Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They go leagues out of their way to ensure top shelf service. The knowledge is unmeasurable. Huge selection of parts, betcha if they don’t have it, they can find it for you. This shop is 2 hours away from me and I drive past 3 other shops to do business with them. I wish Google would allow me give 10 stars.

I’ve used his services before for a fuel tank for my can am and it was priced fairly for used. I drove out to their location and was met by the friendly staff. Here recently I needed a part that is out of stock everywhere and I messaged him and he replied quickly with good news, they had a few. I was thinking he was going to charge me an arm and leg since the part is $200 retail. He came through and didnt even charge me half of that. Even cut me a deal on a bulk supply of belt box bolts.

Dude is a waste of time. Says he doesn't have the parts but then says he does, but won't give me a price. No customer service skills whatsoever. I'm a serious cash buyer and have never experienced an owner behave that way. Ridiculous... update... we never discussed that there was more information needed to help me. I told you what I needed and you said you didn't have everything I needed. Then you told me you did. But you refused to give me a price and wanted me to drive 2 hours round trip just for a look see and then I would be given the price. I experienced zero customer service. I was told by the owner he wasn't going to take the extra steps to get me a price and he would just put it on his ebay store. He could care less about local support. If you try to change the story again, I will post a screen shot of our conversation and let the public decide.

So I bought a 14 brute that started giving me issues and after doing some research I found that they have a common problem with a rollover switch. That being said I messaged brutal parts about it and he had one for 60 bucks less than new. I wasn’t able to get to him in person so I cashapped him the money. He was able to package and send it that day and within 24hrs of purchase my brute is back up and running!
These guys go above and beyond to help you out when you’re looking for that certain part… Extremely fair prices, very knowledgeable, and takes the time to discuss things with you to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need… Super nice friendly would recommend them anytime
