HANDS DOWN the cleanest, most organized, friendliest, high energy-employees, location you will ever walk into. We’ve gone to numerous locations and we can’t help but always compare to this one. Since they remodeled, this location has only gotten better, which we didn’t think was possible seeing as though they were already amazing. Iveth, from the flower shop, is an absolute doll and we look forward to seeing her smile and being blessed with her energy every time we shop. Vitore is another phenomenal employee who is always ready and willing to help at checkout. Fatime and Gita are such sweethearts who always have a smile on their faces and make great convo with those who come in. It genuinely is a great location all around. They restock fast, whether bread or produce and most importantly it’s CLEAN. Shout out to everyone there for making this location come together this way!

I just called the place for customer service and I asked if they had roses and they said yes and told me what aisle, and what type (as in vase or boquet), very helpful and kind staff.

Not 5 stars… they’ve deli department is THE SLOWEST! Writing this review while standing in line for 15 minuets (and counting….)

Shopping @ Stop & Shop is interesting. It has a large variety of all shopping items. The staff are excellent! They're knowledgeable about the products that are on hand & the aisles they're in. Shopping is quite an experience. I really enjoy picking up my groceries from there!

I had called this AM to see if they RESTOCKED the 1 gallon Distilled water stop and shop brand ..2different people answered and Told me they would check ..waiting patiently finally another man from receiving answered and told me Yes they restocked this AM …Drive to the store and NO DISTILLED WATERS STOP AND SHOP BRAND on shelves ..really upset I stop a S&S worker ZiGGY MIELES on the opposite side stocking shelves ..I explained the story to him and he said “No Problem let me get the crate up here “ stopped his work and arrived 10 minutes later with crate of S&S DISTILLED WATER …and LOADED THEM ONTO MY CART ..AMAZING HARD TO FIND THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE after a bad experience over the phone …ZIGGY MIELES JUST WANT TO THANK YOU AGAIN ?

This was always the go to store but since the renovation and grand reopening it's a ton better than it was. The shelves are well stocked and the prices are decent. The staff is 99% friendly, you always have one or two people who are having a bad day but that's to be expected. The store is usually very busy but the lines move and the managers are always visible and walking around which I appreciate. They added a large hot food section and now have prepared food as well by the deli. There is a large parking lot and also a pharmacy in the store.

Went to buy flowers for a friend birthday. They had an assorted plants, flowers and center pieces. Did a self checkout

Parking is good ,location is good ,the selection was good fresh meats , vegetables all first quality prices were fare lots of sales they have almost weekly,ishop every week.

Friendly staff, clean aisles, very well stocked, easy parking. I've been a customer for years. Nice Easy pleasant shopping.

Worst deli dept ever. Most of the employees are rude, the lines are long, the kiosk to order while you shop hasn't worked in forever, the ticket machine doesn't work and then I also found out that the option to order ahead on the app doesn't work either. The app will still allow you to place the order and it will say you're order is ready...but when you get to the store and ask about, the employees talk to you like you're stupid.

I had something that I wanted to return today it was before 9:00am. I went to the customer service desk there were two employees back there at the time and one of them rudely said we don't open until 9:00am the other said can I help you (Sophia Lugo) there is only one thing to say she helped me with a smile on her face the service I received from her today was Outstanding. This is the type of person you want on your staff. Please give her the recognition she so well deserves. I wanted to add to this review the lady i call Happy Face she works at the self-checkout always willing to help with a smile Evette. Please recognize her as well. It's always Good to have a happy face as part of your team. Just call her the HAPPY FACE!

The Deli Here has the Worse Service Ever Seems like the Workers who work in the Deli Don't Like There Job

Clean, big, and stocked up! I like coming here for the weekly stock up. Gets pretty busy but plenty of cashier's and self checkout stations. Update: slowest deli section ever! ShopRite seems to be the fastest around here and great system.

I love the store & how many options to has, its been my 5 star for so long but it hurts me to give it a 4... cause I have gluten intolerance. The old gluten free section was elite and now you get lost going thru & there isnt a sign on the top like they use to. I use to be excited to look for the gluten free section. I know i have a health condition, it just sucks to search harder then better before when it was easier to find

They never have anything that you need. Product placement was better before the grand reopening that never closed. They’re overpriced making you think you’re getting a deal when you’re not. Example : Tyson chicken selects they have for $6 a bag and want to have a sale once in a blue for it to be 2/$6 when at all times it’s $3.49 at ShopRite. You’re better off going to acme on McLean Ave or driving to shop rite on central Ave. They never disappoint.

This branch is excellent, it has hot ready meals, you will literally find everything you need, fresh vegetables, frozen vegetables, frozen and fresh meat, all personal supplies,

Clean, fresh, stocked and overall good prices…I prefer to go morning or late evening to beat the crowds. Tonight, Julio in the deli was very helpful…another tall gentleman at self checkout was very helpful as well. Satisfied with store overall.

I was signing up to become a member and get a club membership card. One of the workers (sita) was absolutely disrespectful to me, giving me a hard time about scanning a paper for a card. She did not need to make this a hassle, I asked a simple question! Thankfully customer service helped me out though (andrew)

This supermarket is always clean and fully stocked. Even the bathroom here is clean, just a bit outdated. Employees are always willing to help you find whatever you are looking for. There's plenty of parking. There is no reason to go anywhere, they have everything you need here

Great grocery store. Friendly employees in spite of the high traffic of customers.

This store has great variety of products on a positive note. However this will be the second time I bought Yasso bars on sale that were melted and refrozen. Although I was refunded the money and given a rain check I have lost confidence in their freezers and stock people. Trying to reach a manager is impossible

The best organic fruits and organic food!!! I recently purchased a container of organic grapes ? and it was soooooooo delicious that I ate the entire container of grapes ? in one sitting. Of course I cleaned them first and then I ate them. ? I’m a vegan so that was my breakfast. It was so delicious. Stop and Shop had the best organic fruits!!! Thank you Stop and Shop

This might be one of the largest and cleanest Stop & Shop supermarket’s! I love coming here for their beautiful produce as well as the convenience ( especially when I’m having my car serviced). This was the first time I’ve been in the store since the Coronavirus changed all of our shopping habits. They now stock all kinds of hand sanitizers and the shelves looked full of everything you might possibly need. I was impressed by how every customer was wearing a mask and how careful people are being. The store’s management is encouraging only one member of each family to be in the store and I felt confident that virtually all of the customers are adhering to these smart rules.

Nice location. #26 bus drops right off store. Very clean and service reps very nice. Only complaint was there were no fresh loose string beans, only prepackaged but its 2 days before Thanksgiving so its understandable. The produce section is beautiful!

The deli kiosk has been broken since October 2017. One star deduced until fixed. Best supermarket in the area. Fruit is the freshest. 1/23/18 update: the deli kiosk is still broken and now the thing that gives out the numbers at the deli counter is also busted. Additional star removed. The guys at the deli counter are real nice. 7/11/18 Deli kiosk still doesn’t work. Deducting another star. Also, the bathroom is gross.
