My experience with Saw Mill Auto has been unfortunate as the car turned out to be different than what was advertised online . After purchasing the vehicle , They found some issues in its functionality. The fact that they gave me a bounced check makes me wonder if this is how they do business regularly.. Cars back on the market. WHY CAUSE SCAMMERS THEY ARE. Also no milktoast response yall know who you gave bad checks to last week.

Purchased a 2018 F-250 from these guys 3 months ago. Seriously the best car buying experience I have ever had. I live 2,400 miles away from them, Clyde couldn’t have been any more helpful. He was 100 percent upfront and honest about the condition of the truck. I got it for a fantastic price. They arranged the shipping for me, couldn’t have made it easier. We’ve bought our 6th vehicle from Saw Mill yesterday…. Need I say more ? I hate going to car dealers, you get the pressure sales pitch, the carnival atmosphere and you always feel like your getting screwed somewhere. I’ve sent many friends there as well and about 16 vehicles in total have been purchased from them, no problems at all from me and my friends. Their vehicles are next to new and well below sticker. Everyone there is amazing from Mike, Clyde and Robbie in sales … to Dolores and Carolyn who get your sale finalized and registered! I bought a 2018 Nissan Rouge with 40 miles on it. Half the price from if I bought it from a Nissan dealer. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Saw Mill Auto. Their staff is top notch, no pressure and 100 percent helpful. Special thanks to Malcolm in sales who was so accommodating while my wife changed her mind on what car to buy a few times...LOL. Also to Toni at the front desk, Mike in sales, nice people. Deloris and Carolyn in the office helped out tremendously to get me out with my car as fast as possible before closing time. The buying experience was great, much better than I received at name brand car dealerships. I fully recommend this place and looking forward to buying another car from them soon. Update on my above review: the Rogue above now has 11,000 miles and is a perfect car. I returned this week and on 2/27/2020 bought a beautiful Ram 2500 pick up. I am happy to give my business to a friendly, honest company that knows how to deliver and make you feel like a valued customer. UPDATE 11/11/2020 Rogue 22,000 miles Ram. 9,000 miles Both vehicles are flawless, only changed the oil and rotated the tires on both. EXCELLENT VEHICLES!

Juan was so very helpful and patient with me. He took the time to show me any car I wanted to see. Never got upset with the amount of questions I asked. They have a huge selection to choose from. They are located at a dead end street, so don't think you're lost,your definitely in the right place. The sales people are inside the office if you need help! They're not outside looking to take your money for a quick sale! I absolutely recommend them.

They have all kinds of vehicles here. From extremely low mileage luxury cars within a year old to higher mileage vehicles on sale at steep discounts. They have super clean, car fax certified show queens all the way down to vehicles that have been branded salvage or rebuilt. The salvage or rebuilt vehicles look immaculate and have been written off by insurance companies for one reason or another, the sales people know the history of each and offer you Carfax reports to back it up. I look for Brian, easily one of the nicest laid back salesmen that treats people like he's been friends with them for years. He will get right to the point with a very very fair price and honest in depth walk through of every vehicle you want to look at. He is the opposite of pushy or fast and slick talking salespeople. They take care of everything on their end with no hassling or pushy salesmanship. Toni is the lady who handles secretarial/office operations and she is very sweet, efficient and client and personable as well. I plan on returning here for future deals. Maybe I lucked out, but my vehicle is a one owner trade in with low miles and not one accident that I got for a sweet sweet steal. Between that and how Brian and Toni treated me is why I wrote this long winded review. Go check them out and look for Brian.

Got my car from Saw Mill this week and it was an amazing experience. I never felt the stress or pressure that I felt at other lots to buy a vehicle. They had a bunch of options to choose from and the vehicles were fairly priced and mine was below sticker. Clyde and Dolores were amazing! Clyde took me on a real test drive, which is rare to say the least. Was open and honest and when I had any hiccups he and Dolores were right there to assist. Them and the whole staff made me, my family and even my dog feel welcome from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending my family and friends to this sho.

I have bought two cars for my family, multiple cars for my company salesman and have recommended friends to purchase cars here also. So in total we purchased 12 cars. We have not had any issues with any of them. Their sales manager Mike Maratto always makes sure that we are satisfied with our purchase. He Never puts any pressure on you, he wants to make sure you’re happy with your decision. They are full service, they will register, inspect and put plates on your car. Dolores in the office gets all the paperwork done quick and accurately. I would highly recommend you visit Sawmill Auto Sales.

Zero Star is the real Grade. Sales rep states CLEAN part with no damage. Part arrives damage, so sent photo to sales rep John. He states small ding only $25 worth of damage to be fix… REALLY!!! $25 to repair that damage probably in 1960. This is the reason why people call these places JUNK yard.

I am very frustrated at my transaction with Saw Mill. I purchased a car they listed in auction claiming that it only had a rear bumper damage. I paid online and when I was picking the car, the guy handing me the car told me that the start button would not stop the car. At first, I thought it may be a minor issue but turned out that the whole wiring of the car was screwed up. I am disappointed that they didn’t state what was wrong with the car and were not honest about it. Would not recommend them for business transactions

I went to this place because a friend of mine had told me good things about them, so I figured I’d give them a try (thank god I did). Rich and Dolores were both amazing and made the process really smooth. They are extremely patient with you and I can tell right away they go above and beyond for their customers and try to help as much as possible. I just felt a sense of comfort when looking for my car here and could tell they had my best interest at heart. They’re NOT a pushy salesman you normally see at other auto sales places. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful, they listen, they’re accommodating, and they pretty much treat you like family which is very comforting.
