Great location too bad every time I go in the short lady always has an attitude and never looks like she wants to be there. New flash people if you don’t like your JOB quit and let someone who values customer service. Be grateful you have a JOB no one needs to know you are not happy in your personal life.

Gabriel was outstanding!!!!!! He helped me replace my high-mounted brake light bulb in under two minutes — super friendly, fast, and professional. I was in and out before I knew it. Customer service like his is rare. Thank you, Gabriel!

This is a convenient place to get auto parts, oil, antifreeze, windshield wipers, batteries, cables, and so on. It's in a really good spot with great parking. Their employees are very polite and helpful. I've been to a couple of auto zones and I find them all quite nice. This one is especially nice because sometimes the workers help you with your car when you're not sure exactly what to do or what is wrong. That's the sign of great customer service and going beyond the call of duty. Yeah they're fantastic

I went to this AutoZone shop because my battery light came on. I wanted to get both the battery and alternator tested and replace the battery if necessary. After checking the battery, they told me they couldn’t test the alternator because the voltage was too low and that I’d need a new battery first. So, I bought a battery—they initially gave me the wrong one. To make matters worse, they refused to install the battery, even though other locations of the same chain have no problem doing so. Their excuse was that only two employees were working, and they couldn’t leave the store, even though my car was parked right outside. When I decided to return the battery and leave, one of the employees suddenly asked if I’d tip him to install it. Once I agreed, he came out and changed the battery. Even after the battery was replaced, the warning light remained on. Only then did they test further and mention a possible voltage regulator issue, but they downplayed it and said I didn’t need to worry since it passed the iodide test. Trusting their advice, I drove home. However, the red light on my dashboard still bothered me, so I took the car to a dealership since it was under warranty. At the dealership, the service center was shocked that I had been driving in that condition. They informed me that a faulty voltage regulator could damage electrical components and sensors, making it a serious issue. They wouldn’t even let me drive the car out and provided me with a loaner while they repaired it. Had I followed the advice from this shop, my car’s electronics would be fried by now. I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you have a solid understanding of car mechanics.

Disappointing experience at this AutoZone. The young african american employee at the register seemed completely uninterested in helping out. To make matters worse, the woman wearing glasses, just laughed with him at his unresponsiveness to a customer waiting to be helped. He appeared to be disconnected and unenthusiastic, like he'd rather be anywhere else. Definitely taking my business and car troubles elsewhere.

Had a great experience w/ the store employee, we came in to pick up oil for an oil change for my porsche and the customer rep, provided insight on best practices and was very helpful with regard to other questions we had regarding car parts, very friendly and great customer service which is the type of expereince I like to have as a customer

Ran to autozome because i was scared to drive with a broken light and Em was able to help me out in the rain. Both helped me find the right light bulb i need and installed it. Could not have asked for better customer service even right before they closed. Would come back again I really appreciated the help!

Exceptional Customer Service by Employee, Emery E.!!! He is the Parts Sales Manager! He was the only one who solved and fixed my sudden problem with my car! Given the number of people who require their car for work and my need to be on location presiding over ceremonies, a car problem requires immediate attention. On top of that, when I was at the store, he was multitasking as he took care of two customers at the register and three customers with their cars/trucks outside in front of the store. All the while, he was taking care of my car problem, which needed a crucial part! If you're going to AutoZone at this location, ask for Emery!

Fernando was amazing!!! Not only did he go out of his way to help with the messed up screws on my license plate, but he actually took the time to put my new plate on!!! I recently visited AutoZone to swap a limited lifetime warranty alternator, expecting a straightforward process. When I arrived, I spoke with a representative who introduced herself as Denies. However, I noticed she wasn’t wearing a name tag, which made it a bit awkward to address her directly. Unfortunately, my experience quickly took a downturn. Denies informed me that she could not allow me to swap the alternator, and her demeanor came off as quite unprofessional. I felt dismissed and frustrated, as I had hoped for better assistance. Feeling unsatisfied, I decided to leave the store and head to another AutoZone location. Thankfully, the second store provided the help I needed, and I was able to complete the swap without any issues.

**Review for Emery, Sales Manager at AutoZone:** I had an extremely disappointing experience at AutoZone today when I attempted to return a product just an hour after purchasing it. EMERY V , outright refused to process the return, even though AutoZone's policy clearly states customers have 90 days for returns. When I pointed this out, Emery shockingly responded that he simply didn’t "feel like it" and that it was "okay not to follow" company policy. This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. A manager should be upholding company policies and ensuring customers are treated fairly, not arbitrarily refusing service on a whim. I expected better from AutoZone and hope they address this issue promptly.

Bought 6 items that were bulky and hard to carry. Clerk (dark black frames on her glasses) made sure I stood at the counter while she did nothing. Agree with all other 1 star reviews: this clerk could not care less about customer care. I requested a bag due to hard to carry item and Ms. Can’t Care Less said no we “don’t got bags”. Hint to store manager - customers would pay the nickel. And as this clerk was rude, unprofessional, and indifferent I told her ok return all these items now. I am not giving this store a sale. Additionally, when I asked if all the parts were in a waxed as it seemed as it may not be her reply was”we don’t open boxes.” Told her point is to make sure so I don’t have to return. Refusing to be any hint of friendly when I slightly opened the box she in said “so they are there.” Why couldn’t your negative, aggressive employee check. Other AutoZones have nice, friendly sales people. Stay away from this one. And as to those who say it’s a low paying job remember this: each job is a stepping stone to a higher paying job. You never know who may walk in and offer you a better job. Or in her case know to walk out. As for the manager who replied to these posts, you obviously do nothing as the complaints are the same over and over again

Ive been here three times dealt with a white woman with a tan shirt i believe shes a manager of sorts. Shes been horrible and unfriendly each time ive spoken to her. And i went there the other day and had an amazing experience with someone else who was super engaged and helpful. And its just how could someone work at a job everyday they hate. Take your tan shirt and go do what makes you happy cause whatever you got going on is not your favorite attitude booster

Avoid this location at all cost. They have only 2 females working here who refused to help with anything , didn’t know the answer to not a single question regarding a vehicle, it’s oil or it’s battery…the only thing they were concerned about was sipping on their coffee from the Dunkin’ Donuts next door. They looked at me bizarrely like I was lost for even entering…while I sat in my car figuring out where else I can go for help, I watched them also turn around 3 more customers as each customer walked in & out no more than 1 minute after an interaction with them. Clearly they just wanted to close the store. Please consider hiring employees that are willing and capable of helping. Iam sure there are plenty of pending applications.

Worst store to deal with specifically the manager Destiny and the rest of her team. She threw money at me and walked away from me... I have never been so disrespected. I ordered a part for my company vehicle, which I rely on to run my business. The store miss ordered the part, then they waited a week till I went to pick it up to tell me they canceled the order because they inputted the order incorrectly. No phone call no nothing. Okay, so I reorder the part. Again, 5 days later, I go to pick it up and they THEN inform me, that the part is out of stock and it would be 8 weeks until it came into the store..... No one wanted to take responsibility. I rely on this truck to run my business. This little mistake cost me over $4,000 in a rental truck, and I had to source the part myself. I would have purchased elsewhere if they had told me from day 1 it was out of stock. (of course it showed multiple in stock on the website) Corporate was not even willing to phone be back. Pathetic. Disrespectful. Rude.

On sunday 8/20/2023, afternoon on our way to Church, in New Jersey where I was scheduled to preach. I had bad battery issue that took me to this shop. I met Denise- store agent who attended to me. She was so professional - very friendly and respectful. She has no idea how emergency it was to me, Denise went above and beyond to assist me bought new battery and she replaced it with such an urgency as if she knows my situation. Her advice was awesome and courtesy was fantastic. My 13 year old daughter who was with me was so impressed about Denis help and professionalism. I strongly believe Denise is an asset to this company. Thank you so much, Denise.

I asked the attendant for a work light. He said they didn't have any. I tried to explain further but he kept brushing me off and answering his personal phone calls.I know they were personal because he kept referring to his bedroom. After I got back in my car I looked on AutoZone.com and saw that they had the work light available for curbside pickup. So I went right back in the store asked another attendant and he gave me the work light. A different day.. I asked for a horn relay they said they didn't have any but can order for today at 6pm. I go to pick it up at 6 pm of course they never brought it from the the other store.

Organized, clean, peaceful store. You can tell this store is under good management. Kevin was very attentive to my needs and made sure that I purchased everything I needed. Kevin is autozones super star. He’s knowledgeable and is very polite.
