Awesome business to deal with. Had a part issue they sent me another one next day. Our shop don’t often work on Porsche cars but if we ever need anymore parts I will always do business with these folks.

These guys are great. Super happy to help when you call and always get stuff shipped super quick. They are now my go to shop.

love love love dc auto, rob and his team (esp randy) are awesome, insanely knowledgable, super fair, and always willing to make 'xyz' "right" if need be (however, it's not often needed). I have purchased multiple vehicles from them, tons and tons of parts for 993, 996, and 997 911's, and on occasion just call to chat. it's always a good time and I really appreciate their hospitality and professionalism.

Do not do business with these guys. Although they did try to worm so the me. They sold me an item that was not for my car, and damaged. This was completed on eBay. But I travel for my job, and by the time I arrived back in town to goto the exhaust shop. It was found they were not the right headers for my car. They did not respond on eBay due to the holidays. So I figured I could just resell, well when I resold, the new buyer said they catalytic inserts were not even on the 200c cat headers. So they got me twice on the same darn item. Be aware and check packages asap. They offered me $600 back and told me to resell. If they could resell then that easily themselves. They would have refunded. They know they can’t do that either. They are worthless to me and anyone who wants to purchase headers for a few bucks more.

Great resource for maintaining a vintage Porsche without breaking the bank. Excellent selection, friendly and helpful staff. Would be happy spending hours wandering around. Will visit again!

These guys are amazing! I would have never thought that there was a massive warehouse full of Porsche parts hiding in the middle of Rocky Mount. not only does dC have just about any and every part that your heart would desire for your Porsche, the staff actually care about you and want your business no matter how little you have to spend with them. used parts prices are also excellent, sometimes a fifth, tenth or twentieth the price of new Porsche parts in almost as good of condition. Highly recommend, 10/10

Needed rubber hole plug that no dealer could find on the schematics. Randy pulled two plugs based on my photos and now I'm sealed up on my 2001 Boxster. Cheers!

Had an unfortunate encounter with a deer recently with my 997.1. DC Automotive was able to help me find the right parts at a great price. Randy was able to track a couple of supplemental pieces needed to complete the job and worked with me on the pricing. Great customer service and parts. Called dC looking for a removable hard top for my 996...had it in stock, in my color (!) and in my hands really quickly. Highly recommend giving them a call when your looking for any Porsche part. If they don't have it, they'll find it.

I inquired about some small but unique Porsche wire harness parts that weren't available through Porsche or the aftermarket. Randy P. able to quickly check availability, collect and then ship these parts to me.

I DONT LIKE TO SAY BAD THINGS ABOUT THE COMPANY, BECAUSE I'VE DONE BUSINESS WITH ROBERT AND HES COOL. BUT, RICK HAVES THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST BECAUSE IM NOT BUYING A EXPENSIVE PART DOESNT MEAN YOU TREAT PEOPLE LIKE TRASH. I HOPE IT WAS THAT ONE TIME HE HAD A BAD DAY, IF NOT, YOU GUYS CAN BE THE BIGGEST PORSCHE DISMANTLER IN THE U.S BUT NOBODY WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THAT KIND OF SERVICE.

I ordered a part and canceled the next day, they were very kind and professional about it. I received an email refund confirmation and the money was returned to my bank account. I'm a very happy customer.

2nd time dealing with DC automotive. First time was a breeze. Very impressed. I'm Porsche dealer and our clients expect the best and that why we deal with DC automotive. Great company story and love that they use religion and god into the business. Recently ordered a couple pieces that where promised by a certain date. When I called because they didn't arrive I was told they where still sitting to be shipped that day. Next day weather permited anything be shipped out which I Understand. At this point I have my guest out in a loaner they we have to pay for. I was told parts will be overnighted which they where but only now half of the parts show up. Guest is furious and when I called back I was given the sense that things happen and wasn't any care from the individual that I spoke to that I wont name. Figured maybe they can discount to help me out but individual laughed and gave me the sense that I need to just deal with the problem we don't care. When we have a scenario like this we always offer some kind of discount or maybe make up for it. Please be advise this company is amazing and as a Porsche representative I do approve. Just wish there was a little more passion in that scenario.
