Very bad experience at Yonkers Auto Land. It was my first time buying a car and they misled me about everything. I put $3,000 down on a leased 2012 Corolla LE, but the car had battery, alternator, and airbag issues right away. They delayed delivery for 2 days, and when I finally got it, the bumper had body work and under the hood looked like messy welding. I feel cheated and regret trusting them. Would not recommend to anyone.

Car was as described, but the TPMS light was on and car smelled of cigarette/weed. I asked both be fixed prior to pick up, but it wasn’t taken care of. I found out the wheel lock nut in the car wasn’t the right one, I called for a replacement ($27-45$) since I was still within my 30day warranty, I was told it only covered the engine🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️

I came in for my appointment and met with the most funny, caring and loving crew! They were very firm with the price , very!!! I had a really good experience here. Everyone was super kind and helpful and they worked with me to find a good car in my price range and worked out all the details. There were some complications that drew out the process but ultimately they were able to help me resolve everything and get me on the road. Amine/Chris was especially helpful, and Michelle is super sweet. Would definitely come here again for car purchase needs.

My experience with Yonkers Autoland was a scam. Bought a BMW…They reset the dashboard engine lights before I could test drive it. The rear brakes were damaged within 5 days driving it ( auto insurance/ Veterans auto warrant mentioned this illegal because it is life threatening) I called back and the first response was my manager is not here, but I can give you the warranty number. Meanwhile, I still have 1k miles or 30 days to bring the car back. They fix the brakes, but charged me $165 for labor and mechanic forgot a piece to put back on the brakes so my brakes sounded like it was clunking every time I pressed my break. Based on “New York Lemon Law” (police officer mentioned) the dealer has to fix any damages before selling the car. I asked for auto mechanic check in before purchasing they wouldn’t give it to me because its only on their end and cannot be viewed by customers. Little did I know, tire pressure, oil, and brakes was going to be a problem within 2 weeks purchasing. Car completely shut down a week ago ( after two months purchasing) it was the key fob that was dead. I had to get the auto warranty number and couldn’t get a hold of the company to get a tow truck. Yonkers Autoland mentioned they changed the key battery. Auto mechanic staff did mentioned the key was old and was never changed. Now, I can’t enjoy driving the car without worrying anything if something will go wrong. I wish they would’ve just fix the car before I purchase because my family and I are not safe driving this car.
