We had Bobby as our agent and he pretty much sealed the deal lol he's so attentive friendly and accommodating and it's not fake at all like he's actually that nice. I'm from queens and the units I've had we did not get such amazing customer service. Even after returning a week later he knows people names it's amazing. The unit is amazing clean calm and nearby the door everything is perfect and I'm just happy to have a very friendly agent in the front it makes an already stressful time just much more relaxing. I loved it and he great.
Bobby helped me and my wife GIGI open a storage unit even when we were ready to change our minds … he exhibited exemplary knowledge of the unit’s functions and cost and made our decision feel comfortable and safe… thank you Bobby.
Thank you, Nay Nay for your assistance. I rented a storage unit online and when I got to the space there was a massive column and drainage pipe in the middle of the unit. I went down to the office and informed Nay Nay of the obstruction in the unit and she was move me to a new unit.
This team was so helpful, worked with us on every challenge, and worked together to bring us to a great solution! Nicole and Nay made the difference and were amazing! They were friendly, helpful and knew exactly how to guide us to finalize the best plan based on our needs Thank you Nicole and Nay!
The Gentleman at this facility are top notch. They care about the people who rent here and are honest to a tee. I left a VERY important item by my unit and when I called to see if it could be received they got it back to me within the hour. Most ppl would’ve chalked it up or worse but they took care of me and I will always remember that. If you want to store with people who care store here.
Nicole from the start was friendly, helpful and attentive - huge plus in my book. She helped us navigate easily the process of moving, finding us the right space hearing our preferences. She gets the five stars easily! Great location overall and very organized- highly recommend
I called the storage facility because I was concerned about my rates, and Nay was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was honestly considering taking my belongings out of storage, but Nay took the time to assist me and was able to help me secure a lower rate. Their professionalism and customer service made a huge difference, and I really appreciated the support.
My last review of this place was eight years ago and I still give it five stars.
They continue to make improvements and the staff is still helpful. Today Nay, help me rectify a late fee, and an issue I was having with my making payments. .It's this kind of customer service that has kept me here since 2014.
And they raised the price again. It was $125 now $285 again. Only been in the storage unIt under a year.
Avoid this place at all costs!
When I first moved in, I thought the dusty, dirty floor was just how it looked. Until I realized all my belongings were covered in dust. I had to clean the unit myself because when I told the front desk, they said they don’t clean units and couldn’t even give me anything to clean with. After going back and forth, the guy finally handed me a single roll of paper towels.
I’ve only been here 4 months and my rent has already gone up by $50. On top of that, I have dated photos showing the exact same piece of trash in front of my unit for weeks. I even saw the staff member with a cleaning cart twice, but the trash never moved.
Save yourself the headache and find another storage facility.
worst customer service i have ever received,they don't answer phones and they dont return calls,they sold me a storage space but unfortunately the person who took my information wrote down the wrong email and i was unable to access my storage unit,they gave me a refund but refuse to give me back the 29$ administration fee so they called me and said they would return my fees if i took down my google post but as of now nothing,this place is the worst experience i have ever had,they lie just to get your 29$i had to call sales just to get someone that would talk to me,do yourself a favor and go somewhere else,i called my bank and they said they would look into this,the money was back in my account the next day and its not the 29$ that bothers me,its the waste of time,confusion and lack of being able to get customer service on the phone,

He was extremely helpful, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making the process easy from start to finish. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. Highly recommend!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Nicole for providing the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at Public Storage. I’ve had an issue accessing my unit for a while and mentioned it twice before, but it was never resolved. When I brought the problem to Nicole’s attention, she fixed it in less than five minutes.
Her efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to actually help made such a difference. I’ve never felt this satisfied with the service here until now. Knowing I pay good money for two units, it’s a relief to finally receive the level of support every customer deserves.

Brian truly defines great customer service. I was having an issue and he really saved the day! I couldn’t thank him enough for his patience and willingness to get me moved in right away.
Theo made the process a breeze! I put the move in date for a few days away and he was able to change it to that day give me access and show me the unit! He was courteous the entire way and didn't make me feel silly for any questions.
