Worst car dealership ever do not buy a car from here, bought an Escalade Cadillac as soon as we left the dealership halfway home to Long Island. The engine light went on, took us forever to get a hold of the salesman. The receptionist kept saying he wasn’t in finally he gave my husband his personal number which was very nice. They got a tow truck to my house three days after contacting them. They brought it to their mechanic said it was fixed. Had to take off of work for four days when I got the truck back a week later and now the engine light came back on we keep trying to call the dealership the receptionist keep saying the manager isn’t in the salesman is an not in I’m going to have to take off of work again and have to figure out how to get my kids to school because my husband works and I have no car, making a car payment on a truck that doesn’t even work in the engine light is on do not buy a car from here!!!!!! They will comment they offer to fix it but clearly do not fix it the correct way ! Make sure you keep proof and videos as soon as you purchase a car off the lot just Incase you need to go to court!!!! ;)
I am extremely upset and disappointed with the experience I had at this location. From the overall environment to the lack of professionalism from the management team, everything about this visit was unacceptable. One of your associates initially offered me a higher value for my vehicle, only for me to be told the next day that the offer was not valid and to receive a much lower one instead.
When I asked to speak with the owner, I was suddenly told they were unavailable, even though I had just been informed otherwise. To make matters worse, the situation was handled loudly and unprofessionally in front of others, and no one took responsibility for the mistake. This entire experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I expected honesty, accountability, and professionalism, but unfortunately, none of that was shown

Carefull with shady tactics. Recently sent an inquire for a 2019 Mercedes Wagon that was posted at 20999, the car has been sitting in the lot for over 150 days, the car was originally posted at 22999. They called me the very next day and explained my situation and that I was trading in a car and driving over 20hrs, as around here in FL there's literally only 1 E class wagon, and is not a good deal. They told me to send pics which I did, perfect. When to check the car again, and saw that the car is now 25999, that's over 5k than what I saw, and way above what they had originally posted it at. Mind you I've been watching this car for a couple days now, so the only reason they might've increased the price was because I inquired about it. All I gotta say is please stay away from this type of dealerships.

I drive 4 hrs to purchase a vehicle from this place. I got halfway home and the vehicle broke down. They did a lot of fast talking and rushing. They were very friendly. Mechanic stated they knew it was something wrong with the ABC which is the suspension.
