I was at this store before they open. At 7:30 am a blond told guy open the business door and said “is too early” first word from him as soon as I started making question not with the best English from my word I guess couldn’t explain or use técnic words to get what exactly want, them he got mad the other two workers in the store mute them selves them I decide to find what I need by my self. I don’t want to comeback anymore to this store, they make me fell that I must know what exactly I do want but I thought they were there to help. Apologies… my mistake 😞
Came in because I needed a new battery for my car. The guy at the counter was super informative, extra helpful and very nice. He even installed the new battery out in the parking lot and disposed of the old one highly recommended great service and I got in and out very quickly.
The staff here is great! Everyone is professional, helpful, & informative. I had a situation w/ my alternater. I spoke to Jalen, who guided me in the right direction. Upon my next visit, Steven assist me. He provided me information for my purchase. He made recommendations for certain parts and made suggestions. He was very patient and provided w/ all the time I needed to get my car back on the road. I was very happy .

Your results May vary depending on what time of day you go here. Sometimes the place is slammed with a line going to the back of the store. Other times you can walk in and get help right away. They'll look up whatever parts you need for you. A bit more expensive than online but you get it immediately versus having to wait a couple days
This store is as expected. You need to have time to shop there even if what you're buying is easy to find. The store is clean and well stocked. It would help them if they had self checkout.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Why is it that I called Tuesday 8/29/23 at 9:30pm and someone picks up the phone, says “autozone is closed” and hangs up the phone immediately. Then when I call back four times no one picks the phone up. Also, I went to this auto zone literally yesterday(8/28/23) at around 8:30pm and to my surprise every single employee except for one was outside smoking weed, cigarettes and drinking literally right outside the door. Didn’t even bother to come inside and help their coworker out as he was busy with another customer(and I feel bad for him because he was actually doing his job and I don’t remember his name to cover him but I hope he sticks up for himself if this ever gets back to those employees that night). Now unless I’m wrong, Autozone closes at 10pm not 9:30pm.This is the type of customer service autozone has to offer? Absolutely horrible. If you don’t want to work somewhere then don’t. But don’t play with the clientele of an establishment that’s not yours. This is my first stop. I will be going up the ladder to make sure these group of employees get the correction they deserve.

Garbage auto zone in Yonkers they never answer the phone if they do they leave you on hold for 30mins & never get back to you 95% of the workers don't know anything guy didn't even know how to spell fuel when I needed a fuel line. I ask them to check my battery the worker said you might need another battery MIGHT so I ask do i or do I not need a new one he said well I don't know. If you get to speak to anyone on the phone they tell you they have the part in stock when you go in they say no not in stock. better off going to central Ave autozone

This AutoZone location is always beyond flooded and super busy with long lines and tons of people. You call it and the employees who work there are dealing with it. Even with this challenging environment, I received the upmost professional service from Alex. He diligently took care of the people on his line then came out to help me with my head light. Turned out I needed to special bulb AutoZone did not carry which I would have never known if he hadn’t helped me. Though I tried removing the bulb on my own, I was not successful. Alex was beyond helpful, pleasant, and professional. Thank you again Alex and keep up the great work!
If I could do ZERO I would. Worst customer service ever. You will wait online while they take their sweet time. You will see 4 employees wandering around with one cashier open.
Not bad, went in on a Sunday at around 11 am for a replacement tail light bulb. Was able to find it pretty quickly. Fair amount of people waiting in line, but multiple cashiers were working so the wait was not too long. Parking lot was kind of a mess, the entrance is pretty narrow and there were people trying to double park. Also, when exiting there is no traffic light, even though you are dumped out into an intersection. If I need to go again and it looks busy, I will probably try to snag a nearby street parking spot and skip the hassle.
Noel was personable, professional, and helpful. He helped me find everything I needed and maintained a happy demeanor even though the store was pretty busy and many people were on line.
I came in today for a confusing and frustrating issue with my vehicle. Fortunately the team at this location was very helpful and eased the frustrating situation. Thanks to Noel & rest of his team for going the extra mile in making sure I was satisfied with service. Hope management realizes when they have great employees they should be recognized and acknowledged!! 😊
Had a very great customer experience today they had what I needed in full stock ,and all the 3 workers at the registers that worked today which were Rosi, Steph, and Eric ,were absolutely amazing at helping and satisfying any and all of my needs to the fullest amount and extent as possible , and giving me a strong sense and feel of assurance in my purchases , will definitely be coming back and referring people to this location based on my experience today !
I went in yesterday and it was hot I was not having a good day let alone week, however the great customer svc was above and beyond for me it was great change as in most retails shops instead good service you get GHETTO SERVICE. The assistant manger/male help me made me feel that my small problem was his and solved at the same time. Plus he saved me money and that was unexpected. (PS hey manger don't give him the key lol)
Manager Noel very patient, worked with me through the issue. CANT say the same for the other workers , rude and wasn't trying to listen. Will come back due to manager professionalism

I Went to autozone today to swap out a battery that I had warranty on. When i asked if my warranty was up the man working Hector told me I had a week left so I brought my battery in and for some reason the computer was not allowing him to grant me a warranty battery. Instead of just telling me that he spoke to his manager and also called there customer service line and made sure that I got my battery no matter what. Definitely will be going back to this autozone great customer service thank you hector
Greeted with a Hearty "Good Morning!" and tremendous Customer Service by Rosie from the moment I walked in! She quickly researched my parts and found what I needed. For my item not in stock, she had them 'same day' delivered from another store for easy pickup. GREAT JOB ROSIE - THANKS!
The worst place I've ever come. It's Sunday and on its website it says that they open at 7:30 am, and in the store as well. But it turns out that it's 10:24 am and they still don't open. Order a piece and there are still no signs that they will open the store. Definitely the worst store I've ever been to.
This place is the worst. Please don't come here. I called ahead to ensure they had what I needed and when I arrived (same day) they said they did not have it and sold me a different item instead. I basically had to beg for help because there was clearly something more important on his personal phone that he was attending to. The part they sold me didn't actually fit my car even though the manager ultimately helped me was yet I told him the make/ model/ year. I had to drive back to exchange this random part for the item I needed and then they gave me a hard time! I was literally appalled. The employees are rude and the manager literally will waste your time. Please do not get tricked and have your time and money wasted. I was able to get much better service in the Kingsbridge location. It's worth driving out of your way not to deal with the antics and just overall ghetto-ness and lack of professionalism.
I had an issue with my truck where light indicators were coming on and i didn’t quite understand measurements to take in order to resolve these issues. Tamyra, a customer service representative at this auto zone location was very helpful and gave me tips on how to fix these issues. I was way more informed leaving auto zone than I had been when I arrived. Great customer service !!
