Towed my wife's car while she was a paying customer at a nearby nail salon. The lot's own posted sign states "Retail Customers May Park in Unmarked Spaces" — she was parked in an unmarked space as a retail customer, and got towed anyway. When we picked up the car, it had an ant infestation and the dashboard warning lights flashed for several minutes after starting. An employee told me this has happened to multiple other customers at this same lot. We have photos of the sign, her parking spot, the timestamped receipt, and the car's condition, and are pursuing this in magistrate court.
This towing company overcharged my friend $2,200. The tow driver threatened to leave his dump truck on the street, delayed its release, and was very hesitant to provide a pay link, though it was eventually disclosed but refused to release my truck until Monday.
We were hit with excessive charges: $950 hookup fee, $950 drop fee, and three days of storage at $100/day ($300) and other charges.
There was no prior written price disclosure, customer questioning the hook fee twice, and no police presence or tow contact to let me know the whereabouts of my truck. I had to locate the tow driver.
When we questioned the inflated charges, the driver increased the fees further.
Their practices hurt the community by putting unknowingly residents at risk of being overcharged or the possibility of losing property if they are unable to pay such excessive fees.
I strongly recommend getting a full written breakdown of all fees before using this company, and if a tow has already occurred, make sure you receive a clear receipt and verify pricing.
My friend learned this the hard way—and expensively.

My car broke down while I was in the middle of an eight hour drive with just myself and my dog. Peter and his colleague showed up so fast and were extremely kind to me, which I needed because I was terrified about being on the side of the road alone at night. They took me to an auto parts store and helped me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and do a quick fix, helping me to replace my battery. They sat with me while I waited for my mom to finish her 3.5 hour drive to come get me and when I returned a few days later with my dad to finish fixing and collect my car, Peter was readily available and jumped in to help my dad when he needed it. I cannot recommend this group enough, and I am so grateful that these were the men asked to come pick me up.
When i say they are the best, they are the best. Anthony came to my rescue and pulled my car out the ditch with no problems. I highly recommend these guys for any roadside service!!!
My mother was in a accident Sunday and this wonderful company towed her car. I have to say this company is so respectful, kind and the sweetest company ever. I would definitely be using them for all my and family's needs. Definitely a 100 star if I could give. Perfect company.

They are not enough stars to pay tribute to the folks at All-Star towing in Rocky Mount. I was experiencing some serious car trouble traveling from Maryland. I thought I had everything fixed and unfortunately I was wrong. My car broke down again and I called my insurance company who tried to charge me an arm in a leg for a 1.1 mile tow. I linked up with All Star and they had a guy on site in less than 10 minutes and way cheaper than my own insurance company roadside assistance. If you ever need a tow truck and the Rocky Mount area, do yourself a favor and look up All Star towing. The name says it all!
The only place that answered. He got to me in less than 10 minutes and helped me after I left my key in the ignition and also hooked me up with a jump start all for an amazing price.

It took our insurance company 4hrs just to locate a towing service to accommodate our commercial truck. All Star was there within 20 mins or so with what our truck called for towing. I was in a very bad wreck on I95. All Star showed up in less than ten minutes. The owner was so professional, understanding and polite. The next day I went to retrieve belongings from my car and the owner was so great. He helped me get into the car and helped me load belongings into my other vehicle. The following day I called him and asked him to hold my garage door remote before insurance takes the car. Great company!!!
