I had a decent experience getting my car repaired, but it took longer than I expected. The staff was nice, but I wish they had communicated the delays a bit better. Overall, my car runs well now, so I can't complain too much.
I had an amazing experience with Yonkers Cross County Auto. My car wouldn’t start, so I had it towed to their shop, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue within five minutes. Their honesty and efficiency truly impressed me. I also had my engine replaced here, and the price was extremely reasonable compared to other shops I contacted. The team is professional, trustworthy, and really knows what they’re doing. I’m grateful for their fast service and fair pricing highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto care!
Please do not go here ,highly do not recommend they took my car apart and it came back worse after paying 2000 dollars and change they never fixed my car gave me the run around and gave me back my car with missing parts and dented doors ,they are highly unprofessional especially the lead mechanic please avoid this place at all costs .everything is fraudulent with them
Very good workshop; they attend to you quickly and communicate well about what your car needs. Friendly mechanics, and Mr. Mario always provides excellent service.
These guys did the right thing with my tire. Grateful. The tech took one look at the tire and told me do not drive on this it’s dangerous. I listened and shopped around and went there for my tire. Did it on the spot and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I would def go back as my in-laws went too and had a good experience.
It pains me to find out I was overcharged for getting my oil changed. Hashem Dasan of this establishment charged me $85 for an oil change. I felt it was a bit high, but I just paid it because it’s my first time there and first time getting service done in Yonkers overall.
Clearly because I’m a woman, he charged me that ridiculous amount, cause I didn’t know any better. Thanks, Yonkers cross County auto for making me another statistic/victim as a woman being taken advantage of 👍🏽
They said we are a bmw professional well they don’t know anything about bmw service..Came to change a part and had all types of lights on the dash..They car had horsepower before I bought it them and when I came to pick it up had none ..They don’t know nothing about BMW service

The guys there are very considerate, respectful, & very professional. They know what they’re doing. Their job is complete and with excellence they treat their customers with respect and honesty. They are reasonably priced I will go there every time I need any work done on my car.
Great shop conveniently located off the highway (Cross County) when my car got stuck they were able to tow it off the highway and diagnose it almost immediately super straight forward guys don’t take advantage and helped me out tremendous if I could give 10 stars I would

I love this mechanic shop as a young girl who know barely anything about cars i know I can go to them and they will be genuine with me and the shop it’s self is very convenient for me they have really good prices and the mechanics there are very nice
