Driver rolled up onto my property and instead of notifying me or the contractor that he needed extra room or figuring out a way to get the dumpster in without causing damage to someone else’s property he just drove up on the lawn. when I confronted the driver instead of apologizing he kept yelling that he didn’t cause any damage … but pictures and videos say otherwise. Who wants truck marks on their lawn!!!! Use them at your own risk…..

This company drives down the streets like madmen. They will get someone killed. Speeding and honking at traffic to get out of the way, acting like they are in a sports car. Saw mill river road

The dumpster this company provided for a project had broken wheels that tore up our driveway.

I've rented from two other companies int he past year as I've been doing home renovations and these guys were far superior. Came when they said they would for dropoff and pickup, the drivers were courteous and respectful, price was lower than the others...this will be my first call next time.

When I first spoke to them they assured me everything I wanted. When it came time to pick up the dumpster it was a nightmare. I asked for it to be picked up on a Tuesday morning, in the afternoon it was still there and still being assured it will be picked up. Wednesday comes and it is still there. They are very unreliable and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEM AGAIN.

Excellent experience all around. I spoke with Brian who was very helpful and incredibly flexible in terms of pick up and drop off to my home. Given the amount of belongings I was throwing out from my home upon doing renovations (12 doors, trim, molding, a rug, etc.) the price could not be beat. Very reasonable. I even met the driving on the day they picked up the dumpster and he was very friendly as well. Everything was so simple. My wife and I could not have been any happier. I highly recommend Capital for any dumpster rental you may need. Thank you Capital!

They are very rude to me on the phone . When I told them I would give them the total bill when they picked up the container the told me no problem. Now I am harrassed every morning for the small bill under 500. After they told me it was ok. This way of handling business is rude. They tried to charge my card on file without asking me after we discussed I paid cash . I wouldn't use these people again. Because of the way they treated me I am giving them a bad review. Nothing wrong with the dumpster, but seems to be issues with management where one person does one thing without letting other people know making what could have been an easy transaction very difficult

This dumpster company came to my home on February 7, 2019. The driver carelessly broke the sidewalk to my home while removing the dumpster causing $500+ worth of damage. It has been almost 4 months and no one has done anything to fix it or reach out to me about it. I’ve called their office multiple times and spoke with Chris, which he claims to have sent multiple emails to the manager to fix this issue. Which on one occasion he states he forgot to follow up because of course “out of sight out of mind” was his exact reply to me. I’ve never received a call back from him or anyone in the office to fix this issue. A very careless, incompetent company that do not care about their customers. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve used these guys 3 times. They are awesome!!! They answer the phone, they beat everyone else’s price and customer services seems to be a priority! They just picked up from my house and when I went outside to say thanks, they were already gone AND they took boxes that I hadn’t broken up and put in the dumpster! They will be our go to guys anytime we need a dumpster.

I hired this company to do a garage demolition job in Mount Vernon, they did the job but didn't complete it. They left debris behind and installed a fence without a permit. I received a violation for the fence and debris. I have called the office, his cellphone, and emailed him; and he never responded. I have been trying to contact Andy McGuire (son of the owner) to take care of this issue for months but he did nothing. I even went to his office; he was inside and he would not come out to see me. As an owner, I think his actions are pathetic. Please take your business where someone will respond to you.

I Ordered a 20yd Dumpster and asked for the driver to call me for directions for it's location. He never called but somehow placed it exactly where I wanted it located. I got home thinking they forgot but to my delight the box was in place. I followed their instructions and loaded to top then they came back at the agreed time to move it. There will be no hesitation to use their services again or to recommend them to friends. I actually shopped for a few weeks, calling around until I found capital. After a conversation with a pleasant lady, the decision was made. They made my project a lot easier. Did I mention, their pricing was fair?

My wife took care of ordering the dumpster for us & she said you have been fabulous. She said everyone she spoke to was so helpful & friendly. We had had a dumpster from another company and were very disappointed. Capital brought a great dumpster. The driver bringing the dumpster was very careful & positioned the dumpster in the perfect spot.

I've use this company 3 times, all 3 where excellent never had a problem and the pricing was competitive. my driveway bricks (about4) where slightly pressed in from the truck ramp but that's to be expected if I didnt use the sidewalk. been happy with them personally

I called a week in advance to schedule a dumpster drop-off. I called again the day before delivery to confirm. 330PM on the day of, no dumpster. I spoke with Chris all 3 times. He said the dumpster would be late but assured me I would have one that evening. It never showed up. Saturday morning I spoke with a woman and was told they had no dumpsters available. She said she didn't work the day before and wasn't sure why it wasn't delivered and offered no solution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are NOT reliable.

I called in for their container service because I see their containers all over Westchester county and trusted it. I consulted with my brother who is a contractor and is familiar with the company, he had nothing but great things to say. Capital is apparently very well known. The service was excellent and their office staff are all very resourceful. The pricing is reasonable I will be using their service in the future. Thanks Capital !

Our previous contractor left one of Capital's dumpsters on our property. We asked him multiple times to remove it but he refused. We had to contact Capital directly. After some back and forth, Capital agreed to remove the dumpster. And they kept the promise and removed it on time. I feel that the owner is reasonable and responsible on this matter.

They came to my home in August 2017 and the driver tore the overhang off of my door. I was told it would be repaired but instead of repairing it they charged me an extra $109 for their service. If you care about the safety and appearance of your home, don't go near this company. They give horrible customer service, think only of themselves, and only care about making a profit even if it's at the expense of the consumer. I wish I had checked their ratings before I hired them. I would not have been in this situation. After calling and sending emails they kept promising me someone would come out to make the repair. It's now October and no one has called or come out. My husband had it repaired because this is our home and we work hard to maintain it. If you are thinking about using them, I would advise you to leave them alone. BBB needs to flag them because they are bad.

This company is the worse. The driver was careless and damaged my neighbor's driveway. This happened back in June. I have called them every week to see what they were going to do and they finally came in August to take pictures, but the have yet to do something about it. I have shown up at their office and spoken to Barbara, but have yet to meet the manager. No calls from the manager or owner. I have pictures to prove it and a receipt if they claimed they didn't do it. Save yourself headache and don't use this company. Very unprofessional!

Expect to have overage charges. On dumpster pick up the driver was very careless and damaged both my property and my neighbors. It has been several weeks and the manager has yet to address the matter. My neighbor is taking them to court. Very disrespectful and have yet to even place a call to either of us about the damage. The situation is such that it did not have to happen, it was avoidable and bad business. I will have to file a claim against them as well. Do not use this company. Many good companies out there.
