well stocked the count of people are pleasant to do business with and strive to help you every way possible.
I needed a new battery for my Toyota Yaris and the man I talked to was very helpful. Told me what my options were and patiently answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this place.
I stopped by for a battery yesterday. Even though it was very hot outside, Brenda replaced it for me in the parking lot. She was very professional, fast and efficient. Thank you for a positive experience!

This place is the worst. Not one staff member was helpful. Only been to this location twice and both times I was very very disappointed. You guys have to do better.
Dealing with Oreilly's has been nothing but a pleasure for me! All the folks there are so helpful and always making sure we have what we need at my job. Taylor B. always goes above and beyond to make sure things get here in efficient time and that the parts are correct! He always our go to man to find the parts we need and will exhaust all resources he has to help us! If you need something for you car go check out Oreillys and they will help you!
Want to give a big thanks to Amanda and Shane over at O'Reilly's for taking care of my motorcycle battery issues when the other part stores in the area wouldn't even try to help me y'all really made my day thanks for helping me out great customer service keep up the great work guys
The staff isn't as knowledgeable as an auto parts place staff should be. They rely heavily on the computer and even then you need to know more about your car and what size certain parts are because they can't look it up by VIN # like back in the day.
